Love this gym, big, spacey tons of machines to use. Friendly staff, very clean and great trainers. I love my trainer Dana shes the best, she has helped me so much for the past 2 months we been training together. Shes such a sweetheart who keeps me focused our sessions are fun and intense. Im glad shes my trainer :)

Clean and attractive gym. Free parking, nice staff. Classes available. No silly contracts or wait for equipment. Towels, soap and such provided. This is NOT the Y so there are no pools or courts, its a gym and a great place to workout to get back in shape or train.

This is the best gym in the area. Never crowded your in and out. Always clean equipment, and bathrooms. Staff here is friendly and helpful. But insurance stopped letting there spouses go for free like they used to for the employees. 😫 and 50 bucks a month is alot for a gym. Broke my heart

Excellent gym. Equipment is kept up well. Lots of free weights.

I love this gym. Its never too packed and you can get a great workout in with all of the state of the art equipment. The only thing missing is a pool.

A good gym to train and get in shape, but a little expensive 55 Dollars a month. Sometimes in the night and afternoon it can get a little crowded. However most of the times its just fine.

Auditorium for company training. Never had access to gym on this particular day.

Fitness classes are a must-take here, with spinning and kick boxing cardio being my personal favorites, considering you do get some bag time in kickboxing, which is not always the case in some other fitness establishments.
