I pulled up and watched 6 people rushing in with atleast 3 to 4 packages each. I immediately got discouraged, thinking itd be atleast 30 minutes til I got to go home after I just worked a 10 hour day. Not even 10 minutes later the store was empty and after going in was out in 2 minutes. Fast and honest service and super polite. Awesome!

The people here really know their stuff. Sahil is extremely knowledgeable and provides top-notch customer service. Efficient store that gets you in and out in very reasonable time. Highly recommend, one of the best UPS locations I’ve ever been to.

Love this UPS Store !! The one who is often there taking packages has incredible listening / Customer Service skills!!!There are a few UPS Stores closer to me but I drive out of my way to do business HERE (at the Crest Plaza Shopping Center).

Very disappointed about their lack of capability in providing notarization service for us. The owner claimed that UPS does not provide extra liability insurance for them thus they are not willing to notarize documents they deemed too complicated or high risk.

I was shipping a limited edition ice cream flavor to a loved one and Kelly made the entire process so simple and easy and packed and shipped it overnight with Dry Ice and it arrived in perfect state. Will never use this store again! Brought in multiple items to send and was told by dark haired man with accent that I would need to purchase box and packaging and he would take care of the rest. My family just notified me their package arrived in a United States Postal Service FREE shipping box with UPS label attached. Why did I pay good money for shipping and packing services just to have a box used I could have gotten myself for free?! How can you charge someone for a box when its a free one???? Scam!!

The customer service here has to be the best I have ever dealt with at any kind of shipping service center. UPS not only provides some of the best services, these guys at this specific location will go above and beyond to help you. I came in needing just a box and it was a shipment going USPS, and the worker there explained to me how they also will take USPS and deliver it for me. I cant tell you how happy I am with their customer service. I have shipped UPS packages there as well and they will always do everything to help you out. Best shipping center in the Lehigh Valley by far!!!

I was there on May 16th to return a package to amazon. When I walked in I saw a man behind the counter who was wearing a sleeveless shirt and looked very unprofessional sitting on a stool while face timing on his phone. Not a great first impression! I wasnt even sure I was in the right place until a girl walked out to greet and take my package for me wearing a UPS logo shirt. Sleeveless shirts should not be approved in any work place unless its a gym! Very unprofessional looking and offputting. Maybe the reason he wore that was because of how humid the store itself was. As soon as I opened the door I was overcome by heat and humidity. As I was walking out someone else walked in and said Dont you have air conditioning in here? The young girl who helped me was very friendly so I give it 3 stars for that. Wear sleeves and turn on some air conditioning for your staff and customers.

Ive been using this store for a few years now and Ive never had a bad experience. I ship weekly and have a po box. Theyve always been quite helpful. Youll save some $ if you print and pay for your UPS shipping labels at home and just drop them off here.

Flew from Chicago to visit sister in Easton. Bought WAY TOO MANY ANTIQUES to fit in luggage. Called UPS store on Sunday before Labor Day and store was closed; but Sohil (?) answered & said come in anyway. He spent an hour with us--weighing, measuring, pricing, etc. Promised delivery on a day certain and packages (3) actually came a day early.Everything perfectly packed and well protected. Sohil was very helpful, friendly & professional. Highly recommend this store and this employee in particular.

Excellent service very pleased.

I went here to print and ship some documents. Upon arrival, none of the 2 computers were functioning. So I suggested emailing them the docs that needed to be printed. Once they received it, they stated they could not process the doc because it is not compatible with their system. Its a simple Microsoft Excel doc. They still couldnt help me. QBecause of their inefficiencies, I have to drive across town to the kinkos. Thanks for the delay, UPS

I was there returning a amazon package and they charge me 5 dollars, apparently has to be a special barcode that was the same in my phone, and also they said the package was not accepted

I visited this post off and the attendant literally made me pay one dollar for one inch of tape. Horrible customer service, capitalism at its best.
