They have been wonderful so far. We were able to find carpet on site and schedule an installation quickly. The staff tried us wonderfully and really cared. The installation crew was extremely friendly and did an amazing job. Couldnt be happier

Called to request a quote. The phone call itself was awful. They didnt even say anything when I called. I had to ask if someone was there.I went the next step, and had someone come out to measure and recommend. An older guy showed up a chin diaper, smelled of stale cigarettes, and didnt open his mouth to talk. I have no clue who was in my house. He stood there in my entryway not saying anything for what felt like an eternity. Once I got him to finally talk and measure, he told us ONLY about what he cant and wont do. I had to ask him to repeat himself constantly. Finally I asked him what the next step is, and he says, You tell me.Needless to say, this project that we saved for, will not be with Remita.

My go-to carpet and rug store. Always find good choices and some great deals.much better than the stuff at the big box stores and under carpet foam liners make the carpet wear better and feel comfortable while protecting my wood flooring. The cleaning service is great as well. One stop shopping.

Awesome experience at Remita! We went in and they went over our options we picked out a few samples, they came to measure and then installed the next day! Very happy with the work and we will be getting them to come back!

Reasonably priced and good products

Total trash company. Carpet installation was sub par. They left without finishing only to come back for 2 hours the next day to finish. There was no communication either. They just showed up the next day. But they never completely finished because they didnt put any of the doors back up that they had removed after promising they would. The last straw was them throwing my camo American flag hat on the ground and stepping on it. I found it crushed on the ground. I had left it on a shelf. They did it. Thats like a waitress spitting in your drink. Who knows what else they did in my house. Did they wipe their butt on my toothbrush? Who knows. Is that something you want to have to worry about? Is that the kind of company you want to deal with? Anti American on top of it? Find someone else.

Excellent company to deal with. We had carpeting installed in our entire 2nd floor and stairway and also laminated hardwood flooring in our living and dining rooms. The installers were great and also gave helpful advice on maintaining the floors. The people in the store were also very helpful and polite. Upon completion of the job, Remita Rug then followed up with a very nice show of appreciation for having our business. Thank you!

This store is dangerous. Youll want everything! My family and I have been buying carpets and rugs from Remita for years and the reason is, its the store with the knowledgeable, courteous staff who give you the product that you want at an unbeatable price. I have had very large carpets cleaned by them, carpets cut and bound, bought padding to protect carpets and floors and sought advice on caring for carpets and flooring and they never fail to give me great service and advice. Their custom work is beautiful as well. This is my go-to flooring store. We are so lucky to have them nearby.
