We had used Lehigh Rug Service for years because they cleaned our rugs extremely well, at a good price, and the people were very friendly. So, when we were faced with replacing our worn out wooden floors, Tod was very optimistic that their process of deep cleaning and applying water based urethane would recondition them. Eric came to our home and confirmed that he thought their process would do the job. To say the least, Tod and Eric were right. After Eric was done, our floors looked fabulous. The bottom line -- without sanding, without a huge cost, and within one day, we have beautiful wooden floors again!

Really great experience getting a few large rugs cleaned after construction and a new rug cutting/binding. Highly responsive, accommodating, and excellent results! Would highly recommend for either of these services.

This is the third time I used Lehigh Rug Service for my home. They perform a great job of cleaning my living furniture and leave it looking like new. The cleaner called approximately 25 minutes before arriving to confirm the address and details. He arrived on time and walked through area to be cleaned, explaining process. He wanted to make sure that pets would be safe and would not get out due hoses.They were also extremely safety oriented, making sure to wash their hands after handling chemicals. They also mentioned to both of my elderly parents that the carpet was still damp, and to be careful walking from the damp carpets onto the hardwood floors.The cleaner was both polite and professional. He also had a good sense of humor. My elderly mother was very comfortable to have him in her home.

Reply to the owners reply: I appreciate your reply as all good business owners should but I never mentioned anything about a price comparison nor did i ask you to match it. It was assumptive on your behalf and thats when i brought it to your attention on the phone call. I stated the price i was charged with another company since you asked me for the size of the bedroom, I did not have access to measure it so i thought his pricing may have helped you for a ballpark price. From that point, we ended the phone call so nothing else was stated after that. I hope this helps with future customer experiences and i understand you dont want to lose money but neither does the customer and we also want to feel appreciated.Called to set up an appointment, from the get-go, the guy who answered seemed to be distracted. Not a good way to make a possible new client feel welcomed. While I reiterated I lived in a townhouse, he kept referencing that I was in an apartment and he wasn’t sure they could assist. After mentioning what I was charged before by a previous cleaner, he states “we are not going to be nickel and diming”. I have ZERO idea where this guy came up with saying I was nickel and diming him with just making a quick reference since he asked what sq footage my rooms are. I think it’s an odd business practice to ask a consumer to known the specific measurements of a room. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experiences.There are many of other competitors who have a set price and much better customer service. The positive reviews I’ve read are totally out the window on this company.

What a fabulous experience. They were so easy to work with. They were easy to contact, excellent communicators (thanks Matt!), and easy to schedule. The carpets hadn’t been cleaned in 6 years and they now look like new. Jacob was so thorough and included extra touches like moving small furniture for us, placing tabs below furniture legs, and even took out a little stain on my throw pillow free of charge. The carpets felt somewhat dry even by the time they left - not soggy or any sort of residue feeling. And the price was reasonable. This is a company that cares about customers and knows how to satisfy them.

I was very nervous because I didnt want to have anything happen to my walls and baseboards during the repair process. Wayne was GREAT!! Great job. The tech arrived on time and did a good job cleaning the carpets. There was an issue with equipment, but the tech handled it very professionally and offered to clean the steps and hall at no additional charge (because of the delay of 45 min to get different equipment).

We moved into a new house in May and couldnt afford to replace the carpeting. We decided to have it cleaned and stretched. Lehigh rug responded quickly to our inquiry, came out and provided a fair estimate and stuck to that price. The service was performed quickly after we agreed. The stretching first, then cleaning in the same day. The carpet looks great and I was very happy with the experience. A solid, reputable local company... couldnt be happier!

Known these guys for years and the recent job they did for us was done well...BUT AT AN INSANELY RIDICULUOUSLY HIGH AND UNFAIR PRICE. 3 GUYS, LESS THAN 3 HOURS OF WORK, APPROX.$20 IN MATERIAL, (FOAM PADDING) , BILL WAS OVER $500! I expected a bill of maybe $300, $350 absolute tops. Owner told me well, you didnt ask for an estimate.....this is a guy that has known my family for 50 years!! I did not expect a special deal, I expected a fair deal and did not even get close to one. Consider other options is my advice.

In general, we are satisfied with the service, but if I had to give a gradeto the study, that would be a B, the loft an A -, the steps an A, and masterbedroom a C at the most. Very disappointed with the final result of themaster bedroom, could have been done much better. Perhaps because it was cleaned last, not sure. Then there were dirty shoe marks all over I had to clean afterwards, probably caused when J. went to get the sealant spray from his truck.
