Just moved to Lehigh Valley recently and was recommended to try Binders. They were extremely friendly, honest, and did great work fast. I highly recommend them!

Great place. Clean comfortable waiting room. Pleasant staff. Quality work. Yea they are expensive...but when youre paying for a service you get what you pay for. Definitely recommended.

I have never felt so welcomed and appreciated at an auto repair shop. The owner unlocked everything one night when I got there just after closing, so my girlfriend (someone he doesn’t even know) would not be stuck without her car.The service at Binders is top tier.

Compete waste of money. Took a tire in to have a valve stem fixed and the guy did it fast and he said at the time its 10$. So i go to pay and give the guy my card and he said since you made an appointment to get something else done just pay then, which i thought was very honest for todays standards. Was i why wrong when i went to pay for service i had done. They charged me $18.75 for the valve stem $30 to replace 2 bulbs which doesnt take more then a minute. So all together it was almost $100 for the simple service ( state inspection but emissions exempt) which is why i will not return as well as tell other to be warned.

Honest shop with friendly staff. They walked me through everything that needed to be done with my car and they gave me a fair price to fix it. I could tell they did quality work, too, since I could feel the difference in my car after the repairs were made.

Fixed the wheelchair lift of our bus. Took us at short notice, fixed it in just a few hours, and it was very reasonably priced.

I had several great experiences at Binders Auto! Troy and Joey are very friendly and the rest of the staff is very knowledgable and professional. Quick turn around time on my car and very fair pricing. Highly recommended!

I took my car there for an electrical repair in 2012. It was a complete waste of time. The old desk receptionist lady (MJ) explained the breakdown of their pricing one way over the phone. It turned out to be much different when I was there in person. After explaining to Troy what I had been told, I got a refund and left. These are very irritating people who don’t communicate with you in a straightforward manner. There are better mechanics around the Lehigh valley.
