My car unexpectedly broke down on me. This place was the closest service shop I could get to. They were closed at the time…but I left my car there to see if they were able to look at it the next day. I called them first thing in the morning to tell them what happened. The guy on the phone was very friendly and easy to talk to. I felt comfortable and relieved. I arrived to drop off my key so they could look at my car. I gave the ok for them to work on it. These guys exceeded my expectations and gained a new customer. Not only did they fix my car they were honest and didn’t do anything unnecessary that would’ve cost me more money. If you need any repairs to your vehicle I highly recommend this place. Great experience. Chris was fantastic and everything was straight forward. Definitely will consider them for future purchases.Follow up.. Spent 30k on a vehicle and they wont even call me back. Car started having electrical issues 1 1/2 weeks into purchase. Changed my rating from 5 starfor sale to 1 star for customer service. Took it to their mechanic for a brake light that was out. They lied and told me it was working. When I replaced the bulb things started going crazy. All kinds of lights came on. Car started working erratically. Manager will not respond to any of my phone calls.Follow up on response. Vehicle was driven 60 miles to service where they checked my vehicle and lied about no problem. They had their chance to rectify but chose to lie to me. Then manager will not answer my call or return it. This is a managers responsibility. This is what happens when there is a problem. They dont want to work with you. They want me to spend 200.00 to take to a dealer and they wont reimburse us. This all could have been avoided if the Manager ( Vince) would have done his job for cu stomer satisfaction. A simple phone call back was too difficult. This could have been avoided by answering the phone but you guys chose to handle it this way in a public forum. Not very smart.

They don’t do inspections during the weekends but they have the flexibility for you to drop the vehicle off during the week and pick it up the following day. Definitely highly recommended it

So they claim to help people with bad credit, good credit, or no credit. I have good credit and make about $2600 a month. My fiancé just started a new job so he didn’t have “proof of income” even though together we make roughly $4000 a month. I was so excited to get this one car I had my eye on and when they guy came back he told me that I didn’t “make enough” and I would either need to put $4000 down when I had $1000 for the down payment or need a co-signer none of which I had so we left disappointed and carless. So unless you make $4000 a month by yourself or have a co-signer I wouldn’t go here to buy a car.

Outstanding service! I am not from the area but they were lifesavers and went out of their way to explain and help fix the problem with my car that unfortunately broke down while I was on vacation. We bought a car from this place on a Saturday last customer to leave then Sunday morning first thing we noticed leak of oil on the floor of our garage. Brought it to there service center and they say it’s a seep not a leak so they won’t do anything. If oil is coming your car it’s not a seep. And then when my husband talked to Vince he said they could give us our money back and he would talk to the owner and get back to us. Next day the owner said no. When we looked under the car before purchasing it appeared to be the AC. If we had know we would have never bought the car. I would never every recommend this place. They just don’t care about having a happy customer. They didn’t care when I said I was giving them bad reviews. All they care about is your money and selling a car.

I needed an oil change and my tires rotated. I didnt know you needed to make an appointment and he stated I would have to wait 40 minutes. When I told him I didnt have that much time he fit me in and I was done in less than 20 minutes. He also told me I didnt need my tires rotated, so there was no charge for that. I had some other questions about future service and he was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Very clean and professional atmosphere. I would recommend this place to get your car serviced.

The worst experience with purchasing a vehicle. First, theyHiked up the price of the vehicle from the price advertised on THEIR website. Then added service agreements and warranties I never requested and now giving me the turn-around to correct their mistake. The sales rep is dishonest and the finance guy is a financial predator.
