The installer David is the best! First time, he installed a wood floor in my house was 5 years ago. I am still as happy with it as I was 5 years ago. David did a fantastic job again. Peggy Ginsberg, S&H Flooring, was great to work with. She was fun, personable, and worked diligently with us through out the entire process. When we had to postpone everything due to an unforeseen speed bump on the road of life, she was more than understanding. About a year later, we reconnected with Peggy, got the remodel of our master bedroom/bath going. Her installers did a great job and were very professional, even working late into the evening if they had to. Our remodel turned out fabulous. We are very pleased with the outcome.

Ben is awesome! He was professional and attentive to my needs as the customer. The carpet installers however, were not prepared to actually install the carpet for the space that they measured beforehand. I had to take off work an additional day because of their contractors being unprepared. Even with that being said my overall experience was good and I would refer friends to work with Ben and S&H Floors! I like the fact that they are local and fair on their pricing.

Extremely affordable, great service, and great installation. I went into the store knowing what I wanted for the most part from looking on their website; Ben at the store was extremely professional and didnt try to over sell me, which i greatly appreciate. The whole process, from start to finish, took less than a week. The carpet I chose looks great and the installers were very good. Couldnt be more pleased with the experience.

Jules is truly the best! She made our floor buying experience very easy. Her product knowledge and customer service are 2nd to none. Today, it is not easy to find great prices and excellent service from one company...and Jules does that! We are definitely customers for life.

Ben was extremely helpful in explaining our carpet options, why some carpets cost more than others, wearability, etc. He helped us through the whole process with the knowledge we needed to make the right choice for us. Once we identified what we were looking for, he steered us away from the expensive stuff we were looking at and to some less expensive options.The carpet was in and ready to install in less than a week. The installers came and were very courteous. They were very careful with our furniture and did an overall great job.I would recommend these guys to anyone.

We had laminate flooring and new baseboards installed in our house and we could not be more in love!!! Jules helped us choose the flooring we wanted, showing us numerous styles and options for different budgets. Jules was very knowledgeable and kind, even with all of our questions!!! The crew who installed the floors was fantastic and incredibly detailed in their craftsmanship. My husband and I were very impressed with the care they took installing our floors as well as their helpfulness. We will always come back to Dallas Flooring Warehouse!!!

Upon weeks of research looking for a new floor, Dallas Flooring Wearhouse in Allen looked like the most promising store to walk in to and browse, based on their amazing online reviews and article in Top Pick Reports.Initially when we went to the store, my significant other and I thought we wanted to go with interlocking vinyl planks for a DIY job we could do ourselves. Because we were on a budget, we thought it would be the route to go. However, we were then greeted by the awesome Jules at S&H Flooring. She listened to our ideas and how we wanted to replace 15yr old carpet with the vinyl and try to install ourselves.She then explained to us on the fact that we had 225 sq.ft of carpet that needed to be ripped up, tile needing to be destroyed in the foyer, and sub-floor that most likely needing to be leveled in an older home, our time and effort would be saved tremendously by letting her team tackle the job.Jules then introduced us to laminate flooring which would be more cost friendly and efficient for what our home needed rather than the vinyl. The samples she showed us were awesome! We couldnt believe the real hard-wood look of the Bella-Terra series. We were undecided between a darker richer laminate, or lighter hickory laminate-both in Bella-Terra series. Everyone at S&H in Allen was so helpful! Ben let us know we were able to check out samples overnight and see them in our own homes natural lighting.After we had the Bella-Terra Scala in Rustic Hickory at home in our lighting we JUST knew it was the one! The next day we walked into the store, sat down with Jules and went over the details of installation.She was very informative of the process, cost, and how the installers would do the job. She let us know getting small items out of the way and as much furniture as possible would help the team get started and done faster. However she said they would help with some heavy items if needed. We wrote a check (half up front) to save a credit card charge, and the installers were to come out the following Monday!Come Monday morning at around 11:00am we met Lucio and Alex, our laminate installation experts! We had cleared all of our furniture out of the living room, formal dining and master bedroom-Save for our entertainment center and bed which the guys helped us with. Then the ripping of our awful carpet commenced. Lucio and Alex got to work right away on tearing it up, rolling it outside, removing the tack strips, and preparing our subfloor. We had some leveling and cracks that needed work and the Guys did excellent at taking their time making sure the foundation was solid and prepped to lay our beautiful laminate!Day 2: Lucio and Alex show up around 9:00am ready to start laying the laminate! We were amazed once they laid down the rubber pad and began plank after plank how quickly our floor was coming together! Most of Day 2 was the laminate being laid down and it looked WONDERFUL!Day 3: Some finishing touches were needed such as thresholds and shoe around the crown molding on day 3. We laid our own linoleum tiles in our laundry room during the process and went to Home Depot for our own purposes and realized we wanted to have a thinner shoe (than quarter round) everywhere the new floors were laid. We consulted with S&H, Jules, and Lucio and they were very flexible with us and giving the customer what they wanted! We went to Home Depot and bought the thinner shoe materials and were reimbursed for the quarter round.Lucio and Alex did a wonderful job. We are still in awe everytime we look at the fine detailed work they did. Lucio even put the shoe in our laundry room for us which was NOT required at all in the job! I would recommend S&H Flooring to anyone! The quality and job performance are outstanding!-Craig and Paige
