From the front desk all the way to the back of the office everyone here is wonderful. I have seen Tara, Sarah, and Dr. Max and they were all awesome. I highly recommend this dental center!! I feel very well taken care of here.

No issues. They clearly explain any options. Provide cost expectations in advance. I like the people. They try to ensure your money is spent wisely. They do good work. The doctors are very personable as are the assistants. The front office staff is top notch. I am fully confident that Allen Dental Center can provide all the dental services I may require.

Always efficient, on time, and gracious. The young lady at desk brought me a cup of cold water when she heard I had walked there. Then the hygienist made sure I drank some water before starting home. Also, I believe they do the best cleaning I have ever had.

Recently switched to this office. I had Dr. Steve handle wisdom teeth for my son, and Dr. Josh handled a root canal/crown for me. Both experiences were great and I would recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Josh and his staff were kind, knowledgeable, and quick. Tara, the dental hygienist who took care of me, was especially wonderful. They explained everything in great detail and made me feel very comfortable even though I was a bit embarrassed having not been to the dentist in quite a while. They were HIGHLY recommended by 4 relatives of mine. After experiencing their service first hand I would give more than 5 stars if possible! They are a long distance from my home but worth the drive! :)

Fillings for myself and my 5-year-old. They made us feel completely comfortable and neither of us had any pain. My little one told me, “The dentist loves me a lot.” Lol. They will make your kids feel special. Timely and professional. I think they use very high quality procedures/ pain management too because we were only numb on a small part of our mouths and it wore off very quickly after the procedure.

Dr. Steve and his staff are amazing! They care for each patient as if they’ve known you for years. Everyone is so gentle when working on you. All the doctors are very communicative of what they are doing, what to expect and they even explain the treatment in detail so you know what is happening. I would recommend this office to anyone. I drive 45 mins just for this staff.

Just moved here from out of state and saw Allen Dental as one of the top rated dentists in the Allen area and the reviews did not disappoint. I called in and they were very nice and were able to get me in for an appointment the following day. Brittany was very nice in getting my teeth looked at and Dr. Josh was very kind and welcoming. This was a relatively minor issue with me ... only a loosened crown ... but the entire staff .. from the staff to Dr. Steve ... handled it like it was something major and worked me into a very busy schedule. That was very much appreciated and reflects the level of service and care Ive experienced at this practice over the last 15 or so years!

Update; Dr Jeff is no longer doing intense dental work, but his nephew Josh Williams is. I had some major dental work done lately (3 crowns and 2 fillings) and the care and expertise absolutely didn’t change. He is a 3rd generation dentist and learned from the best. I encourage anyone to give Josh a try. He truly is an excellent dentist. Of course my buddy Chandra did an excellent job as always prepping the new crowns. This place is the best!Allen Dental Center is the best environment I have ever had for dentistry. I suffered with poor dentists for years until I found them probably close to 15 years ago now. Everyone there has always made me feel at home and comfortable. They really do care about their patients. To me they are not my dentist office, but my family. I moved away a few years ago and today I drove 3 1/2 hours to have Britney clean my teeth. As long as they will have me and I can manage to get there, I will always go back to Dr Jeff and his team. His assistant Chandra has been with me the entire time for some very tough dental work over the years and she is truly the best! If you need a great dentist look no further than Allen Dental Center.

I have been going to Allen Dental Center for many years and always receive excellent care.

I called ahead to arrange payment for my daughter as I would be working and she would be driving herself to her appointment. I also wanted to give consent as she is a minor. Was told that I had a credit balance and I would be billed for any residual. My daughter texted me anxious and upset because Lara who was checking her out was demanding payment. I am a long term patient and have never owed money to the practice. I always pay in full. Very poor customer service.

It was a great experience! The doctor gave me an evaluation and a plan of action. Was in and out in a flash. No long wait, Much better than my previous dentist. Definitely recommend!

Allen Dental center runs a tight ship, clean, punctual, friendly, professional. Unlike many offices with a rude controlling receptionist they greet you with warmth and compassion and get to business. Allen Dental doesnt try to sell you work you dont need. I literally went in for a root canal that the dentist did some additional work and decided we should just take a wait and see approach. That was three years ago. Were still good. I appreciate that they want to be certain the work actually needs to be done, that theres no alternative, before performing treatments that are unnecessary. Two of my kids had their wisdom teeth removed successfully. One had a situation that called for a surgeon beyond his comfort level and they told us that honestly and referred us out. I cant say enough good about their practice. I also, as a Christian, appreciate their music choice.

Megan did an excellent, very gentle hygiene job and was good to meet and converse with Dr. Josh----both fairly new to the practice. They had to deal with a 20+ year patient and did just fine.

The office did an amazing job of making me feel safe while having a routine exam and cleaning. Every precaution was taken, by the staff, to reduce the risk of COVID exposure. Every staff member had a role and they did it great.
