Have 4 kids plus me.. Four of us did at other orthodontists who were great. My last son picked this one cause it was close to home but this was the worst place anyone can go to .. they have no value of time. They will let you wait for two hours to see you and don’t care at all.. worst costumer service I have ever seen. As soon as you sign your contract they treat you like an object. The only reason I have to stay with them cause I can’t get any money back for my sons braces. I don’t recommend anyone to go there.. you will regret it .. I don’t recommend anyone going there even if it was for freeAnd every time my son go for check up they keep telling me he has broken brackets and they charge $25 each bracket.. that cost me at least $50 each time he goes.. and how can I know if he has broken brackets or not and how many since your. It allowed to go back with him

Not happy at all with my experience, my daughter got her braces removed a moth ago and didnt give her any provisional retainers as result a month later the permanents retainers were so tight...she was in pain .....worts experience ever...

The people that work there are very nice and they really care about their patients.

Don’t bother making appointments. They don’t keep them. The dog in the office seems pretty unprofessional as well.

This place is excellent! Me and my sister both got our braces not too long ago and they treat us very well. Recently, there was something wrong with my sisters braces and they fixed it pretty well. The workers there are super nice and very kind. I recommend this place!

I had to get the third filling, well third day getting fillings, of my entire life today. At different dentist offices (this was my 1st time to have any work done with DR) I have uad horrible experiences. So I was very nervous. The dentists assistant was very reassuring that would not occur.Dr. Tran was professional, kind, and quick. The shots were pretty painless. He also got my through very fast! I was happy!

Dental Republic by far has been the best experience ever for myself and my 3 kids. My kids were terrified of the dentist until today. They loved it. Staff was caring and comforting making my kids and myself feel like we known them for years, and let my tell you about the Dr. Super nice and attentive to my kids making them feel that they should not fear the dentist ever again. So Dental Repulic THANK YOU SO MUCH WE WILL BE BACK. :)

I have been going here since I was 8 years old. It has great service and assistants who care to help and provide quality treatment. My siblings and I all experience the same hospitality time and time again. I find Dental Republic to be a source of diligence and compassion.

Please do not go to this dental facility. Rude people. Poor service. immature dentists. I wish i could give them 0 star. Specially if you care about your kids you would never take them there. All these good reviews are fake given by their own employees and friends.

Service was good, but the claims billing department has been a nightmare. Several messages were left for a return call to be made regarding the filing of my dental claims and to date, no one has returned any calls. I am disappointed in the way my claims are being handled as they take way too long to file claims and then you can never reach anyone in that department to discuss the billing concerns.

I took my two year old daughter to Dental republic in Allen yesterday and she loved it. I am definitely taking her again in the next 3 months.

I took my sister to see Dr. Patil at Dental Republic at the Allen location. She is an amazing Dr and made my sisters confidence higher after her appointment. My sister had some teeth pulled when she was younger and has had a bridge her whole life. It had broke and her crowns didnt look so good. Dr. Patil fabricated crowns for her the same day and they looked amazing and just like a real tooth! The instruments were updated and very handy. When we first came into the office the front desk people were very friendly and had answered all our questions. I felt very comfortable with my sister being seen.

Had a great experience at this dental office, everything was fast and well done, my husband got his deep cleaning and DAs could have not been any more helpful and explained everything so well ! Girls are super sweet and know what they are doing!

Yeh, the service is totally good , receptionists are very nice , especially bryiana , she every time give all the information related very good , explain so well , that there is no confusion . In short in dental republic we are treated very nicely, we dont have to wait too much . So all good .

I have gotten 3 calls from this dental office saying I had a appointment when I never have called to have one. Why would I have a appointment at a office 360 miles away. Guy on phone was vary rude.

I have been coming to this location for over a year and have had such a great experience and perfect work by DR Patil. I have never enjoyed going to the dentist...until now . Excellent customer service ,great work from DR Patil and I have received so many compliments on my new teeth . I will not go anywhere else , unless DR Patil relocates I will have to follow however I hope that never happens!!

My children has been service here since we moved to the Allen area 9 years ago. Excellent customer service from the time of entrance to the time of exitting. Today was my first time getting dental treatment here and I must say extherely subperb sherely, everyone was so welcoming, pleasant and helpful. So I recommend anyone who is looking for a great dentist and staff to choose Dental Republic you wont be disappointed.

Dont walk RUN from this office, I brought my mom in as a patient the first time she waited 4 hours for a consultation my mother was told she needed 2 fillings and a crown they gave her a quote and made an appt for the following week. Yesterday I take her in and asked the receptionist to call me when she is done and I leave. I get a call 4 hours later saying that she was done and ready to be picked up. I get there and she with the dentist they bring me back to where my mom is and the dentist tells me that she needs to extract 3 teeth I said Shes been here 4 hours and you have not even started working on her yet? The dentist then says to me I was a little behind! A little BEHIND???? I sat there and held my moms hand while she extracted her teeth I noticed first hand how incompetent the office staff is and noticed how unsanitary the office is. The staff there has no OSHA Training what so ever the doctor kept having to scream out for supplies while working on my mother and her staff did not even know what she was asking for! With so many Great dentist offices out there why would you waste your time going to this one ??? RUN!!!

Took my wife for an Implant (expensive) and two years later the tooth fell of and today I took her there to cement the tooth back and they charged us again $ 150 saying that the tooth will fell off in time and when I explained that I had mine done in Canada 8 years ago and still no problems, the dentist and receptionist told me, that is how they do their business and they wouldnt fix the tooth if I didnt pay them and after we paid them and they cemented the tooth, the dentist told my wife that it might fall off again and to go there for another cement, I thought when you do implants, they should be like permanent tooth but this place is 100% scam and I advise you to spend more $$$ and go to another place because you always get Cheap Quality Product & Service for cheaper $$$$I am going to file an official complaint against them and hope the city hear our problems and do something about it.

I always brought my children and they have let me into the office with my children but today the woman in charge of taking the X-rays told me no, I thought that because of the covid19, they have become more strict, but that tattooed girl from the face, it was rude to my 10-year-old daughter and it hurt her mouth, I do not think I will return, it bothers me because today I will have to look for another place and start again, but that is better than seeing my daughter suffer, I hope you take my complaint so they dont lose more customers 😡😡😡

I love the people who work here are very friendly. And above all they try to help customers ... I recommend 100 percent to come here. Thank you
