Jewelry is beautiful, sales are great at the Outlet. IF you have any problems with the jewelry that need to be fixed, do not talk to the sales people. Always go straight to the manager, Jenny. The sales people will try to tell you that any problem with the piece is YOUR problem, you are too rough, you dont understand that gold wears out and diamonds fall out all the time - ridiculous. Jenny is great, understands what can be done to help you and will get it accomplished. The store will never communicate with you - they promise emails all along the way - my ring went in 6 times in less than 4 years and not one single time did I get an email. So, I posted 3 stars because the jewelry is a great value, but God help you if you have any problems.

I went into this location this evening and I was totally ignored, however I continued to look at the jewelry. There was two men in the store and one man was already helping a customer and the other guy was behind the counter. I asked could someone please help me and the guy behind the counter rudely responded “when someone becomes available “. He really didn’t look like he was doing nothing so I left out of the store. I will never spend a penny in a store where I’m ignored and disrespected. My advice to this store manager would be to fire the tall slender white guy and replace him with someone with better customer service skills. Because of the rude, disrespectful guy that was there tonight, doesn’t need to be working with the public.

Hunt for the Diamond Tennis BraceletThomas and Jennie (store Manager at the Allen Outlet) helped track down the diamond bracelet I wanted for my wifes 50th b-day, which was sold out when I returned from our honeymoon. They spent a lot of time calling other stores, trying to locate the bracelet, worked on it for almost a week, kept me in the loop and provided alternatives if they we not able to obtain the one I wanted. They did not give up on the search and ultimately found the one I wanted. Thomas and Jennie are the best and my wife loved it!! Purchased a few items from this store. They never informed me or sent me an email when it was ready for pickup after being sized. They never answer their phones. Very unprofessional.

Thomas and the whole staff is great. They all should get raises. I will keep going here for jewelry for me and my wife. Very professional and no pressure to have you make a purchase. The wife loves Le Vian everytime we go she gets at least one piece the prices are hard to beat. She just got a Neil Lane piece at a great price also. We love it here would recommend.

Thomas is the definition of Southern Hospitality. Although we did not cross paths in the store, he was incredibly nice over the phone and was exceptionally accommodating. I should also mention that the two women who helped us while we were in the store were wonderful to work with and not pushy at all. When trying to sort out a problem in a local store out of state, there was a lot of confusion and frustration. Thomas sorted everything out with no personal agenda in mind. My man Thomas is next level. Give this man a raise. I was compelled to write a review for the first time because this experience was so good. The world is a better place because of people like him.

I have been having my jewelry inspected every 6 months for over 3 years. I came in today, and my jewelry was soaked and whipped with an abrasive paper towel vs. Ultrsonically cleaned. I rated 3 because it was cleaned and inspected....but only a 3 because I do not expect my diamonds to be cleaned with an abrasive paper towel vs ultrasonic cleaning when it is free and readily available. I have NEVER had my jewelry cleaning like this....

The sales associates Thomas and Sharon are extremely friendly and very helpful. A real no pressure sales environment. I was there with a family member/friend who was shopping for wedding rings and decided to buying a watch for myself. I would definitely recommend this location as they went above and beyond to help.

Thomas and his team are the best and loved the whole experience of purchasing an engagement ring (as it should be) did not feel pressured at all to make a purchase right away the 1st day we were just looking for a new ring. Me and my boyfriend walked in, an hour before closing, just wanting to look around, and left with THE ring!!First off I have to say I LOVE Jenny and Donna! They were some of the kindest ladies weve met. They were so incredibly helpful. With their help and expertise, we found my dream ring for an amazing price. It was in their previously owned section, and it was a $5000 ring and we got it for $1500! Ive always strayed away from diamonds because the pricetags scared me, but Jenny and Donna made us feel at ease and helped us get a great deal on my dream ring. It was incredible how my perfect ring was in the previously owned case, and it was exactly my size... Just meant to be. Now my boyfriend has confidence knowing he has the perfect ring that I fell in love with to propose to me with. We even found him a gorgeous ring for him, too!The entire expirience made me feel like Cinderella. The ring fit perfectly in every way. Im still blown away at how everything went! The staff there is beyond great! My now husband & I had gone in there separately to look at engagement rings. Jeanne knew who I was just by what I asked to look at. Now THAT is taking time to listen to your clients & get to know them!
