I took two necklaces in for repair. One of the necklaces I had broken the chain into two pieces. You cannot even tell that this chain had been broken. Excellent repair work. On the second necklace the clasp had broken off. I asked to have a larger clasp put on - one that I could open easily. The new clasp is much easier to use and looks great on the necklace.This was my first visit at Allen Village Jewelers. I highly recommend this store for purchases and repair work. I love this shop! They have very stunning and unique pieces. Anything is possible with them! I purchased a spectacular morganite ring and needed it sized from a 7 to a 4.5 and they did that no problem in less than a week (most jewelers say that’s not possible). I’m normally discouraged about buying rings because I’m usually limited by my options because my fingers are so small but all of the staff is willing to help you find the perfect piece of jewelry for you. They also don’t pressure you into anything and never take advantage of you! This will always be my #1 jewelry store. I will be returning soon!

Allen Village Jewelers helped me with two watch repairs. They were able to fix a fogging issue that was caused by subpar watch repair from another repair shop. That same repair shop replaced glass on another watch and the glass fell out the moment I got home. Allen Village Jewelers fixed that issue as well. Knowledgeable jewelers and better pricing.

Ive been there a few times now, and every time theyve exceeded my expectations. Last week I took in 2 old rings, wanted the center diamond moved from one to the other. Wasnt even sure it could be done, but he told me my options and the prices for each up front. Told me it would be ready Friday, but it was ready Tuesday! And it turned out perfect!!! I brought in a very tarnished ring for my daughter to get resized, as well as a tarnished sterling silver pendant with a message written on it. Both in very rough shape. They were able to resize the ring, they found that the diamond was loose and were able to tighten it up, and then re-plated and polished both the ring and the pendant so that they looked brand new again! It was absolutely amazing and I couldnt have been happier. This will be a very special gift to give back to my daughter. I will definitely be back, thank you Allen Village Jewelers!

They did a fantastic job on my ring. I got a tungsten carbide ring and had it engraved and they even had to send off to get the right size for it and it was here in a very short amount of time and ready to be picked up. And they told me if I ever need my ring resized or anything is wrong with it, I can bring it in and they will send off for a new one free of charge. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE 10/10 recommend

I do not recommend. I dropped off a watch for battery replacement and a ring for prong tightening and cleaning. While it was ready on time as promised (watch next day and ring 2 days), the quality of the repairs was sub par. I brought the watch in with no scratches, and when I picked it up, there were many scratches on the back. When I pointed that out, the person there was no apologetic and said “that’s the best we can do.” And that these things happen. What?!?! I said that this is not normal to scratch up a watch, and he said it happens. I don’t think so. I’ve had many watches serviced, and not a one had a scratch. Also, when I picked up the ring, it was not clean even though I paid for polish and clean. I was not offered an apology nor at least a discount. I had to pay the full 50. I will never come back here, nor do I recommend this place to anyone.

I Bring my diamond rings regularly for inspection and cleaning and they always do a great job. Looks like a brand new ring every time. They always call to walk me through any repairs with them before proceeding. Very reasonable and trustworthy. I won’t go anywhere else.

My 40 year old, one-of-a-kind ladies watch I bought in Romania was in need of a new battery. Since Im new to Dallas, I hadnt a clue as to which jewelry store I should go to. Through the luck-of-the-draw, I was going to take my watch to Allen Village Jewelers. Now Ive had some jewelers over the years who did not even work on my watch so I braced myself to hear those dreaded words, Sorry Maam we dont work on watches like yours. So when I walked into Allen Village Jewelers, the whole attitude of this jewelry store was inviting. I brought out my antique watch and the jeweler mentioned that this watch was at least 40 years old, and it might be to the point in time when I gave it up and opt for a newer one. I said that no, this watch is filled with memories and so he knew getting a new watch wasnt the way to go for me. He assured me then that besides the battery, it could also be prettied-up, That was when $ signs started to dance before my eyes, but I knew that no matter what the cost of a new battery and then a good cleaning, I would do anything to keep this watch. After a couple of weeks, I received a call from Allen Village Jewelers informing me that my watch was ready to be picked up. So first thing this morning I went to pick up and pay for my watch and I was beginning to wonder if it would be worth all the money I just knew he was going to charge me. He brought my very special watch out for me to see and WOW! This watch looks brand new! And it was actually keeping the correct time! As my left arm was being adorned with my good-as-new time piece, he spoke up and said that with tax, it came to a grand total of $47 and some change. All in all, I have made Allen Village Jewelers my go-to jewelry store and will most definitely encourage friends and family members to go to Allen Village Jewelers for all their jewelry needs! Over all, the customer service was excellent their attention to detail on my watch was outstanding. Even at my relatively low price point, I had a good number of pieces to choose from. Everything in the store looked nice, and seemed reasonably priced.
