Phones are always busy.*edit after owner reply: no thanks I called my insurance agent and they took care of it instead. No way I’m going to go through more trouble in emailing you just so you can figure out why your phones were constantly busy. Wasn’t just your. I called 5 other locations in the area. Same thing.

I’ve rented from enterprise multiple times ! My reservation had the incorrect spelling of my name so I’m sure he couldn’t see my renting history . Anyway I’m sure with COVID a lot of their guidelines were modified but this had to be the worst experience I’ve ever had with renting through enterprise . I rented a car not realizing that I’d get stuck out of town . I kept in contact with the company and was told I’d have to pay upfront for returning the car at a later date when as i stated before I’ve rented through enterprise a thousand times . I agreed to them taking out the difference in what i owe up front but not running the entire transaction again when i already still had the first one posted on my account with deposit . I ended up returning the car three days late but kept them informed everyday that I’d need an extension . The morning of the day i officially returned the car which was 3 days late but paid to date , i received a nasty call from Jennifer at the north Allen location threatening to repo the car . Enterprise had just ran my account the day before so the rental balance was up to date when she called . After years of renting through enterprise i have officially decided to rent elsewhere moving forward .

These guys were great! I rented a car for a week because my car was supposed to be in the shop for a week, but it only ended up being there for three days. In addition to a no hassle early return, they even let me return the car to a different location that was closer to where my car was being worked on. I will definitely be renting from Enterprise again – highly recommended!!

This place does not skimp on customer service. The store Mgr checked me in and he was excellent and explained everything in detail; from the way the deposit works to helping me identify dollar size damages to ensure I would not be charged.Shannon checked the vehicle back in upon my return and she was so sweet and helpful. The worst experience in my life. The two ladies that were assisting, rude with a discriminatory attitude because of my accent. At the end I was unable to rent a car, even I had a reservation. It is a pity that GEICO was part of this very bad experience

At first I had amazing service! Then a week later idk what happened... the car they gave me had a very weird bad smell, complained first time went over and the guy was nice enough spray something but didn’t work, notified them about the issue but they didn’t care enough to give me another car (the smell was affecting my ASTHMA I could not handle it). They were always out of cars but didn’t want to take extra step to reserve me another car even though it was their fault. I called another time and the guy said he has SUV but doesn’t fit my price range (just taxes are extra) and he was not nice enough to let me have it for few days, he was very rude on the phone and hung up on my face. OH and the car needed oil change since the day I got it had 0% and i told them I had it for over a month... they told me to go do it myself... I get it they are busy but at least make your customers feel like they matter just a little bit. Worst experience I have had!

Historically I’ve had great success with enterprise rental it’s a great company. This past weekend I used an alternate location in Hot Springs Arkansas as I was there on vacation and needed to park your car to go about my travels and then return it in Texas where my home is. A couple of things I noted was one the car they gave me smelled like cigarette smoke to the car was not clean and I asked him to please go back and clean it especially amid the current Covid situation and 3-D original location was the Hot Springs airport that location has been closed for sometime and they did not let us know and had to drive an additional length of mileage and time

Best service I have ever had. Yesterday I needed a rental drop off at my collision repair shop and CAGE was my rep. He was very pleasant, patient, and exceedingly professional -one would have thought he was part owner of the company. Often times with car services, you feel like a number in the system, but this location has a different philosophy it appears. I have visited this location twice since moving here, having been all over the globe, they have the best service by far.

Manager was rude and made us stand outside for ten minutes before coming out. Told we have to go to McKinney after this location is the SECOND place we’ve been sent. As a platinum reward member I expect better from enterprise. I would never voluntarily rent from this location or likely enterprise again. I’m sure there are rental agencies that treat their top spending customers better.

Things changed, this branch (Allen, close to Top Golf) was usually a good place to deal with but now they take advantage of customers... besides not picking up customers they dont care anymore about them. BTW, I been using Enterprise for years. Will look for other options next time...

BEWARE: Enterprise needs to be more customer friendly and needs to have the old motto The customer is always right not sorry that is just how it is sorry. I did have a great experience with the woman that helped me return the vehicle. I made the mistake of choosing the new vehicle rental option You Click. We Pick.Vehicle determined upon pick-up (Compact or Larger) or similar. When I went to pick up my vehicle for our July 4th week vacation I found that out of anything they could have chose they picked a Nissan Frontier Pickup truck. Now I was traveling from the Dallas area all the way down to South Padre Island so this thing may not be a comfortable ride and not to mention how much gas a truck was going to use and cost me for the trip down and back about 1000 miles. I had to argue and argue with them about this decision and they kept saying well you just have to take what we pick. I said but a truck really it does not mention anything about trucks being included so finally they gave me a Nissan Versa which someone turned in while I was there claiming it had an issue pulling to one side which they said this is the third vehicle he had returned so he took the pickup and they gave me the Versa. I asked if they were going to make sure there was no issue they said it was fine. When I got ready to get in it the airbag light was on so I asked them why they said it was probably nothing so I said are you going to write this down and grantee that if we are in an accident it is going to work? Well they changed their tune and cleaned up another Nissan Versa for me. My review for this vehicle is Do NOT get one for a trip too small, very uncomfortable and this one did have an issue because the front end drive was making high levels of noise most of the time. It did get good fuel mileage though. Not sure if I will rent from them again or not??

Gave me a much smaller car than my own and accused my family of smoking inside the car. They will hand over dirty and filthy cars to you, blame you for not keeping clean and charge you a rip-off fee at the time of return. Stay away by all means.

Management needs to consider additional staffing. Returning car on Saturday took nearly an hour standing in line with 8 (increased to 9 while writing this) other customers while only one employee was working and taking care of customers and checking cars in and out by himself. I felt bad for that one employee, and despite Managements failure to properly staff, this employee handled the situation quite well. Customer service in general needs some work and training. Some employees were very helpful, while the ttitudes of some employees were terrible.

This location has fantastic customer service. The guys working when I was in have been incredibly helpful in taking care of our rental needs while my car was in the shop. They handled things with insurance for me, kept me updated on the rental length, and bent over backwards to get me in to a car I needed. Highly recommend them.

These guys are awesome. Took great care of me and everyone else that came in despite being crazy busy due to recent hail storm in the area anda only having a two person staff!!! The went on to be awesome with a mistake that occurred it was resolved so quickly they made a customer for life!

May I suggest this tagline for todays experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car: Enterprise: The Place That Lets You Down. Reason for the suggestion: (1) I had a confirmation number for a three day vehicle rental. (2) I get a ride and was dropped off at the Enterprise location in Allen, TX on Andrews Pkwy for my 8:00a scheduled pick up. (3) Upon entering the location, Im informed by the desk rep they dont have any cars and Id have to wait 30 to 90 minutes for some to arrive! (4) How unprofessional and inconsiderate! Not even a courtesy call to warn me ahead of time about any issue. (5) Explaining my morning schedule didnt afford the luxury of waiting until whenever for a car to show up, I called out for a ride to pick me back up. Almost four hours later I received a call to let me know a car was available to pick up. Something I could not arrange at the time, being across town and my agenda set for the day. Later attempts by placing three phone calls to Enterprise included more than 20-minutes of being placed on a brief hold, plus an in-person walk-in to a different location where I had been informed (by phone) of the availability of my preferred rental which proved false. Summary: Totally bad experience that wasted so much of my day and left me standing on the curb.

They were completely unprepared. We spoke with them multiple times to let them know what type of vehicle we needed and they never updated it. Two other people who were also picking up cars had the same issue. They lacked in communication. The guy , Sam, that was assisting just walked away after I initialed the paperwork. I had to wait till he came back from the bathroom and he was like oh we have to clean this one since you have to have this type of car. He was so rude! It was not just me, he had that attitude toward all the customers. There were two guys that needed a specific type of vehicle as well and they didnt have one and he said I dont have it and just ignored them, I guess they asked if someone could get the vehicle there for them or take them to the vehicle and he was just rude. He seemed very inconvenienced that it was busy and he had to assist people. Didnt offer any solution to the issue. Also, the car was filthy when we got it. We told him upon inspection and he said yeah and? Kept reminding me that we had to have this type of vehicle. People like this guy should work as far away from the public as possible. There is no room in customer service for people with bad attitudes like his. If you have to use this place, avoid Sam and hopefully you will have a better experience.

No cars available - scheduled for the next day at 10am - started trying to call them at 9:45am to verify that they had a car - held for over five minutes - hung up - tried again a few minutes later - held again - tried again a few minutes later - held again. Its 10:30am and I still cant get in touch with them. Im going to call another branch and see if they will answer instead.*** Update ***After trying for over 45 minutes to contact this location, I called another Enterprise location, the one on Prestige Circle in Allen - and spoke with someone within ONE MINUTE. Even though I didnt have a reservation - and vehicle availability is an issue due to the recent storms - they had a vehicle for me. I drove down within 30 minutes and picked it up. I never heard back from a district manager - even though they said one would call - but the Andrews Pkwy location did reply to my original comment. Unfortunately, it seems that they didnt read my entire reply or that they misunderstood my issue - which was not about there being no cars available the first day, but rather, was about them not answering the phone and leaving people on hold - repeatedly. Maybe the Andrews Pkwy location is under staffed - not sure - but there seems to be reason for their significantly lower rating that the other two Enterprise locations in my area - based on the reviews.

I cant say enough about Sam and the rest of the team at Enterprise in Allen on Andrews Pkwy specifically. They were able to completely turn what could have been a negative experience into an extremely appreciative, and positive one. There was a mix up with a reservation I made to be picked up made at an Enterprise in a surrounding city so I was left stranded without a ride. To add to the situation, it was 5:45pm and their locations were about to close! The location that I had expected to pick me up, took it upon himself (cannot remember his name), to reach out to Sam in Allen and between the two of them, were able to calm my nerves and assure me that they would not leave me stranded and that Sams team would come and get me! Sam and his driver, stayed after hours to save me and once I got there, handled my rental with efficiency and a level of customer experience that I will not forget! Thank you Enterprise!

I rented a vehicle from the Andrews Pkwy location. When I returned the vehicle, I paid what I owed for the rental and then asked the manager (Alexis) if I would be able to get a ride home because I no longer had a vehicle since I just turned it in. I have been able to get rides home from many other Enterprise locations in the past and my home was only 5 minutes down the road. Alexis said she wouldn’t be able to take me home right then and that I would have to wait a long time before someone could take me. After that I had no choice but to either wait an indefinite amount of time or walk home. I chose to walk home in the end because there was no telling how long I would have had to wait since this location is understaffed and there were at least 10 people in line (at 7:30 in the morning). I am very upset and disgruntled at the fact that they treat their paying customers this way. It is rude and unprofessional especially when I have received superior customer service from other locations in the past. I would suggest having someone there to pick you up or take an Uber when you drop your vehicle off because the employees at this location will not be there to help you.

Had insurance approve a car on 05/23 and I called to schedule pickup and they had no cars available. I was not able to try to get a car again until 05/28. I have called the location now 4x and I keep getting a message that all reps are busy and listen to the repetitive recording. After app 10 minutes, it gives a message that the call cannot be transferred and hangs up.

This location is very good. In the past year I have rented four vehicles from Enterprise, three from this location. They have always exceeded my expectations. I have never had to wait at the counter or to have a ride to or from my residence. If pressed to offer criticism, I am not particularly impressed with their phone system. At times it has been difficult to make contact with the same person who initially set up the rental, but that is a minor issue and does not detract from the overall excellent rating. Great service focused on the customer.

Horrible! One and a half hours late to pick me up even though I had made reservations almost 3 weeks in advance. Lame excuse, not even apologized for it. Never explained nor show drop off key for late return. Come back early next day and I’m told I have to hire a taxi to take me back because they won’t do it.... their slogan is “A family owened business that treats you like family”..... not a very nice family!!I just heard the customer service person offering a ride to someone else while she refused to give me one. There is another customer who told me he made a reservation two weeks ago and now she’s telling him she has nothing for him. I’m seating here looking and listening to unhappy customers with similar story to mine. This is horrible! Do not use this branch for your rental needs!!!!

The Enterprise on Andrews Parkway in Allen, TX has horrible customer service. Our insurance partners with Enterprise. The first vehicle assigned to us had hail damage and when we pointed it out, they decided that they could not rent it. The second vehicle had quite a few scratches and dents and was filthy and while they had several vehicles on the lot, they refuse to rent them because they not full size or cost higher than the insurance company allowance. Did not care that we were leaving the location without renting from them

The car was a decent ride. I paid for the imtermediate I believe, Economy was the same price but I chose what i thought to be the larger. It was alright. A Nissan Versa. I honestly avoided the car as much as possible while I had it. When I picked the car up it stunk of fried food. Terribly. I could not stand the smell. Felt a bit like I wasted money renting a car that I truly did not want to drive. The car looked clean. There was nothing in it. I drove with the windows down as much as I could, but it was chilly outside. That stench stayed for at least the first 2 days of my 4 day rental, and honestly those were the days i needed it the most. Unfortunate.

Enterprise claims that they will deliver the car to you. We set up the reservation and everything and they tell us, after not showing up at the reserves time, that they do not do pick ups at this location. Just fyi for anyone that chooses this location in the future

The girl working the counter was extremely rude. Did not greet me and treated me like I was going to steal the car, didnt have a license and not going to pay for it. I was met with resistance in every step of the process.I had a reservation I booked online and called ahead of time to make sure they would have the camero I wanted to rent. First off she told me that she didnt believe my license was real. Needing the rental I went to the DMV near me and got a new one to prove that the paper I.d. was new and freshly signed. When I returned with it she stated that it said it was only a permit to drive. ( Meaning a Learners permit) I then had to explain that it meant I was permitted” to drive by the state of Texas. They then preceded to check the license eligibility page on the dmv website. After that was sorted they made me pay upfront for 100% of the cost (most places put a hold on a card and have you pay at the end of you have the car for longer or not fill it with gas etc.) they then told me that I could not use my two utility bills and proof of ID to use my debit card or cash (it is illegal to not accept legal tender to pay for a debt such as the one owed for the rental) then after that I found I was able to transfer enough money to then use my credit card. At this point they told me that they could not run a card more than one time.(apparently they did not want to make money) So I then had to pay off another credit card in order to pay. They then had the nerve to tell me, as I was leaving, that they did things to help me that could have got them fired. I was very happy that I was able to return the car to another location in PlanoNot only will I never rent from this location ever again but I will not allow my co-workers, associates, or family to rent from there as well.I will be complaining to the corporate office. That being said, the Camero I rented was very nice and it motivated me to buy one the next week:) . If you have a chance to drive it I promise it will make your day
