I am very pleased with the service I received from ASAP towing! My call was answered and immediate help was scheduled to get my car. Upon arrival, he assessed my situation and did everything he could to get my car started without having to take it to the dealership. I really appreciate the above and beyond service I received and if I need towing service again, this will definitely be the company I use! I highly recommend them!

ASAP towing is not only a towing company but also the best collision repair shop. They have been so professional and understanding when it comes to my vehicle. I have had no issues with them and they are very good at communicating with their clients. Dealing with a collision is stressful but they make it a breeze! Jay has taken good care of my vehicle the whole time and I got my car back clean inside and out!!

Amazing service! We called a towing company provided by our dealership and they quoted us 70 min. Almost 3 hours later we were still waiting on the towing company so I googled a new one and got ASAP. Let me say, the name is literal!! He got there ASAP!! Within 30 minutes he had my car loaded up and headed to the repair shop. Great customer service, professional, reliable, and FAST! Will definitely be using them again if we ever need towing.

I called ASAP Towing for a quote and Jay arrived to tow my car within 10 minutes. My tires were flat, keys were stuck in the ignition, door locked and my battery was dead. Jay was able to get my door unlocked, jumped my car and was able to get my car on the tow truck. Not only did Jay take care of all of that, he found a tire shop a lot cheaper than where I was going to take my car saving me tons of money.The service was great and Jay communicated every step with me. Jay went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken car of. I will definitely use this company for any future needs.

I called another company before them and they said it would be over 3 hours to get a truck out and would be nearly $250 just to go 12 miles. I called ASAP and they said they would have a truck there in 30 minutes. Which ended up being 20 minutes and $100 less!! I was having my car towed home from a dealership and he actually beat me there and had already started to hook up when I arrived. I dont recall the drivers name but he was one of the nicest people Ive had to do any sort of business with. Would recommend, always.

My starter decided to die a few months after paying my car off...figures. I called asap towing at 3:30pm on a Wednesday and he was at my location in 20 min...which was less than what he quoted. He quickly hooked up my car and took it to the dealership. Cost is $125 to hookup and includes 5 miles. Every mile after that is $3. My insurance covered the tow. The driver was very professional and efficient.

Jordan came to my house to move a custom car. He did an amazing job of loading it and unloading it, being careful not to damage it. He placed it in a difficult place and made it look easy. Yes, I would use these guys anytime I need a car moved or towed.

Jay was very nice and professional about fixing my husbands truck. He really helped us out by not only towing the truck off off a super busy highway(75) and taking it to where we needed it to go, but he also towed it back to their shop days later for repairs. He was always sending me pictures of the trucks progress and letting me know how it was doing and when it would be done. THEN they towed it back to my house from Carrollton to garland, for no extra charge. They were just great all around and took very good care of the vehicle. I highly recommend having them fix any kind of body damage on any vehicle. I will be calling them if I have any other damages and recommending them to everyone I know. Thank u Jay for being so nice and helping us out so much!!!

I was stranded and they were contacted by my roadside to give me a tow. A price was given and I paid for it in advance. However, the driver personally called me directly to ask for more money or else he was turning around. I contacted roadside and they tried to fix the situation but the driver refused, turned around, and kept my money. Overall terrible experience, especially given the circumstances. Wasted two hours of my time waiting.
