I’ve been to my fair share of mechanics in my life with some being good and some being bad, but this is the first time I can confidently say a shop is great. I live in Fort Worth and was recommended this mechanic by a friend, but I wasn’t thrilled about driving an hour to get to Aloha, but they’re absolutely worth it. Great service, honest, and reliable. Called around for places that did oil changes if the customer brings their own oil and filter and they were happy to help! Pricing was competitive and I wanted to clean my moms car!They were very friendly and attentive and even left the remaining oil in the car! Some places just take the left over oil, I dont mind but just a note.The clean was a great job and I would come here again!

I cant recommend them enough. Its just a weight off... knowing you have a mechanic you can trust. My sister found Aloha. Got something fixed on her old, high mileage vehicle. She was so happy, she told my parents, who got their car fixed there. I had a rear tailgate repaired shortly after. Now Ive traded my cars and had Aloha do pre-purchase inspections on both vehicles we were looking at. Every dealing with them has been straightforward, effortless, and pleasant. Weve been doing our oil changes and inspections here for a year or 2 and just had my AC fixed.I didnt know inspections and oil changes could be done as quick as theyve been here at Aloha. And my AC was going to cost about an extra $400 at a different repair shop. I had a great experience with these people. I had to get my knock sensor replaced before getting my car inspected for out of state registration and they gave me the best offer in the town. They were very professional, willing to negotiate, very quick on the service and I was out within an hour. Hands down the best place to get any kind of job done on your car.

Good price. The front desk man was great and super helpful. But when I got my car back my my clip on air freshener was missing and a pack of cigarettes I had under my driver seat were gone. They were completely unopened and I put them there on purpose

Taking your car in for a repair can be stressful especially if you don’t know anything about cars like me. We went to Aloha (referred by a friend) to get my front bumper and side mirror replaced and these guys did a phenomenal job. They were honest, upfront, friendly, no games. Got my car back in less than a week at a fraction of the cost those “collision experts” all up on the side of 75 gave me. Never have to take my car anywhere else again.

Fast talking, disrespectful sales person who kept calling a man double his age ChiefCharged $85.00 for 20 mins of so called electrical diagnostic work. Only replaced a fuse! Wont ever use again and will influence others never to use.

I have done oil change with this service center and I asked them to use synthetic oil which would last up to 5000 miles. Normally I do oil change in the Dodge Showroom, I could feel the smoothness while driving. However here I did not see any difference in the car after oil change. However I gave the condition engine smoothness after oil change I did not see any difference. :-(

This place is magnificent in quality and customer service! I take all my vehicles foreign and domestic to Aloha and they come back in excellent shape top to bottom. Not only do they fix your outlining issue but give your vehicle a 10 point inspection to discover any other outlining issues that they suggest may need your attention. Ask for Mo who is one of the best at what he does. They are certainly the best shop in the city of Allen.

Amazing service! I pulled in with a dangerously low tire and they had it fixed within minutes and with a friendly and professional manner. They could have just put air in the tire and sent me on my way, but they took the time to thoroughly inspect the tire for damage...not just sell me a new tire like I had experienced with larger chain tire/repair places.Aloha Auto Repair & Wash has earned my lifelong business.

They lied to me. He said an inspection would be 15 minutes, but it was done and I was on the road in TEN MINUTES! 😄 I was the first person there on a Thursday morning, so maybe that helped a little. But seriously, even first thing on a chilly, cloudy morning the guy was nice and cheerful and happy to help. I’m still a little new in Allen, so it’s nice to know I have a place to take my car for service.

Sooo happy with this place. Ive had alot of work done on my car and these guys knew what they were doing right away. They fixed my engine very efficiently and my car is running fantastic. They noticed something else wrong with my car as I was pulling away and were kind enough to call me up, have me drive back, and fix it for free as well. This place is AMAZING. I highly recommend going here if you want the best service and the best prices. I had to get so many things done to my car but Mo gave me a discount with a free detail and wash. Everyone there that had to clean the carpet, Im sorry but I also applaud you cuz now I can see grey instead of brown. Professional, courteous, proactive pricing,efficient and thorough repairs. I brought in my 2003 Trailblazer which suffered the effects of being sedentary and then driven. A water pump, master cylinder and inspection later, I sold the TB! Curiosity caused me to check other service providers. Aloha beat the others price by several hundred dollars, and could not have car ready the same day. Aloha really made them look tired and complacent. Aloha had the old girl ready for me the same day. The Technicians, detail guys, the customer liaison/shop manager Moe work like a team. These are car guys. Huge difference in getting your car repaired and detailed by Car Guys than the guy working a car gig. The Customer Liaison explained what was wrong, how much, how long. And I didnt feel as though I was being taken advantage of. My husband was a car guy and I know he appreciated their work. Aloha!

My mom took her car in to get the air conditioner fixed yesterday, and can’t recommend this business enough for their professionalism, the high quality of the repair job, and the speed that they were able to fix her car. After my first trip to Aloha, I already knew I was in the right place. These guys treat everyone with respect, give fair prices, and always go above and beyond my expectations. I drove to the Dallas area from Colorado to visit family. I had to replace my oil pan,which made the start of the vacation stressful. After reaching out briefly online when I came in I was greeted by name. I was never pushed to do anything extra, I was given an upfront quote and clear communication. This may be the best mechanic customer service. I fallout comfortable and trusting the whole time.I told Amir I wish that this place was in colorado, Id never see another mechanic if I was in the area, and neither should you.

His guys do a great job and he wants to ensure youre fully satisfied. My wife and I will be back without any hesitation. Moe and his guys here are the best. I was recommended to this place by a friend when my car starter went out. They not only had the best price option, they also completely cleaned my car for me when I got it back. Ive never had any place truly care so much. Then, a couple weeks later I unfortunately rear-ended a truck. I took it straight to these guys without hesitation and they fixed everything that happened for a great price. My wife then had her drivers side window shatter and they fixed that super fast and easy and cleaned her whole car too. They are super easy to work with and are always going above and beyond for my wife and I and we couldnt be more thankful. I recommend this place for anything you possibly would need, they will take care of you!

These guys are very good. I had given my Nissan Altima 2012 to replace my AC compressor. They gave me a good discount plus washed my car completely for free.After replacing the compressor, my AC would not be as strong as it used to be. It would sometimes work in the night and would not work when you need it the most.Therefore, I drove back to Aloha and they were very generous to give me a loaner car. They also fixed the issue by replacing the entire compressor unit. Now my air conditioner works as it used to and Ive never been happier.

I have been here a couple times for inspections and oil changes. Very friendly staff. I got a flat a couple days ago and needed my tires rotated, I stopped by and ask if they could quickly do that for me since they only needed to be switched, they got it done in less than 5 mins and did not charged me. These days no one does anything for free but they were that nice, they just gained a loyal customer for life.

This is great place for interior and exterior car washes. You can’t beat the value. The service has always been perfect.I had a full detail done after spilling a full 32 ounce coffee in my new car. The result: looks better than the day I bought it!

Shady place. Dont trust them any more than I can throw them.We had just moved to Allen and our vehicles needed oil changes. We took our midsize SUV first. We asked for a conventional oil change. When we arrived to pick it up, they informed us that they took the liberty to use synthetic oil instead and charged $30 more. We protested and they said that theyd give a discount. Still bull, since its a true, textbook, bait and switch. The package we paid for also included a car wash and fluid checks and refills, but more on that later. I wasnt there on this pickup, my wife was, and not being well versed, she felt blind-sided and just paid and left. She asked if they would be open the following day for at least an interior cleaning/detail on the other vehicle and they said yes and that wed be penciled in for the following day.We went back the next day and the car wash was closed and sent all the wash guys home and couldnt do the detailing they said theyd see us for. Good think, though, as the place I went to was AMAZING and gave me an amazing deal.A few days later we learned that they might not have done any of the fluid checks and refills because the washer fluid was bone dry, even though, their receipt said they topped it off.Im not even sure if they did the oil change at this point.

I dont think I have ever written a review about a Auto Repair shop in my life.... but I feel compelled to write one now.About a year ago our Audi TT brake lights and turn signal went out and I didnt even know where to start to fix the problem, I just happened to be traveling past this Aloha Auto shop and I saw two guys closing up the garage to head home for the night and I pulled in. I asked them if they could help me replace the lights that were out and I had purchased the lights already from Walmart... They said, Sure, no problem and they proceeded to open the garage back up and got there tools. They came out and fixed the lights, refused to take a dollar from me, and shook my hand and said Have a good one. ( I vividly remember one of the guys introducing himself as Jay.)Needless to say, this one act of kindness led to a long-term relationship. My lights went out again but this time it was a short on the cable that connected to the lights themselves and I could see the problem first hand when they showed it to me.... They ordered the parts, fixed the car, and did it cheaper then I ever expected it to be since it was an Audi. Over the next year my Mercedes broke down and I again took it to Jay, who fixed it promptly and was always transparent with what was wrong... Occasionally I would bring it in for another problem which they told me was a simple fix and refused to take a penny from me and fixed it within 15 minutes.The honest and genuine spirit here has made me compelled to tell everyone I know to bring there car here. I will never ever ever go anywhere else. Its hard to find honest and friendly mechanics, so I feel blessed to have stumbled onto these guys by chance.Highly recommended, beyond 5 stars.Jeremiah

VERY HONEST!! We’ve brought in 2 different cars for repair and had a great experience with these guys. My Lexus needed repair they informed me that the part that needs to be replaced is actually under a recall from the dealer and if I took my car there they’ll replace it for free. They could have not told me that and took my money. WOW, I’m very impressed. Later my husband thanked them for their honesty and wanted to get a quote on a job which he already got 2 different estimates on, and they were less than what the other shops were charging. I’ll definitely recommend this place.

First, the kid that was in charge of putting the car on the tracks couldnt figure out to press the brake to put the car in drive. Second they stopped drying off the car and miss the hood and back glass completely. Third, the real kicker, they sprayed Windex on the hood to re-wet it to dry it off. Glad I just waxed my car a month ago they just wiped off all the wax with that Windex. Great job, not.

I like the honest upfront attitude with the mechanics here. Reasonable and logical.

Would highly recommend this place. I do all my own car work, but had A/C issue. I had a bad relay I replaced, but still wouldn’t work. They didn’t overcharge me to completely clean and charge the system. I don’t like going to mechanics, however these guys have truly changed my mind in their workmanship, rates, and friendliness.

It is indeed a one stop shop. No up-sale or whatsoever, I took my car for inspection and a wash, and I asked if they could look for an oil leak because I started to notice oil spots in my driveway. they later told me that my power steering hose is leaking from the clamps and that they could cut the same hose and put a new clamps. I appreciate their honesty, some place else will try to get every dime out of me. I will defiantly be back and recommend others.
