Relatively speaking, the apartments at Inkwell isnt as bad as some of the reviewers make it out to be.Yes, children do run, play, and make a lot of noise in the hallways and common areas, but I dont see how management can prevent this from happening. I think that responsibility rests on the parents. I guess management can always ban tenants with children.The walls and floors are thin and you can hear when your neighbor sneezes or when your upstairs neighbor walk across the apt. However, I find this to be a problem with almost all construction in Texas. You would be hard pressed to find a residential building that is constructed with cinder blocks, concrete, and rebar. Its mostly sheet rock, which allows sound to travel easily.The 2.5% convenience fee that youre charged when you pay rent is only done if you pay with a credit or debit card. If you pay from a checking account, there is no additional cost.I do agree that many of the residents are quite nasty and treat the common areas, restrooms, and stairways like their dumping ground.Youll see trash, candy wrappers, and dog droppings littered around the property. However, from Mon-Fri the staff does their best to clean up. Unfortunately, renters dont have the same mentality as home owners.

Andre was our leasing consultant. A perfect fit for an establishment like Inkwell!He was patient, kind and was willing to wiggle anything (and everything) within his means to get us the ideal apartment here at Inkwell.As far as the apartment living, its great. Neighbors are SUPER nice and friendly, pool views are immaculate, and the whole property just feels safe and sound.10/10 recommend for anyone looking to settle in around the area. Andre is your go to guy!

Great place honestly. The moment we walked in, it was beautiful. We got an amazing view from the back. Doors are amazing, flooring is amazing, everything is new and beautiful. I have never been to an apartment with a Nest thermostat. Honestly, I did not expect that to be there (maybe its different for each floor-plan?). Neighbors are very nice, and very welcoming. The people at the leasing office are really sweet and understanding for everything. Shout out to Cierra and Andre for being really helpful! The amenities are gorgeous, pool on the top, a 2 story gym, a theater room, and more! I would really recommend this place to anybody whos searching for a new apartment!

Update: Inkwell developers sold apartments to Bell Partners. They did not mention this prior to anyone signing the lease agreement. Before you move here, research Bell Partners. They have TERRIBLE reviews! My hopes are this new management team is better than what everyone else is saying.The apartment layout is nice and the staff will go above and beyond to get you in here. BUT, it’s infested with spiders on the outside and the inside. If you don’t mind living with spiders, and I mean LOTS of them, this is the place for you! Big spiders, little spiders, jumping spiders! I’ve never seen so many spiders at one time, all the time. At night, it’s even worse. They are crawling all over the walls and floors in the hallway, entrances and in apartment. Would love to enjoy my patio but I can’t with all the spiders jumping around. Again, if you don’t mind a plethora of spiders, webcome 🕸 home!

There are kids always playing, running and being loud in the hallway. The property isn’t being kept up as before. The walls are super thin, the parking isn’t monitored. Tenants are allowing others to enter the gated parking garage area after them to park their cars. Guest are not parking in guest parking. I will not be renewing my lease and I can’t wait until it expires.

Stopped in the office this afternoon to get some information and was greeted by Jennifer. She was incredibly nice and helpful. A ray of sunshine.

We have had the most phenomenal experience here at Inkwell. The amenities are gorgeous and well-kept. The Inkwell staff is INCREDIBLE and ATTENTIVE. Anna, our fantastic leasing agent, was so helpful and responsive during our moving process. We feel extremely fortunate to call this place home!

We are so so happy with our choice to move to Inkwell. Our leasing agent Andre was instrumental in helping us select the perfect floor plan and location within the complex for our family. Andre made the process so easy and smooth that there was really no better choice for us. The finishes are glamorous and the soaker tub is absolute luxury. We are so happy to be a part of the Inkwell family.

We just moved in and we love it here. Everything is brand new and top notch. Our leasing professional, Andre, went above and beyond to make it an awesome experience. He had answers for every question we had and made us feel right at home. Definitely glad we chose Inkwell.

Shout out to The staff at Inkwell! Great community, location, and amenities. I came in to view the property in February with no intent on committing that day. I did a look and lease and ended my apartment search after viewing Inkwell. Andre was able to make the process very easy from touring , to applying, to move in day last week. Another plus is the staff looks out for each other and work as a team. So far so good!

OMG!! I really wish the Inkwell was just a little closer to central Dallas. My husband and I are leaving our current complex due to the absolute horrible management and customer service that we have received and after countless property tours we met Andre. I cannot sing enough praises. We obviously have been paying attention to the customer service at each complex due to our current situation and Andre checked every box! From the moment we walked in Andre was welcoming, you could see the smile on his face through his mask, and he was incredibly knowledgeable about the complex. He answered every question and took us on a fabulous tour... and BTW the property was absolutely beautiful. Management, you should definitely keep Andre around. My husband and I went back and forth about moving to the Inkwell, and even considered some alternative commute options just to be a part of the Inkwell community, and its mostly due to how welcomed Andre made us feel. At the end of the day we ended up selecting a property that was more friendly to my commute, but I certainly feel we missed out on something special by not signing with the Inkwell. I will certainly keep this property in mind for future moves as long as you have rock stars on your team like Andre!

Jenny was FANTASTIC! Im fresh out of the military and wanted some place that didnt feel quite so uptight. She showed me not only how awesome the amenities/facilities were, but also how nice and professional all the staff could be. Great representative of her company. Id give Jenny six stars if I could!Overall, it was a wonderful tour with a wonderful team. Cant wait to live here!

Brand new everything. Everyone is friendly . I love them amenities and the area is clean !Update: place is owned by Bell Partners now.There is a 2.50%($36) fee to pay rent now which is insane. Property not being kept up as it was before the new owners. Some residents in the building are nasty. 4th floor always have kids running through the hallway morning, evenings and nights. Was a great place to live but more than likely I won’t be renewing my lease. 3 new apartment buildings are being built in the same area. Might look into those.

Really great experience so far.Yes, there were some minor things that had to be worked out with my move, but to be fair my move was on short notice and it was a long distance move from Cali back to the Allen area. So it wasn’t easy. But it all worked out.Andre was so helpful and I can’t thank the leasing office team enough. Because of his and the offices helpfulness, things were able to be done quickly for my move.

Andre is the bomb dot com. He accommodated us even though we were late. Showed us the apartment and even offered our kids snacks! Andre is the man! In my history as a tenant, I’ve never had a better experience and it’s all thanks to this man, rename the place to Andre Watters creek! I will refer anyone I know it’s looking thanks to hai professionalism, courtesy and above and beyond attitude to help us out!

Beautiful property with great amenities. I rarely use amenities but theyre all too nice here to not use. The staff are very friendly and eager to help. Definitely worth taking a tour of the property.

Worse experience ever! the place looks amazing but the staff and service are evil and toxic. i dont have much to say - a simple process was disrupted by the entire staff here because they work in gang mentality. they will not get your calls, respond to your emails, and outright close your account so that they not deal with you. i am so glad i got out of the contract before moving in.the place looks/smells great. the staff are immature and rude. dont live here.

Andre went above and beyond throughout the entire move-in process!! Inkwell is such a beautiful place and I’m so grateful to Andre for answering all of our questions and facilitating everything from the time we toured to moving in!

Inkwell is such a nice property! The staff is great, helpful, and informative. The location is EVERYTHING. I dont see why anyone wouldnt love to live here :)
