Posting on behalf of a lady friend Antoaneta.I have knowledge about working on cars, matter of fact I would do work on my car due to lack of integrity from auto mechanics. Antoaneta a single lady, widow, went 50 miles to see Alex, with her car issues to get fixed. Mainly she went due her secondary air injection and windshield replacement. She went to him because her daughter heard from someone else about him and recommended to her mother to go to see him. He didnt fix the main issue she went there for, secondary air injection, but instead he found some other things to inflate the work order at inflated rate at $110/hour. For example to change a xenon light module 3 hours and to charge her over $600 for module itself. He saw an easy pray in a single widow naive woman and didnt hesitate to adjudicate his advantage. He charged her $2,900 , where it shouldnt have been top $1,200. He found her water pump was leaking, which wasnt true. She had to make another trip to his place for her windshield system not working. Her one of headlights isnt working, even though he charged her $1,000 for it. He told to come to his place because he found a part to put it in, even though he already charged her for something he didnt do.I am going to contact BBB on her behalf and report him.Avoid this place with all means if you can.I would give him minus 5☆ if was possible.

Alex is a fantastic guy! He took care of a few issues with my car that I thought might cost me $1000 or more. He made a thorough diagnosis and identified and fixed the problems in a short period, All at no cost to me!! Totally amazing.I have used his services in the past and found him to be fair and honest as well as knowledgeable, professional and, fun in conversation. Alex is the best! I had driven my 17 year old mercedes across the country and was given all kinds of nonsense from the Mercedes dealership, Alex really listened and took the time to proceed with a check up, he is very trustworthy!!! I highly recommend!!!!

Absolutely love Alex and the care he gives our car! This is our first BMW and we were nervous about finding a reliable and fair mechanic. No worries ever again! Alex is professional, has all licensing posted regarding his training, speaks to me as an informed car owner, even explains how to utilize the various features when the manual isnt enough. I cant imagine taking my BMW to anyone else; and it doesnt hurt that he has a super sweet dog on premise that I love to pet while waiting!

Left my Fisker Karma with Alex for service and to diagnose some problems. When I picked the car up Alex had fixed the problems and explained many details of the Karma that I did not know. To top off the great service Alex had washed and polished the car. My Karma has never looked so good. I found out what waterless system he used and ordered some from Amazon yesterday. I am so pleased to have found Alex and Elite Motors. I had to drive 90 miles but it was worth it!! Besides the excellent service Alex is really a nice guy. Ill be bringing my Karma to Alex whenever it needs service or has a problem.

If I could give him 6 stars I would. Alex did what the Karma dealer could not do. My 2012 Fisker karma had the CIU, NAV and rear camera issue. The dealer looked at it and could not fix it and said I needed a new CIU at about 2K. So after doing some Fisker Karma forum research, Alex said to bring it by his shop and he will give it a try. So I set up a weekend appointment as he is in Orange County and I am in Long Beach. Got there at 8:30 am and he was already there waiting for me. He brought the car into his garage hooked it up and let it do its thing. He answered all my questions about the car as I bothered him while he was working on another car. He was kind and courteous the entire time. About an hour later, he said it’s done jumped back in the car and sure enough he did it. I was so happy as this has been my only issue with the car. Thank you Alex for the great work. I will definitely be bringing my car to you for any future work. God bless.
