I came in for a second opinion after the dealership quoted me a very large sum for standard repairs. I walked in without an appointment and was helped right away. David gave me an honest estimate and saved me half the amount I would have spent at the dealership. He and his associates provided great customer service. They were honest, thorough and prompt with follow-up. They even replaced some extra lightbulbs I was not aware needed replacing. Today was my first time going to this Aamco location. My goodness was I ever impressed. I went in due to my check engine light coming on. David, the front in manager was wonderful. I first spoke to him over the phone when I booked my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, the wait was nothing and in no time David had me on my way with no charge (he took care of my issue himself). David re-set my check engine light and explained why my light came on and what the process will look like if the light should come back on. Again, I left extremely satisfied on all fronts!!

We needed a new transmission and then had an issue with the wiring and needed a new fuse box too! The guys at AAMCO took amazing care of us and my truck is like new again! The only thing I would suggest is for them to use pads on the vehicle to prevent scratches. My paint and bumper are damaged now but hey it runs great!

Thanks to Dave at AMCCO Aliso Viejo for taking care of a terrible experience I had at the Lake Forest AMCCO store.

Spent over $1000 for them to replace some simple parts and got my car back and was missing parts and stuff out of place that could have caused serious damage to my car. Way to much to type but unhappy with the mechanics work, definitely will never spend money with them again. And I would for sure not recommend anyone else to them.

I am beyond happy with my service at this aamco, I thought I was going to end up spending hundreds if not thousands of dollars on repairs but turns out I jest needed a transmission flush. Now my car is driving how it should be and it was relatively cheap for a full service. will be coming back for sure. Great and fast service. Went in to get a differential gears oil change with an oil that wasnt in stock. They went and put in a special order for the oil, picked it up and serviced my vehicle in a little over an hour of coming in. Highly recommend this place!!

K J at AAMCO in Aliso Viejo is very honest. I came to them with what I thought was a transmission problem. They did some troubleshooting and only I only needed a new battery. I really appreciate their knowledge and honesty! I will be back.

Took my mother’s car here for a check engine light on and the service writer BJ failed to accurately explain what the problem was. He said “if it doesn’t go away to come back and they’ll take a look at it”. This is why I brought it the experts and this is what I am told.

Let me just tell you this place is a lifesaver! So basically, I had some issues with my car I thought it was just a transmission flush oh boy I was wrong. I was told I had a few other problems that could have eventually broke my car down. The total to fix it was hard for me to swallow I thought I was stuck without a car, until I mentioned my warranty, I had purchased thru my car dealership. Besides the warranty the owner and manager helped me with everything. And let me tell you his name is KJ he is the most generous auto shop employee I have ever ran across, this man went out of his way to get everything and anything I needed to get my car fixed. My car runs like a beauty all thanks to AAMCO trust in them they will take care of you. I am super excited to have a future relationship with them and once again KJ thank you for all your help. Also, this store is brand new in Aliso Viejo and close to my house --- what a beautiful location.
