Marty is a very nice man who understands that many of his customers need to pay as little as possible. His prices are very inexpensive when compared to other mechanics. My girlfriend goes there regularly to get her oil changed for around $20. My brother also went there recently and also got a great deal on his much needed repairs. I highly recommend 714 auto repair!

I recently bashed Chevron Automotive for how rude they were on upselling me and handling the situation in general. At that point I had lost all hope to find an honest, ethical & AFFORDABLE shop within this city. I decided to give this shop a try out of the 3 shops right next door within the same plaza. Why? Because Joey and everyone there were completely honest. Not only that but they give you the heads up on certain things - rather then you just picking up your car and finding out it has MORE problems or minor fix ups. Affordable. Ethical. The absolute BEST! Honest, reliable and trustworthy. Who can say all of those things about their mechanic? I have had a few different things done with 714 and Im grateful I found them. Excellent customer service and I appreciate the honesty and the affordability.

Great service and they know what they are doing. The phone is always answered and they got me in the next workday and I got my truck back fixed the same day. Everyone in our family uses them, very satisfied.

Very honest and friendly. For some reason thought Id need new front brake pads on my Lexus RX. Joe checked it out and said I had a little over 30% left in the life of my pads and didnt need them. Could have easily said I needed new pads and taken my money but he didnt. Coming back when the service is needed.

If youre looking for a good honest mechanic, Marty at 714 auto repair is your guy. He was absolutely amazing!!!! We took our box truck there to be repaired for a smog inspection. When he gave us the quote, we decided to go to another mechanic. Instead of getting upset and pressuring us, he said absolutely no problem and was only going to charge us $20 for his time (others charge at least $100!) When I went to pick up the truck I told him I could get the job done for $200 less and he matched the price! So I had him work on our truck. I was so impressed with his amazing work, I went back and had my cars tires and brakes done. He gave me a rock-bottom price for a job others would have done for $300 more! Weve gone to lots of mechanics in the past, and Martys the real deal! Hes now our familys mechanic!

Pete was Awesome! I brought my car in today to have the brakes fixed. Pete was able to take me right away & was finished within in an hour. Everyone at 714 was Friendly & Professional! I highly recommend this place!

I started taking my car for routine oil changes for the last year because of the great price and Marty was great. Recently my steering went completely out and I went there to see if they could fix it for a good price and they give me a very fair price and told me about some other preventative care but in no way twisted my arm or lied to me that I had to get it done! Always fair, always honest I dont take my car anywhere else.

Joe is a great mechanic who is friendly and takes the time to explain what needs to be done (and what doesnt). You never feel pressured into getting something done if it isnt necessary.

Brought in my Toyota Camry to have it checked out for noises coming from the shocks ands struts whenever I go over bumps and such. Turns out my struts were badly leaking and needed to be replaced. Joe lifted the car for me and explained it to me which was super nice of him. Opted to go ahead and do the service and so far so good. Highly recommend 714 Auto

My Chrysler was having problems and was sometimes not starting but whenever it did, no engine problems whatsoever. Seemed to me like an ignition issue or something like that. Brought it in and after Joe inspected it, told me that my key was faulty and the chip was going bad. Ordered a new one for me, programmed and everything. Car starts up perfectly and what I thought was going to be a big job was just a key replacement. Given, laser cut and programmed keys arent cheap, but I now have a brand new key and perfectly working car. Thank you Joe!

I drive past at least 6 places that I could get my oil changed at to come here because service is quick they do a good job and they are friendly.

This is maybe the first or second customer review of my life- but my experience with Keith and the guys compelled me to jump on my laptop and express my gratitude for their honesty, generosity, and commitment towards delivering the highest-quality yet cost efficient solutions.ive had my (discontinued model) used Volvo c30 for all of two months when I had my accident, Im new to the state and didnt have any references for HONEST mechnics- but the tow truck driver who took my volvo away recommended this place highly, so I thought i would at least hear out their estimate. These guys acted as a intermediary between my insurance and myself, both colluding to make sure I was in the know regarding every step of the process of fixing my car.Aside from being extremely friendly having a good, honest vibe, these guys gave me a call about once a day just to update me on the progress of repair. On top of this I also needed to buy new tires for the car, their manager went out of his way to research all the options and avenues of how I could get my baby back to me and possibly avoid another trip to the tire shop, and if/how much could be covered by my insurance.I would recommend this shop to anyone, they are not going to take advantage of your lack of knowledge regarding cars, price gouge you, or take forever. All of their price estimations and quotes were spot on- as verified during the follow-up visit by my insurance claims guy, and my personal research for pricing online. Im absolutely a customer for life with these guys.
