Normally get my pedicure done here, which is always awesome. They are patient take their time and are gentle.BUT I got my manicure done on Sunday for Mothers Day...and chose gel. The gel started peeing and cracking a few days later. I dont know of it was the application or brand they used but I am really unhappy with this. In my photos you can see how they began to chip and peel.This is not normal wear and tear, I use gloves when cleaning the house and washing dishes. The gel should not have done this.

I came here with my friend for my first time and we each got a gel manicure and pedicure. We made an appointment and were seen right away. The place was very clean and the employees did a great job. We paid extra for the paraffin treatment, it smelled very good and was strangely satisfying.

Beautiful very clean place and great work they all do there. Friendly and many spa chairs... Walk in and by appointment and you dont need to wait long TimeWorth every Dollar.. most satisfied. This is the place you will come back to.. So many polishes to choose from

Vivian said she couldn’t do what I originally wanted so I decided to get a white base with tiny colored dotsFrom the pricing on the wall I should have been charge 35-40 dollars. She racked the price up to 53 dollars.Total rip off. And the top coat she applied is uneven she missed huge spots on my nails.10/10 do not recommend. It’s just robbery at this point. Over priced terrible quality nail salon.I have pictures. Don’t try to call me a liar like you did to another reviewer

First time here never have i ever felt so out of place. lilly was disrespectful from the start. she was on facetime, texting friends, doing who knows what. She got lazy and all i asked was for all white nails so simple. She cut me 3 TIMES with the nail drill. During this time she wasn’t even looking at what she was doing which caused me to bleed. it hasn’t even been a day and two of my nails already came off. NEVER AGAIN.

I have been a long time customer. But as of 6 days ago when they reopened i took my mother and we got got full sets. Not even a hour after I left my gel nail polish started to pill off. Two day later I was scratching my arm and a nail popped off. Then today two more nails simply came off while folding clothes. I ask my mom of she was having the same problem. She let me know 7 of her nails had already popped off. So she decided to take the rest off and they as well popped off easily. We hadnt even had the nails for a week. $130 something dollars down the drain. Not coming here again.Edit ** I dont have tolie. What would I get out of that?

This place is amazing! Ive been Lilys costumer for a long time now and shes such a great person! Most of the people here are good at what they do (I havent been with all of them) but always expect a great service.

Its a bit pricey but worth it. Since Ive been coming here Ive always had great service and pretty nails. Ask for Nancy shes great!👍 always takes her time and polite... 💅

Awesome job🙏🏾they are outside doing their job and I’m happy getting my nails fixed. Unfortunately if you don’t speak the language and someone that does speak their language they will bump you back.

The set up they have is great considering the restrictions due to the pandemic. My nails were OK, nothing special. I am giving 1 star because I payed with cash and when I was given back my change the nail tech named Linda had took it upon herself to take her own tip from my change. That was extremely rude. For this reason I will not be returning to this place.

So the reason why i gave it a one star review because they don’t have a 0 stars option. when i asked for my full set medium and when the guy filed them they became small. some nails are longer than the others, some are pointy some are round. the guy doing my set was pulling and squeezing my hands. he would use too much force. the worst thing was when he started coughing and didn’t use hand sanitizer before he sat down. they ended up no charging my nails and i would NEVER EVER come again. lol that’s my moms full set btw

I was at the salon for 3 hours to get a simple gel manicure and pedicure. They did not attend me well and didn’t end up with what I wanted and still tries to charge me full price.

I had a 6:30 appt. I showed up 10 min. Early and no one attended me till 7:30pm. I waited one hour fir overpriced services. No one came to me to tell me a bit longer, or sorry for the wait. Ugh never again😡

Came here for a gel removal and a pedicure. For my gel removal he shaved off the polish and it was very quick. There were a few seconds where the heat from the drill was too close to my skin and made me uncomfortable but it never lasted too long. My pedicure came out super cute and my technician really took his time making sure it was perfect.

Terrible. Sandy hurt me while she was giving me a manicure...twice. I told her to be gentle... she was very rough and not careful. I called the night before and they gave me a cost for the dip at $35 + $5 for manicure. She charged me $48. She was not sure how to do the dip and kept trying to talk me into gel nails. The selection was limited for dip... only about 20 colors. Sandy was always distracted with her phone while doing my mani... texting and calling someone 3 times. I will never go back to this place and I highly do not recommend anyone going. Poor service and poor quality.

Nail design and paint job 10/10 but these nails didn’t even last me a week. Cheap utilities and glue but over ok experience

Ladies were literally yelling 2 steps from each other, ignored you when you were telling them something, kept asking if my grandmother was getting gel when i kept telling them no, but I was. The lady who did my nails was nice whenever she spoke with me but just about 2 daysafter getting gel on my hands they started to peel already, i also developed contact dermatitis. Which they are supposed to autoclave their equipment and they didntbecause when you autoclave the blue pouches they turn dark on the indicator strip( i work as an m.a. at a hospital so i know) which is my fault, i should of said something or walked out. I asked if they did gel extensions and they said yes but never did them, i wanted a hand painted design and she put a sticker.

I do not recommend this place. I took my daughter about 2 months ago to get a full set of nails, it took less than 20 minutes to put them on and they started coming off within a few days. When I called and explained to them the situation they hung up on me and kept forwarding me to voicemail.I decided to let my daughter get her nails done again today and she asked for a regular full set which they quoted her and myself $25.00, but they charged her $37.00. Once again I called and spoke to someone who said she got the gel nails and then hung up on me and kept sending my calls to voicemail.Instead of ignoring my calls talk to me and fix the problem but to keep forwarding my calls that just tells me you overcharged her because she was there without an adult.HORRIBLE, tried to give this place another try, never again.

If I could put a ZERO star, I would.Do NOT ever come here for eye lashes extension. Such a waste of time and money. SILK who did the eye lashes extension said that it’d last for 2-4 wks, but in reality everything came off after 2-3 showers.. even some of my real eye lashes. And please don’t blame me doing wrong with my face. I did and always wash my face gently.

Not sure why some of you wrote such bad reviews. I’ve been here a handful of times and ladies have always been so nice and have done a nice job with my mani pedi and eyebrow. The only negative experience I’ve had here was getting there when they first open at 9:30 and there is one staff member and the rest starts work at 10 which makes no sense if you open at 9:30 but that was partially my own fault because i didn’t have an appointment. This is a great middle of the road place with good prices and friendly service. Those of you who expect a red carpet to be rolled out when you walk in and look like a queen when you come out need to go spend a few more bucks at a fancier place.

Nice place, really accurate & fast, but not as welcoming as some places

All of the nail technicians are so overly sweet here. They all do a very quick, but thorough job, which is so important for me since Im a new Mommy. You do not need an appointment, but they do get busy sometimes so I suggest you call before coming in.

I have been using Cathy and Linda for years, they are fabulous. Call ahead of time and schedule an appointment with either one of them.

The shop is very clean and everyone is really friendly.

Don’t recommend this place the lady was really nice but her work wasn’t! I had 3 crooked nails , cracked nail polish my nails were a mess.

Huge disappointment!!! I had a mani and pedi done here on a Friday eve (never doing that again, with an appointment - I waited 1 hour) I took a new customer, and she felt uneasy about the long wait considering we had an appointment. In addition to the mani, I had a repair done on a broken nail, which chipped the very next morning. I went in and Lily said they could not fix it! My response: why not?... you just did this last evening. She was rude and condescending. Huge turn off! Not sure that Ill be returning to this salon again.

I also experience bad service here 3 days after my gel started peeling off idk also what but my toes felt weird started getting red i will never go back there horrible service i called to complain they told me i had to go that same day if not they werent gonna fix the nails that were peeling like ok not my fault there peeling off horrible

After having gone to Lovely Nails on Valley Boulevard and had the women do a horrible job on my nails, the ladys here did an outstanding job fixing the disaster on my hands. Very well priced

I came here with my mom today (Friday afternoon) and there were a lot of people getting their services done, we didnt have an appointment but we were willing to wait. I wanted to get a pedicure and a full set and my mom wanted a manicure gel. My mom was the first one to get manicure. While waiting, I was told to sit on the pedicure sofa and soak my feet until someone tends to me. So in a little while Cathy came to give me my pedicure. She was an angel, very nice lady. Anyway, I noticed that my mom was almost done with her manicure so I told Cathy Ill just get a pedicure today, Ill come back next time for my manicure. My mom is almost done and I dont want her to wait for me. I was even smiling when I said it. I wasnt thinking anything bad, I just didnt want my mother to wait. Thats it.Lily (the owner) came to me about 10 minutes later and said if you want to get manicure, wait 5 minutes and someone will do your nails. I politely declined (I was thinking of coming tomorrow morning but I didnt tell her that). Then she raised her tone at me pretty significantly that the whole staff and salon could hear what she was saying. She said there were 8 people that came and had an appointment. We are very busy, you dont have an appointment. Can you understand?I couldnt believe what I heard. I was speechless. Then she storms off to her station and starts yelling in Vietnamese. I got confused so I asked her what the hell is wrong with you? And she kept talking in Vietnamese while doing another girls manicure. My mom then starts going off on her then the employees started apologizing to us but not lily. I did not do anything wrong.I honestly felt embarrassed and humiliated. I was confused. I would never step foot in this place again. The employees are angels, but not Lily. She is something else.Thank you Cathy and Mimosa for apologizing on behalf of Lily. But I will not be going back there anymore.EDITED TO ADD BECAUSE OF HER RESPONSE TO ME:Lily, my mom only started yelling because you yelled at me. Any parent would do that. And she only yelled to ask you what your problem was. You kept talking in Vietnamese. Like I said, you made that problem up on your own because I said I was gonna come back. Yelling at me and humiliating me because I cancelled a service that hasn’t even started is just plain old petty.

I went on Saturday 08/17/2019 to get my nails charged $ 32 and yesterday 08/20/19 broke a nail had never happened to me this and I realized that the person made a little glue and also the nails did not different cuts were the same, I will not return to that place anymore.
