Been going there for years but the service and quality has declined enormously. I was there a few days ago and they refused to take a discount card I had, they messed up my manicure and there was a roach crawling on me. I will never go back.

The service was not that great, four people stayed sitting down when we walked in, we were not greeted. Asked for basic gel acrylics, there were air bubbles, and lopsided. To top it off the lady was watching a show on her ipad while doing the nails. Expected better

The flyer in the window says they open at 9 am. My mom, daughter and I showed up at 9:05am to get manis & pedis. They were closed, so I googled the hours of operation and see that they have changed their open time to 9:30. So we wait patiently until 9:45. No one ever showed up to open the salon.

Lady rushed my nails and a boy painted them so she can leave early. My nails came out nasty with air bubbles. Not happy when i left and was rushed to leave

Walked in and asked how long the wait was. They told me 15-20 mins. So I sat. Waited 45 mins and left!. Let me just say this. If someone is asking you how long the wait is...dont under estimate to keep them and make them wait twice as long. If people are asking its because they have a schedule to keep not to sit in your salon for 45 mins, waste their time only to see you have two other people be seated in a chair because they signed into some cheap lined paper that you never told me to sign into!Decor is also nothing special. If youre looking for a more upscale nail shop to relax and pamper yourself... This is defintely NOT it!Never again!!!

Went to get a wax on Wednesday 07/24/19, and came home with BURNS on my upper lip.
