It was a super convenient and quick process at their automated machine in the grocery store. I made a few extra sets of keys, and most of them worked perfectly! There was one key that worked on the regular lock but not the deadbolt though, which was strange and kind of disappointing.

I got myself locked out on my own room door, locksmith came after 1hr I made the call, didnt break my door, everything was good, its just kind of pricey that they charge $80 to unlock the door and $30 for the trip. But cant complain much since I was stupid enough to lock myself out

I was blown away that this technology existed. I just Googled Locksmiths near me and discovered a bunch of KeyMes nearby. Im sure this will disrupt the Locksmith industry but if this is the future Im sold.I was in and out under 10 minutes. The kiosk is very user friendly, and to my surprise I was able to pick a key that could double as a bottle opener. I immediately went to test it out and all doors could be unlocked with no issues.Overall, very cool and innovative technology!

The regular basic keys are made then and there but if you want a design they’re shipped to your home 3-5 business days it said. One designed key cost is 10 and comes out to about 12 with tax however I was able to find a promo code online for 25% off and once I was finishing my transaction they give you an a option to get another basic key for 4.50 which I did. All in all I was there for less then 10 minutesI have yet to try the key at home

This is not about the kiosk, but on their professional locksmith service and honestly, I feel ripped off. It costs $249 to get my house door unlocked during the day and the guy left my door broken. He came 40 mins after I called, wasnt wearing a mask, didnt use a tension pick set, but forced the strike plate of the door knob to break, screwed back only one screw, took my money and left without fixing the broken strike plate. Now my door cant properly close. If your ever locked out of you house, dont call. Itll be cheaper to break you doorknob.

Made three copies of my key here. All my keys worked perfectly & the machine made them pretty fast. :)
