Must be a scam right???? They sent me a refund check after I had various VA appointments. Figured it was a travel reimbursement or something. Deposited it, and it went in like a real check and all. Just got it back from Navy Federl and I GOT A PENALTY FEE for depositing a check with no money in the account!? Hope someone shuts this place down!!

These people were basically the middle man for the VA for me. They would call me regarding appointments that were upcoming which was great. They informed me that one of my appointments was 2 hours away and that they would give me the address to the appointment, then send me a packet in the mail containing the directions on how to get to the appointment and a reimbursement packet for traveling to my C&P exam. I called several times and the members who answered the phone were rude excluding two females. The male who initially answered my phone call was annoyed that my name on file was my maiden name and it was a common name. I explained that I had changed my name because I’m married and I had already taken care of the paperwork. I called the VA directly to fix that issue and also uploaded my marriage certificate when applying for benefits. Once he finally found my name in the system I explained it had been well over a month, I never received the paperwork and asked if I could please have it sent to my house. He said “it’s coming and if it’s not there tomorrow, call back.” I said “okay- (fixing to ask another question), and literally hung up on me. I had to call again and the woman who answered a week later said “oh yeah, I see the amount you’re supposed to be getting compensated for travel, that’s such a long distance” and ensured me I’d be getting it soon. My exam was in May and I finally reached their manager who actually was kind and got my packet. It’s now July. I just found out you have 30 days to submit a reimbursement for travel. I’m seriously so annoyed that after being on top of my stuff and calling, that they didn’t want to submit me some little packet that could’ve been handled with the first gentleman. They seriously made my experience a negative one.

This company is by far the worst company Ive ever dealt with. Most of the reps are so rude you would think its in the job description. As a veteran you are met with attitude for no reason and condescending attitudes.

I would give them no stars if I could. Whenever you’re on the phone with them they’re always rude and don’t seem to want to help you. I had an appointment scheduled for a place that was an hour and a half away from where I live and to make sure I got there in time I left work early. So I get there and the lady at the front desk said that they didn’t have an appointment for me nor did they ever receive a phone call from Vetfed. Upon trying to reach Vetfed that day nobody answered so I called the VA and explained to them what happened. Luckily the place made me an appointment and said they would let the VA know it was scheduled. The VA said that Vetfed is not commonly used by them and I can understand why. Be warned if they are dealing with your claims it’s going to be very frustrating. Worst customer service ever

I’ve never seen such horrible “service”. They won’t call me back to schedule me an appointment after three weeks. Now I’m back trying to get the va to help me. I never thought to expect better help from the va than anywhere else

I am a veteran and was made to deal with this company. Not only did they send me two hours out of my way when I could have went to a site fifteen minutes away but I was never paid the travel reimbursement that was entitled. I feel like the company is a fraud and are taking advantage of veterans. Dont go with this company or reschedule with another vendor or company!

I was apparently supposed to be scheduled for three separate appointments. I only ever heard about two. When the VA hadnt completed their assessment by the estimated date, I called to find out if they needed anything else from me. I was told by the VA that they didnt need anything from me and that, in fact, they were still waiting to get the exam results from VetFed. I asked if there was anything I needed to do for VetFed to get them to collect and release the exam results. The VA told me no and basically that waiting was the next step. 24 hours later, at 7 pm on a Friday night, I received a voicemail from a VetFed rep who informed me that I still needed to schedule a third appointment. My claim will get pushed at least another month because file-tracking and task-completion is not in the toolbox over at VetFed.Which organization is reputably worse? This VetFed place? Or the VA for contracting with them....This is not the path forward to improving veteran care.

I got a call from them and they didnt inform me who they were or why they were calling just that they needed to verify my information. I told them I would call back after I verified them with the VA, After I verified them and called them back they they told me that the closest was 130 miles away, I was told to call them back in a month and a half (ie begining September). Reported them to the VA.

They dont answer questions. They dont care. They make appointments without your knowledge. Then They just throw everything on you and be like what do you mean you cant get it done. Send you 45 minutes to a town youve never heard of. Then say theyll give you a reembersment check for gas. 40 miles equals about 3 dollars. And i still never saw it

Updated my phone number and still call outdated number. Send letters requesting contact, 75 minute holds with no return calls. Full mailbox when you finally get through. Been months and still no appointment set up for several follow ups. Terrible customer service. VA needs a new contractor.

I’ve received multiple calls and initially it sounded like a scam, veterans federal resource with no website. Today a call was received from someone also saying they had no website yet here we are. Still unsure as no information has been received by mail as had occurred with other appointments.

Basically these are the people who schedule va disability applicants for appointments that turn out to be with hired assassins of va disability applicants claims. be forewarned do not go to the appointment without outside the va representation.

I received a Fed Ex letter stating they could not contact me and if I did not call them by TODAY they would send my claim back to VA. Im on my 4th attempt, including being on hold in excess of 20 min. They keep hanging up on me as well. I cannot believe....oh wait, yes I can, that the VA would work with an organization such as this.

This company is a joke. Got a call from them called them back, Rep that answered sounded like he just woke up. Not professional at all.
