They are only open for Appointments you want know it until you drive to the place or unless you can get through on the phone dont expect to speak with anyone besides the answering machine! Something that can take 1 minute will turn into 2 weeks waiting for a call back! And I really dont think this is a actual Federal entity its ran by the parish so that is the reason for the lack of service for the Veterans funny how you didnt need an appointment to serve your country but you need an appointment to utilize your benefits! Great Customer Service once you get in! The guys are great but could use some help!

Don’t waste your time going to the VA in Pineville, if you want something done these are the people to go to.
