If I could give this store no stars I would. Today, my experience was nothing short of one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I walked in today, after researching promotions online, to switch from my carrier to Boost. When I walked in, the associate was eating her lunch at the desk. No problem, it’s a slow day and we all get hungry. I told we I wanted to port-in my number to Boost and get the iPhone promotion. While giving her my phone number to check, another gentleman walks in. She seemed to know him because she started speaking to him in Spanish. While checking on my number she continued to converse with the other gentleman. Then, she tells me that she doesn’t think she can port in my number and also that the upfront promotion is over. Interesting. I asked “why aren’t you able to port-in my number, and the promotion is still on your window and your website that it’s running until 4/16”. She told me to hold on and wait a moment while she helped the other gentleman and she would keep checking on my number. I waited for ten minutes watching her help the other gentleman with whatever his issue was. After waiting, I asked her “I was here first, but your now helping him with his problem while I’m waiting?”. She smiled at me. I told her I would take my business elsewhere and call customer service to let them know how amazing my service was today. Unbelievable...

If I could give this store less than one star I would! The store suppose to open up at 10 am the partial English speaking lady didnt show up till 10:35am. No apologies. Didnt achieve my goal because I wasnt paying $25 activation fee. Already a current customer. Ill wait the 3 days and pay $10 more dollars for delivery smh anyway. I tried getting the managers info to complain to him about her tardiness and she played as if she had no way of getting a hold of him, then she calls him on his cell and guess what hes her son! In her phone thats what she has it save as. I told him about her lateness and he stated what does that have to do with anything I asked was that acceptable he said yes! Wow. Smh Humans got to do better.

You dont value my money,all these serveys about service quality meanwhile i get a text in Spanish EveryDay smh when i signed up i didnt request to be texted in that way its annoying af i know nothing of what is sent .u offer 3.00 a day unlimited n disconnect after 2 with 3.00 unaccounted for and 2.89 on balace info HoW and WHY?! Shyts sad so im taking my 3.00 a day elswhere.

You have to pay 3 extra dollars to the store for the monthly payment and another 3 extra dollars to pay by card .... 6 extra. They do not have their own card machine. But the girl is very professional and kind
