One side of my house was getting kind of black and green, so I called a few pressure washing companies in the area to get estimates for the work. John gave me a very good estimate to clean everything from the gutters down (all four sides of the house), so I went with him. He cleaned for about three hours and now everything looks great! He even climbed up on the roof to clean the chimney and a short side wall between the garage and the house. You may want to clear out for a few hours while hes cleaning, because there is a bit of a bleach aroma from the cleaning solution. Ive attached a couple shots so you can see before/after.

The absolute best! I tried doing this myself, but after hours I was defeated. John made my house look like new. Pricing was more than fair, especially compared to most of the competitors. I plan on making this a yearly part of my home care, and will be a returning customer!

I had John wash my house and was very pleased with the service. He responded to my initial inquiry on the same day. The day we had scheduled for the cleaning, the weather turned bad. It was no hassle at all to reschedule him. The day of the cleaning, he showed up on time and spent about 3 hours washing the house. I have one section of siding that you can only get to if you are on a lower section of the roof. He used his ladder to get up there and wash that area, so he did a very thorough job. The results were good. All the green and black buildup on the siding was gone. He also did our stone patio. It looked nice a clean when he was done. I will definitely use him in the future.

John is a miracle worker. We initially needed front stairs, rear stairs, front porch, and back porch pressure washed within one day of calling him. Soft wash recently soft wash my huge concrete patio which was horrific. I decided I didnt want to look at this dreadful patio all winter. Now it looks brand new. They also cleaned my 4 car driveway and front walks which look great! Back in the spring they soft washed my house before it was going to be painted. Then I had them come back to soft wash my roof which had the black stains and moss which looked like it was 40 years old instead of 18. Now it looks brand new. Wont be replacing it for at least 5-10 more years.
