The technician was very thorough; the front of the house looks brand new! He was also able to squeeze in my next door neighbor at the same time as my appointment so it worked out really well.

Power Wash DMV LLC showed up on time and was very meticulous during the job which I was very satisfied with the services. I had the vinyl on the back of my house, flagstones on my patio, and backyard fence power washed. I liked how it was explained to me of the different types of pressure that will be used on the treated areas. Priced reasonably too! I will be using them again for the staining on my fence and other projects.

I was fortunate that my neighbors were having their house cleaned and that he had the time to work me in after them! The porch, vinyl and sidewalk on my home constantly have Bradford pear tree junk dropping on them and he got it all up! Its never looked better! Merhawi was also careful enough not to blow all of my mulch away.

I was so pleased with the services I received today from Power Wash DMV. I had spoken with other contractors about the black mole on the side of my home. They told me they were not sure if the mold could be removed and that the cleaning process may discolor the brick. When I mentioned this to Merhawi, he showed me a before and after picture of the same type of work he recently did. He also told me he would be willing to show me by testing a small area. The results were unbelievable! I went from having him only clean the vinyl on my home, which was what I originally asked him to do, to cleaning my entire home, including the driveway and brick walkway in front of my home. Merhawi did an excellent job! He is very thorough, polite, and extremely patient. He made sure I was completely satisfied with everything! There are so many companies out here that do this type of work, but you don’t know anything about the quality of their work. I learned of this company because they had placed a sign at the entrance of my development. I called and left a message and received a callback the same day. I provided my address and what I wanted done. They did a drive-by later that day and called me back with an estimate. They were able to schedule me within 2 days. Not only did they power wash the front of my home and patio/walkway, they even power washed my patio furniture before putting it back into place. I thought the price I paid was a great value. I believe this may be a one-man shop but I respect the hustle, and I appreciated the responsiveness, honesty, and value/quality of the work. I will definitely call them again in the future and would happily recommend to others.
