Spectacular response and service from Better Termite. I really appreciate Juans service to conduct an inspection. I was looking for a refinance termite inspection and Better came up in my search, I was helped by Michelle via chat and received a call in less than an hour from Brian who had a slot available the next day. Totally awesome! Less than 24 hours from when I searched to having a terrific affordable and prompt service completed. I will use Better Termite and Pest Control again and offer my strongest recommendation for others to use Better for their termite/pest needs.

Unfortunately, I have cancelled my service with Better Termite & Pest Control today. I was notified today that technicians have been servicing the exterior of my property for the last two months without any authorization or confirmation. I have NOT receive any notification via email or phone. The technicians did not leave a note or knock on my door to let me know they were on property. I have been working from home for the last two months and have NOT seen the technicians cars/trucks or the technician(s)s on site. I was quite pleased with the service until today. When I contacted the customer service representative to discuss my concerns, she was very matter of fact about it. Extremely disappointed and frustrated by the situation. I have written the company to cancel my contract effective immediately, today, Friday, May 8, 2020.

I called to schedule a termite inspection for a Veteran. Was told by the agent on the phone we can definitely do that. I then said the property was in DC, which it says is an area served on their website. She said they are not taking any new business in the DC area, because of traffic and big trucks etc. I dont think it takes a big truck to do a termite inspection. May want to change areas served on the website then.

The inspector arrived on time, conducted a thorough inspection, both inside and outside. He was courteous and answered our questions thoroughly. Excellent!

What an awesome pest control company!!! Call them at 9am for an issue with ants...they told me to give them a few minutes to reach out to a technician and that was EXACTLY what happened!!! The technician explained what I could to help keep the ant population down until my follow-up visit...VERY HELPFUL!!!

Twice asked to speak with the owner about a business matter - first in person, the second time on the phone. It was quite obvious from the behavior of ladies in the office and the response initially given by the lady answering the phone that on both instances the owner was in the office. They are clearly however charged with acting as gatekeeper. Clearly Mr. Schultz hasnt the time to be bothered discussing business with customers. Clearly customer service is meaningless to this business that is ironically in a service industry.

We have used Better Termite & Pest Control for years. The techs are always on time and friendly. They resolved our initial termite issue and each year do an inspection with no returning pest issues.

A house next to us has been vacant for ten years, with recent construction going on there all rodents inside are scattering to find new homes. Clearly some of them found there way into our place. After hearing scratching sounds under our kitchen floor we called several pest removal companies and went with the one that could help us the fastest. Initial experience with Better Termite was great. They told me all the things I wanted to hear and the rep that came out was very friendly. I signed up for a year of service for bugs and rodents and he got to work putting out bait stations etc (or so I thought) and then sprayed the perimeter. The spray certainly helped as we noticed the bugs had all but gone away. The rep told me the rats down there would die eventually from lack of food or water and it was a non-issue. That didnt happen. I ended up cutting a hole in the basement ceiling and putting my own traps up there and catching five huge rats with no help from this company. When I caught the first one I called BT and had them come out and the guy was very condescending, are you sure it was a RAT?! Cause I really doubt it was a rat. Once I showed him a picture he agreed it was a rat with no apology for his hubris. He then stated he would triple or quadruple the amount of bait stations outside which never happened. Ive done all the work here and for some reason Im paying them for it. This place is a joke find somewhere else. I give two stars because our bug problem is fixed.

A 5 star rating is based on great service but also how a company handles an issue resulting from their service. Better termites stepped up and rectified our problem. The manager was great, he stood by his work and made things right. You ca not do better then thes guys.

Hubie was on time and treated our whole house very quickly!He knew exactly what kind of pest we had when I showed him and I am so happy I will not have those bugs around the house anymore.I thought the Bi-Monthly Pest Control price was extremely fair and affordable.I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who has pest problems.

After many years with your company, Daren was the most knowledgeable and professional of any prior service members. After his visit we feel that we had a very comprehensive look at our pest situation. He is a winner!

The gentleman who works there seems very knowledgeable and is very helpful with your pest concerns. If you bring in an insect or pest he will tell you what it is and help you to get rid of them in your home.

Very disappointed. We spotted a rat in our basement and called BetterTermite and Pest Control the next morning. They scheduled anappointment for the afternoon. The work order was to give estimateand treat same day. We assumed that meant they would lay out traps,poison, etc to take care of the rat.Unfortunately thats not what happened. Instead they tried to up-sellus a rodent control service for $650 yearly, $200 initial, $90 perservice. We didnt want to spend upwards of a thousand dollars totake care of a rat so we declined. They laid no traps or poison oranything at all.Later that day I went to the hardware store and spent $25 on traps andpoison.

In the process of selling my home, I discovered that my house had evidence of past termite activity, and I had to have a termite treatment done. I was skeptical of the pest inspection report provided to me by another pest company, so I called George at Better Termite. He heard my concern, and he scheduled a team to come to my house two days later. Juan and his crew were true professionals. They donned booties while in the house, and they were courteous and professional. Juan showed me the areas of concern and explained how the treatment would work.
