They will not allow more than 4 people to visit a family member and had to clear with security? Only 2 at a time I understand but my grandfather is is awful condition and they wont let us see him. We dont know how long he has but it is estimated to be hours!! I understand there is a virus but for all that is good let people see there family members! They may never be able to again😭

Horrible experience, just a warehouse. When you have someone who is having psychotic thoughts and delusions and they are only drugged up to the point of slobbering, it is a travesty. This is only an acute, get them in and get them out placement.

Never ever ever go to third floor!
