Went to look at a GMC All Terrain truck on Saturday. Test drove and absolutely LOVED IT! The truck had not gone through Service or Detailing instead we had to wait to purchase. Mind you my husbands name was written all over this truck while in the shop. While my husband was in contact with our Salesman, he mentioned to us were the truck was at in the shop. Tuesday afternoon we recieved a call from our Salesman at Diamond that the truck we were going to purchase had another potential buyer. The other potential buyer went through the Salesman named Marcus who accepted a down payment and this protectial buy will to be in on Wednesday to buy. Diamond will now be loosing not only 1 vehicle sale and service but 3 new vehicle sales and services.
