This storage facility is very well kept, clean and spacious between aisles.The extra bonus is the warmth and friendliness you receive from Lisa and Peyton, these 2 ladies are such dolls of kindness.They both go the extra miles of assisting you with such generous and genuine abilities.Team corporate players they definitely are!!!!

Horrible customer service provided. 9/18, place closes at 3pm. Been sitting here since noon with no one in the office. No key to the unit that’s paid in full…. Two phone numbers listed on door. One is disconnected and the other is simply an answering service. Phone service can take your money but not get you in your unit. Classy. Have been lied to about six times from phone service stating: someone will be there in 15 minutes, someone will be calling you in 15 minutes. Company takes your money for the unit BUT THEN DOESN’T PROVIDE A KEY TO GET IN SAID UNIT.

This is, by far, the best business (not just storage facility) I have ever been to. That is due to Lisa. My house flooded during Hurricane Delta & lost 75% of our possessions. Extra Space happened to be the first storage facility I called for quotes of units. To say Lisa went above & beyond is an understatement. She is absolutely the nicest, sincerest, most caring individual I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She took to time to help me in any way I needed and was amazing with my 4 year old child. For being at a truly devastating time in our lives, I was blessed to have met her and look forward to keep doing business with her until we get back on our feet & no longer need a facility. Lisa is the sole reason I am renting a unit here.

Great location, easy to get to. Lisa and Peyton are awesome ladies and great to work with. The auto draft for payment is very convenient. They will send you an email in advance as a reminder that the payment will be taken out on the 1st of the month.

Great management, always there to help you out with anything you need. Highly Recomended for your climate controlled storage.

The manager, Lisa, is very personable and professional, and she has always worked with me to find discounts and promotions. I had several issues with my bank card being compromised and she was very understanding, and worked with me to get everything back on track. The facility is very clean, and secure.
