OUTSTANDING! Came out to our house next day when I called ...he went the extra for us and punctual. Very professional, identified the problem immediately, wrote a very detailed repair. This is a unique repair estimate because my house was damaged because of the washing machine. The expert from Nova appliance services listened to what happened and wrote a clear and concise estimate. In fact, my insurance company used the estimate with no questions. I will call next time!!

Awesome service!!! Over the years, Ive had a good number of problems with various kitchen, laundry appliances. Necessitating service calls by different companies and technicians. By far my experience with Noah appliance services and Aiden in particular, was superior to all others. And I recommend them wholeheartedly. Starting with the professional and polite scheduler, arranging the the service call couldnt have been easier. And I didnt have to wait too long for an appointment. Aiden is efficient, knowledgeable and skilled, way beyond your average repair guy. He is very smart and does a good job explaining the problem, and the options. I have found him to be unusually honest, ethical, and communicative. Its a bonus that I was able to get a service call on Sunday. When my husband and I both be home to discuss the repair with Aiden.
