The technicians were kind, quick, and polite. Both times they came to house they were here less than an hour; they kept me updated on the shipping of my parts and promptly scheduled service when they arrived. And now my oven is HOT! woohoo!

These guys were GREAT! They came on the same day I called. Great communication with the tech who arrived EXACTLY at the start of the two hour window. He was friendly, professional and was able to fix my dryer in less than an hour!

This business is a fraud. All 5 star reviews on their account are by users with only one or two reviews online; real accounts?! I had a terrible experience with them.The service man, Raj, visited my place in my absence to fix the stove about a few weeks ago. He claimed the display monitor is broken and he has purchased and installed a new one. I trusted him and paid $317 on the phone. Then I found out the oven wasnt fixed and there was no new display monitor when I got home. He also told me on the call that he would send me the receipt of the display monitor he had purchased but only sent me an invoice from his company. I attached his invoice here. Since then, I have been trying to call and message him but he didnt respond until 2 days ago and still refused to provide the receipt or go back to fix the oven.

The technicians of this company are very polite , honest and reliable..when we call them they reached at time and provide good work .we like their services and you must also visit them and you will like their services.

This guy is a thief. Our tenant had issue with the stove oven. We were out of town and asked him to this job. He told us he is changing pieces, after a while we realized he just placed the old element back again and charged us $317. It’s unbelievable.Omg! He just responded me and said it’s spam!! How dare you are. I’m the one at Wyndham circle. I wish there was a way to pit 0 star. I’ve already disputed my money.

Technician was right on time, called as he was on his way and wore a facemask the entire time He was completely respectful of our home. Not professional at all! They don’t give any specific time about when they’ll arrive. They were supposed to show up between 9-12pm. They didn’t. I called them after 12pm to figure out if they were coming, and I was told that they will call 40mins in advance. They called only 15 mins in advance and they didn’t even bother themselves to wait 10mins. Don’t waste your time!

The most terrible company I have ever worked with, came and looked at my oven , promised repair with in 2 weeks, then extended to 4 weeks , now they dont even take the phone, blocked my number. I called from my wifes number, they picked it and after that they blocked that number again.
