We were VERY impressed with the installation of our new boiler system. The two young men that did the installation were knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and thorough. They answered all my questions in terms that were very understandable and listened/acted upon my concerns. In addition to doing an efficient job of installation, they actually made a boiler system look attractive, believe it or not. While they were installing it, they also discovered flaws in the previous installation (by a different place of business) and corrected them. At my request, they also inspected my old (beginning to leak) water heater and advised me on some possible options. Having decided to replace it due to its age, I will also be having Ellingsons do that project. Everyone Ive been associated with at this business, from sales people, to those doing the estimates, to the installers have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

John did an excellent job in wiring for three new fan and light fixtures and installing them and for the addition of an outlet. He was very courteous and careful.

All started when I called Ellingson Plumbing for a checkup of an old furnace of a recently purchased vacation lakefront property. Two nice knowledgeable guys came over and gave us an estimate for the repair. They actually repaired one crucial element that very cold night. In the process they also fired up our gas fireplace that we didn’t know how to start. We noticed how friendly and caring they were plus one of them spoke perfect Spanish which is our preferred language. That was a good surprise! Their recommendations were to either fix this old Trane or get a new one. We followed the recommendation to get a new one.I started getting bids for our new vacation rental 17-year-old furnace and ended up buying one from Ellingson. Why? Because of Matt Anderson’s extraordinary, top communication skills. This guy loves what he does for a living and enjoys interacting with customers. In comparison with the other two competing sales guys, Matt outperformed them by a long shot. The other two were just employees doing a seemingly boring job, but Matt acted as if he owned the company. He passionately and intelligently explained every detail and answered every question, even after hours, always with a smile.And on top of that he got us the best value and service. Also the installers were very friendly, leaving the place super clean and tidy.Since I have owned my own business for the last 34 years, I can easily recognize quality and dedication. It’s no wonder Ellingson has successfully been in business for so many years; obviously they’re doing a lot right!

Their entire group was competent, professional, courteous and all took great pride in their work. The technician that came to service our air conditioner was a very friendly and polite young man. Nick was efficient, quickly finished the job, and then detailed everything he had done. It was evident that he was well trained.

Since then we have encountered a couple of items that needed fixing and we wanted to commend Mike W and Josh for the continued excellent work that they do. They are courteous and professional at all times. They listen to what is going on and come up with remediation plans and then execute them. They then follow up to ensure that the problem has been solved. As a customer this is very heartwarming that we are not the ones that need to do all the follow ups. We wanted to be sure that your organization was aware of the work that these two are doing on your company’s behalf.

Ellingson’s did a top notch repair job in our lake home after a burst pipe. As an interior rebuild, they installed a gas furnace with new ducting, H2O heater and softener. They show up and do good work. Josh is exceptional. We will definitely be calling for future projects. Highly recommend!!!

Arrogant, conceited, not to mention unprofessional from upper management any one who works there is so far up each others rears. Not one installer is pleased with the environment, completely toxic, customers are charged for unused parts and unneeded labor , quality of products are low at best... Not to mention mishandled........Best advise go to a different outfit that will do the job once and right.

Great Experience!Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable and helpful. Our central air unit self destructed after only 2 months in our new home and they were here right away to diagnose the broken unit. Their proposal was the best we received after shopping around as far as price and installation time. I had nicest guy ever fix my air conditioner last night he is a genius. He replaced the fan motor in my furnace. He was very professional and fun I thank him very very much. Can’t remember the man’s name but he was very very friendly. Got the job done in one hour. Thank you very much and thanks for the same great rate from 8 to 8. 👍

I had a nice guy come out and recharge my AC system but it lasted 48 hours. Hard to blame anyone but it’s disappointing to pay over $400 and not get what I was hoping for. Next year I’m putting in a new system but I plan on shopping around to see if there are other HVAC contractors in the area.

I wouldnt recommend these guys to anyone and if u have had any work done by them or going to have any work done by them I would definitely get a second opinion have had a really really bad experience with these guys and I would never ever ever recommend these guys to anybody had them come out twice and they never fixed the problem told me my drain field whats Frozen so I had a guy come out and dig it up and that wasnt even the problem so they have no idea what there even talking about and one of the managers I talked to is a complete d@ck and very rude I would definitely call someone else and if I was the owner of this company I would teach my employeesen office to have a little bit better custome care

Ellingson’s to the rescue, again! We recently purchased an electric range to replace our gas range. We didn’t know we needed a professional to disconnect the gas range, until we did. Cullen’s was set to deliver our electric range and haul away the old one between 9:30 and 11:00 am on Monday. We called Ellingson’s in a panic Monday morning. They got here at 9:15, disconnected the gas and Cullen’s got here at 9:37. That never happens. We so appreciate Ellingson’s getting here so fast and taking care of the situation perfectly. They always come through for us. Thank you!

I received excellent service from Ellingsons! Not only did the service tech Paul fix an issue with my reverse osmosis system and take care of a laundry room hook up, he noticed that the original hot & cold water supply lines were crossed when the house was built. I appreciated that he took the time to explain the issues and get everything in proper working order.

We dont need to call for service often BUT when we do, we turn to Ellingsons and will continue. Today we had one of your repairmen come to check our water heater...he could have done many dollars worth of unnecessary repairs and we would NEVER have known better. Instead he came in said hed checked what WE thought it was and gave us some options to proceed with. One was as minor as turning up a temperature on the heater. In todays world it would have been so easy to charge us for unnecassary work and once again we are pleased with Ellingsons, the outstand and honest people working there. When we moved into this building 10 years ago, it had problems with the boiler system and in-floor heat. We had three different heating companies come out and all failed to solve the problem. Then we called Ellingsons. The technician recognized and solved the problem immediately. Since then weve had Ellingsons service or repair the system on 3-4 other occasions... The last one being Spring of 2017. I have always been satisfied with Ellingsons work and Im glad we have them to call on when we need help.
