I cant even give them 1 star. I went in this store, and bought a reclining sofa and reclining chair that was repossessed from a previous owner. They wouldnt accept my debit/credit card from my bank, (which doesnt make sense because since the COVID virus, most locations prefer), and informed me it had to be a cash transaction. I went to an ATM machine, and paid them cash, including the extra delivery charge. They were late on the delivery date, and when it was delivered, they didnt have the plug/connections to have the sofa recline. Ive been by the store numerous times, left my phone number, and still havent received the connections. Its been over 3 weeks with a reclining sofa that doesnt recline. I wouldnt recommend anybody to buy or rent from this location, and hopefully not all Rent-A-Centers are this like this one. I should have spent a little more money and had better results.

If I could give a 0 star I totally would! DO NOT EVER buy anything from these scam artists! Yes, scam artists! I have been harrassed since day 1 of renting an item from them! They came to my house, looked into my windows. Left my house and then came back. Called me again and said they were going to pull up at my job to get said merchandise which I am only 2 weeks behind on payments and tried to give the money I owe for the 2 weeks TODAY and they denied it! Said they couldnt take my payment that they would have to take back the merchandise for 2 to 5 days and then I could come back and rent it again! Theyre very rude!

Always very helpful and polite. These group of guys have become like family. Colt is an awesome manger

Management is unprofessional, argues with customers. Talks like a sailor in the store, hasnt been right in a long time. Id rather buy stuff off of Craigslist.

Their like family to me. What I need they will get for me if its not in the store.
