Excellent customer service and selection!

Changing my rating to a LESS THAN ONE STAR FOR BOTH LOCATIONS!!! I was so happy to originally give good rating to Alexander City store, I had found the 2 Lazy Boy recliners I had been searching for.... and she checked to make sure they were NOT on back order.. so image my surprise that now, 18 days later than they were promised, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM, they have not been delivered to the store. I should have picked them up on April 2nd. Since then, I have been told they will be on our next truck, call back Tuesday call back Friday I called and verified that they would be in our warehouse the 16th Im leaving my original post, so everyone can see the whole story behind trying to get 2 recliners from your store!I live in Sylacauga and went to our local Badcock store. I found the recliner that I had been searching for and asked if it was available in a different color. The sales lady rushed to answer No without checking their website or trying to verify her answer... I left there and went online, found the lady had lied and it WAS available in the color I wanted. So I drove to a neighboring city store and found a sales lady who was more than eager to help me... so I give the Sylacauga location a 1 Star rating, but the Alexander City location gets 5+ stars! Very happy with the lady there! Too bad I couldnt do business in my hometown.....

Prompt greeting at the door and was then left alone to browse. Once we had questions they were quick to answer. We picked out a set and asked questions about pricing and payment options. The application process was quick and we were approved in minutes. From there the paperwork only took a few minutes. Delivery next week!

Had a great experience shopping with Badcock. Susan made it very convenient when making my purchase. The delivery was quick and both delivery men, Chris and Terrance, were very courteous and set up the furniture quickly and how I wanted. We bought an entire living room set and loving it! Quality furniture and very comfy!

Set a delivery date and they failed to follow through. Although help inside the store was good, failure to deliver what I had put a sizeable down payment on is very disappointing. I had promised my kids they would be sleeping in their new beds this weekend and they made me break a promise. Extremely disappointed.

Great service highly recommend, the people are friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help you.

Furnished my whole house the best and pretty stuff just pretty

Deserves 0 stars! Delivery drivers stole money out of a friends wallet, that way laying on his dresser, while delivering new furniture! Then when he contacted store & police they said there was nothing they could do! I will not be doing business with this store and will make sure everyone I know is informed of this situation!

Wonderful products and great service when looking for furniture.

I went to Babcock 3 or 4 times while deciding on some furniture. Even though I didnt purchase anything, the employees were very friendly and helpful every time I went there.
