I enjoy this car wash but one specific employee, Dadrian was very rude and unprofessional. He proceeded to spray my windshield, blinding me of him before I was given any direction on whether I was to put the car in neutral. I put it in neutral on my own direction and he proceeded to yell at me through my window and give me dirty looks.

Awesome car wash!! Yes every now and then there are equipment malfunctions, but if you tell the staff about issues they are more than happy to help. I have never left not satisfied with the service provided.There is also a very helpful and polite young man named Torri he is most helpful and loves his job and helping the customers. He is in my mind an asset to this car wash.

The manager Jeremy (Alcoa) made sure I had everything I needed. Helped apply tire cleaner. I drive past the Zips on my side of town to go to the Alcoa location because Jeremy and staff make sure the place is clean and the vacuums work.

Very hard to receive help from corporate officewhen I my have a issues.District Manager didnt call me back. Keith I believewas his name. Zips Corporate office didnt call me back for weeks.But the local Manager Peter was very pleasantand was trying his best to help.He explained upper Management would need to help with my issue.And is still not resolved at this time.

Vacuum barely works. There is dirt still on top of my car 😠 also around headlights, bumper back and front. Trash all over parking lot 😡. Was going to do membership but I will not ever return. The service is great and the $35 a month unlimited wash & wax is a unbelievably super deal considering a single wash with the same service cost $20. I go 2 or 3 times a week when needed and the code scanner reads the code on your window and lets you right through in less time than it takes just to take your credit card out of your wallet. Free vacuums and carpet floor mats cleaned for free. I cant say enough nice things about ZIPS CAR WASH. BUY THE MONTHLY DEAL IT WILL PAY FOR ITSELF IN LESS THAN 2 WASH & WAX JOBS.

I wash my car here a lot. But when I spend the money for the best wash you have, I expect for everything to work properly. The tire shine halfway works right and also the vacuum cleaners have no suction whatsoever. I am very disappointed for all the money I spend every week.

My fiancé and I pass a Zips to come to this location because we love it. The wash feels a lot more efficient than the other locations too. Weve seen Nick almost everytime and we can tell how much heart he has in his job. Hes even came up and said Good to see you folks again, that vacuum doesnt sound well, let me fix it. You cant find workers like him every day!

Does great when everything works..

We usually have good experiences there, but yesterday, March 22, when we arrived home, we were displeased and surprised to see that half of the car had been missed! Not sure how this is even possible, but the windshield and the whole right side of the car was dirty, had to clean it up ourselves. Tried to call, but no one answers the phone after repeated attempts and their message service was full, so unable to leave a message which prompted this review, seems the only way to get their attention.

Quick free vacuum

Loved every moment of this car wash, the experience i had going through the tunnel was stellar. The manager was very friendly and the little blonde kid guiding me into the wash was doing an excellent job. But by far my favorite thing about Zips is how close in proximity it is to Wendy’s.

Employee broke my rear wiper. Owner agreed to replace but when he found out it was a dealer item only and how much it was he refused to pay it. Wasnt friendly or apologetic at all. Owner was very rude, lost a regular customer over incident.

I come here often to wash my car, I do not want to buy the membership because I think that is kind of useless unless you are just a clean freak in use the car wash all of the time. I like that there are free vacuums, we utilize those every time we go. All of the workers have been helpful when I have questions about anything!

I am a customer here I pay over $100.00 dollars a month for 3 vehicles . And unfortunately something is always broken.And take weeks to repair.Im in their best monthly agreementplan , Which is not been in my favor . Coming out of the wash with soap all over my car.or the shine and drying wheels not working. And the soap is empty and out of tire shine.I could go on , But you get the point. Time for a change !Its sad I enjoy going , Just want the service im paying for.

Good carwash with a decent price. My issue is that these are just old carwashes that are slapped a zips logo on. Almost every single location Ive been to has had some kind of issue in the past year. Not a stop running issue bit one of the machines just wasnt working. I had the top monthly plan for a long while. So I was able to know I got every machine by going to different locations. That is when I noticed that some of the machines just didnt work at some washes. And almost every location had one thing that didnt operate or wasnt even there.I will restate this is not a major issue for some! The price is reasonable too. Especially if you pay monthly, you can go every day. I just wish they were like pure magic and built their own wash systems. I understand what they are doing though from a business point of view. They are helping by consolidating the old car washes and making them connected. If you grab a monthly membership then you can go to any zips location. Your wash sticker they place on your inner windshield will pick up when you pull up to any payment kiosk. Hopefully this gives you the reader a better understanding.Not bad but not the best.

Doesnt clean off dirt that I easily wiped with my finger. Staff only offered another wash ,which left the same dirt present on the entire roof and trunk lid of car.

It missed many parts of my sons mustang and the sales people were less than straight forward. Now I am attempting to eliminate a reocuring $34 charge to my card for something we tried twice.

Vacuums arent working today. Employees have no idea why or how to fix. This is the ONLY reason I choose Zips of washing my car at home, I dont have to drag out and put up shop vac.

Zips at the Alcoa location is a very convenient location, and the staff is very friendly. I have always had a great experience with this car wash.

Was overcharged one day when I went thru bc I used cash and they wouldn’t give me change. Went back and the vacuumes weren’t on. When I asked they said it’s bc of the rain. There was no rain and the boy walked away while I was speaking. I will not be back to zips and will make sure to post on every social media about my experience!

The machines do pretty well on getting a clean car. the staff on some days are little on the lazy side. They have had some real bad ones in the past but they have had some better ones that make sure the pre prep the vehicle before you go through the wash.

Great job can use vacs alot of space

My membership tag didnt scan so I had to purchase my car wash since I was already in line. After I went through I went inside and the guys inside were very nice they refunded my money and were very helpful with my issue. This is the second time that Ive had to deal one-on-one with the attendance and they have always been very nice.

The carwash and free vacuums are great, but the big remover ($3 extra) didnt seem to work at all. Overall would recommend this car wash.

Zips is the only car wash I come to. Free vacuums and different levels of cleanliness at very reasonable prices. They always let me run my car through again if it doesn’t clean it well the first time!

I purchased the unlimited ultimate package. I use all the local locations as often as needed or wanted. Some locations have major clogs in their vacuums. This needs to be addressed!

Zips is okay for a fast wash but it dont really clean that good and their prices keep going up for what
