I have been looking for a self serve car wash for a while now since the one by my house by heritage high school is AWFUL! They never have soap and the pressure leaves much to be desired. Someone suggested this place and found my new car wash!! First of all the service is top notch. I made a stupid mistake when it came to getting a reusable card and was out $20 with reusable card. I called the number on the side of the business, AND SOMEONE ANSWERED! I was shocked. Not only did they answer, they actually were able to assist me over the phone and got me my reusable card within minutes. He was so kind and helpful. Secondly, their car wash has amazing pressure and actually has soap! My car had never looked cleaner! It got everything off that the new drive through car wash on 411 did not. It was like it was detailed due to the perfect pressure and plethora of soap. It was 8 am on a Saturday and the place was packed! Now I know why!Thanks again to the person who helped me out!

Not the best. Really good for parkour. But washing wise Pretty good. But on the back of the car wash, it is pretty dirty its like its never been washed on the wall, and trash is never picked up. Besides that its not the worst 6/10

The only awesome self service car wash Maryville has thats worth a couple bucks to start wash process. Actually get soapy water from the wand. Great foaming soap from the brush. Hot water as well, great pressure. Keep up the great work and Ill continue to pay 10$ to wash my tow truck. Car wash has came long was past year. With the cleaning up, better products, pressure and the value of there customers.

This car wash is EXCELLENT. I have tried all of the other places between my home and this one and Hall Road Car Wash wins hands down. The scrub or suds brush (dont recall the exact name) feature is amazing. I had 4 months of road scum and using this got it all off easily. And the whole process cost only $4. Theres no drying option but the 15 mile drive home blows all rinse water off nicely. Nice that a credit card works as well as cash.

Not the best, but nowhere near the worst, do it yourself wand wash Ive ever been to, but beggars cant be choosers, as they are disappearing quickly, like phone booths and mailboxes! It does the job and has a variable spray control, not just high pressure hoses.

Great water pressure and wands push out the right amount of soap for cleaning the vehicle would defiantly recommend if you prefer to wash the vehicle yourself

Debris everywhere..and $2.50 just to start for 4 minutes. Spot free rinse is low pressure and not softened water

Im not sure if it was the owner or a worker, but some man took out a leaf blower started blowing the front and the back of the car wash while everybody was washing and cleaning off their car! When I left I actually had dust on my windshield! Hebrew dirt everywhere! Im not sure what he was thinking if we was thinking at all! It was a pretty stupid move

I like that you can pay for washes with a Credit/Debit card!Downside is that the trash always seems to be overflowing, just needs a bit more attention

Gotta say, definitely coming back again. Now, it was my first time using this car wash, but it cleaned my car so freaking well. Also, its more affordable to do my car washes here. Now, for anyone doing this for the first time, have more quarters on you! I almost left here without fully washing my car, but this place has a coin dispenser if you have cash. I am unsure if they have fully functioning credit card readers...

This place has the most powerful hot water Ive ever seen! I would drive twenty miles out of my way for that water power, soap leathers great on the vehicles (if you use the brush, theyre soft bristle) and the equipment always worked and the area was clean.

I would give this place 5 stars you do get soapy water when you actually put it on soap and a decent amount of time so youre not rushing through the wash. My only issue is the Wicket currency that you have as an option. Because I accidentally put my $5 bill in that machine but you have to have a $20 minimum to even get a card so I could not use the $5 also it disappeared off the screen so I could not even feel good about losing the five and helping someone else out. If you remove the wicket option Ill change my review or I want a $5dollar refund. Other then that great place.

Hall Road Car Wash is a good car wash. Has always worked well for me and the equipment is well maintained.

Dont like the idea u have to put so much in to get started. And time is ticking as u keep adding coins. Should have to spend 10 bucks at a do it yourself wash to get a good clean. But it does offer good products to clean.

There a couple of things that I like about this car wash. Its clean and you can pay with a credit card. Watch that first bay though while exiting, if your car sits low.

This car wash is run down but it is hard to find a place to be able to just wash your mats. They still have that here and the water pressure was good and we were able to clean them. Mission accomplished.

Some people prefer a wand based wash for their vehicle. I finally found a great one! Price is fair, bays were clean, equipment worked great, you can even use your credit card. My new go to car wash for my Chevy SSR. Thank you Hall Road Car Wash!

This location is convenient. The vacuums work very well and the change machine has worked every time I have tried. The garbage cans are overflowing here almost every time I come which is the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Compared to similar self-serve car wash locations in the area, this one does a really good job.

They need block bathrooms with cameras on the outside

Clean car wash, water pressure needs to be turned up more on the wands, that have vaccums and you can buy armour all wipes out of machine if you need them. UPDATE: the wands have great pressure, the vacuum center now have different ends for hard to get to spots when you vacuum your car. You can pay with cash or debit card, what a convenience, looks good and works great after the renovation. Good job guys?

This was my go-to car wash even though I drive by 3 or 4 others to get here, but they recently upped the prices from $1.25 to $2 (60%!) for the same 4 minutes. Too bad since its so convenient that they take credit cards at the wash bays and usually arent out of soap or wax like a lot of the others. For what it costs me to wash my truck now Ill just go through one of the automatic car washes and save myself the time and trouble and get free vacuums while Im there.

This is a very good self service carwash,There is no automatic wash station here, You do have to get out and do the work yourself. The vacuum is not free, But they are very powerful and work well, The carwash has plenty pressure,soap, wax, rinse water and spot free rinse! If you have a problem with the equipment,The owners name and phone number is posted on the door.

Always has soap, change, and is clean and maintained.

Somebody has cleaned this place up, good pressure, good soap and ok wax. The timers are dead on and fairly cheap.

As far as I know this self service car wash is the only one in Blount County that you can use a credit card at, they even accept American Express which I havent found another car wash that does. They get 5 stars just for that!

I just recently started using this carwash through a recommendation by a friend. They have these pre-paid cards which give you a discount when you spend so much. Im a typical guy who refuses to read instructions though, so I sacrificed $10.00 to learn the hard way. I called the number (which is posted everywhere) & Byron met me out here and gave me a credit. Super nice guy who was more than willing to be helpful. These guys have my business for sure.
