Update: Since this review, Tint and Wraps provided proper customer service.Zero, if possible. Replaced tint on both backseat windows and windshield. I requested the windshield be the same level as front side windows. Not only is the windshield significantly lighter than what I requested, it is a completely different color. There are also noticeable bubbles at the rear view mirror area. I called and was told to come in for a look. A man asked me if I signed the release and told me that the bubbles could not be avoided. I was told that in order to redo it, it had to be the same tint they put on the first time, which makes zero sense. I asked for a refund. I stated that I would write a review accordingly and contact the BBB. I was told if I produce a receipt, I will be refunded. However, I had to make an appointment to drop my car several days out for them to remove the tint. I expected them to offer to redo the work, which would have constituted a good review, customer satisfaction, taken less of everyones time, and mostly, giving a consumer nothing less than what they paid for. I am extremely hesitant to allow them to remove the tint. I do not recommend.

Very happy with the wrap job and colour, looks amazing, staff was friendlyHowever, they did remove a badge on my car that they didn’t put back, when I inquired about it they said it was just the dealer name and the letters were too small to replace, but I bought it directly from Tesla so there was no dealer name on there. What he was referring to was the Dual Motor badge.I understand if it was too small to replace, stuff happens, but instead of just telling me straight up that it happened and what badge it was, they didn’t even remember what they left off and told me it was a dealer tag :/ I would have preferred just being told up front when I picked it up.That said, I’m still very happy with job, but if you have small badges you’d like to keep, I’d order replacements ahead of time

My tint and wrap were both done here. The tint came out with bubbles all along the bottom of the windshield, when asked if could be fixed with warranty i was told “ it was because it was after market tint”. the after market tint was from them. i had it once before them on the same car before it had to be redone already and there were no bubbles. My wrap is falling off 2 months later.. when i picked up my car from getting wrapped, it came with more damage then dropped off with. I took photos after i washed the car to drop it off. I was told my car would be in the garage for 2 weeks and after i find out it was outside everyday, there was some sort of glue ALL around the car. In which he said was there when i dropped off ( i have photos of the clean car i dropped off). When cleaning the glue he chipped my rims completely as well as my windshield tint and refuses to acknowledge that this was done on his hands. I asked for camera footage that he said he has, on how the glue got there originally and he refuses to show me. The wrap is not done cleanly. I wish i was able to upload photos so you can see the doors and mirrors. All around the whole car you can see where the wrap had been patched on. The lines are completely gagged and looked like they were cut from a child. Overall i wish i hadn’t come here to completely bring down the value of my car.

Been bringing my vehicles here and recommending to friends and family for years for window tinting. Each time, they leave the car clean and as it was when they are done and have never had to return a vehicle due to bubbles, striping, or peeling. My last car I had for 5 years and the tint looked like day 1 when I sold it.

I called to purchase a piece of wrap for an insurance job at my auto customization shop. The woman on the phone said no problem and they closed at 5. I arrived 15 minutes early at which time the yelled through the door they were closed and they dont sell any material anyway. Turning away customers before posted hours and then saying they wont sell me a $6 piece of 3m wrap I would have paid out the nose for is ridiculous customer service. Good job!

They did a great job and the machine cut tint looks amazing. They taped off the window controls and cleaned up after the install.

Excellent job on 2 of our cars. It came with car but we had to take the car there. Find their prices to be high, but they do good work. We didnt pay for it. Our last car the tint was great for the nearly 3 years we had our car till we were in an accident and the car was totaled.

Called on Monday and got seen on Tuesday, tint was completed in just 3 hours on 7 windows. They were very honest about what would be best for my vehicle and my needs, and up front, honest, and fair about the pricing. Looks great!

Their customer service is top-notch. I cannot attest to the products, I have not gone in yet to get the tint or wrap. But, they were very knowledgeable in answering questions. I will be using them in the future.
