Mia the front desk manager provided excellent service. Dropped it off at 8 and was ready at 1130. I tinted all my windows and Mia went over all the instructions with me for the first 3 days. The tint company also provides a lifetime warranty on their tint. I will definitely come back to have them service my windows for any future vehicles.

Tint came out good. Was hung up on. Customer service is very poor with the old guy. 2 stars goes to the tint. Could have received more stars but his attitude killed the 3 stars.He obviously makes up these crazy scenarios. I was never in the store calling you why would I call from in the store? I came to the hole in the wall after I had spoken with him and made an appointment. He’s forgetful with an attitude and defends himself by blaming it on the consumers. Changing to 1 star. His response says it all.

I got the front windows on my GMC tinted and had very good service while there. The lady at the front desk was very kind and explained all of the different kinds of tint I could get and the prices were very understandable. Then after that it only took them a few minutes to put the tint on the windows and for them to explain the warranty. 10/10 would recommend

I had a great experience here and Anthony was really helpful! I dropped off my car and rode my bike to another place. He even helped me load my bike back in my car when my tint was done!So its been a year later and the tint is still looking great! I have traveled across country Several times. The windows have endured different climates and weather temperatures. From dry NM heat, cold NM weather to humid east coast heat, very cold east coast weather. The tint is still holding up! I had to purchase a budget friendly tint and that was still good. No bubbles, no peeling, no fading. Thank you!

Not very friendly at this business. As soon as I walked in, the owner was annoyed. I tried asking questions about the tint for my home, and that irritated him more. I paid a deposit to order the tint, and got a call 2 days later saying they could not get the tint and could not do the job. Asked to order different tint, and got the same response. I do not recommend them. There are many other tint companies to chose from.

Tint is perfect and exactly what I hoped for. Great value. They answered the phone on Christmas Eve! I got an appointment for THAT Saturday. It was an 8am appointment and I arrived there 15 minutes early. The owner already had the lights on, the shop open, the TV on and music playing; that is a professional! The young lady at the desk was super nice and professional. I will be bringing my business partners car there for tint in a few weeks and I highly recommend The Tint Company.

Called these guys asking for a quote to tint my 2002 ford mustang the guy who answered(short with curly hair)told me $150 didnt explain what that covers proceeded to the location and was given a new price of $220,then was directed to sign two forms.I ask why the price had changed gave me a bunch of extra fees and persisted to be rude. I kindly ask to cancel the appointment and the guy told me to wake up next time and said theres the door.service was uncalled for and unprofessional

Job and price can not be beat. The lady that we mostly dealt with was so very sweet. When we got there a little early we called to be courteous and the man that answered was a little rude. He is now known as the “Tint Nazi” (keep that lady) other then that we are very pleased!

If I actually let this company tint my windows i know i would have issues if there were problems... I was charged $260.00 for them to put their tint on the tint that was already on my car! And before I payed them they explained that I didnt have nothing to worry about because I would have a Life time warranty on their work but once they brought my car after two and a half hours they told me that they gave me the wrong information and because there was Tint already on my vehicle there was no warranty after all and after I got my car back the next day I really was able to look at my windows and they could have did a better job theres bubbles on some of the windows that still havent went down regardless of heat or not I didnt roll down my windows for three days instead of two just to make sure I gave them enough time to cure. there was tint peeling off which I understand I guess cuz the way they cut it but they cut it short in some areas and then to top it off I owed them $100 so I had to go to the ATM and it just happens that when I came back to pay them they came out with my laptop from my car saying that they forgot to give it to me that they had taken it out of my car because they didnt want it to get wet which I thought that they probably were going to keep my laptop if I wasnt going to come back with there hundred dollars Im not sure if thats a way to do business and be professional but the girl at the front desk was very nice she was polite and respectful.

Brought my car to have the windshield visor tinted. Was a little disappointed at first when the tent was placed over a piece of tape that was on my windshield. After bringing my car back they we’re willing to replace my windshield tint as well as slightly lower to to accommodate me. I am very satisfied with the outcome. Thank you Sabra and Anthony. We recently had both our vehicles windows done and I cannot be happier. Our new truck and my 2000 Saab 93 Turbo. Both look fabulous but my Saab windows are so cool. I mean coool and frosty. Keeps the heat down as the convertible gets warm.Thanks for the great job and price.

At no point during our conversation did I say it needed to be done right there and then.Proceed with caution if you will be dealing with this business. Very very very customer service! I bought a brand New 2020 Toyota Camry for my wife for our 10 year Anniversary, and we just happened to be in Albuquerque, NM. Its Sunday 07/17/2020 My wife wanted her windows tinted, so I told up on The Tint Compnay. She called, the person who answered was new at first. He told me wife, its usually $160.00 but because its Sunday itll cost $200.00. The pricing didnt bother me at all. Its for my wife. So I told my wife to agree, and she says, okay were on our way. The man on the phone immediately gets defensive saying, whoa, whoa, whoa, what do you mean your on your way? You need and appointment.... So we set an appointment for 3pm. We arrive 20 minutes early and we call The Tint Company to let them know we arrived and wed be out front waiting. The same guy response was, you have and appointment right? Very rudely! I say, yup, at 3pm.. He responds, than why are you calling? I responded with, will Im calling to let you know were here so youre aware, its the polite thing to do. I understand its by appointment only. And he just hangs up on me I told my wife, nope, nope, nope, just leave Im not giving our money to someone who is going to be completely rude. Honestly, for small jobs like this I like to keep it with small businesses but with this type of rude customer service Ill just pay the extra money and go to a commercial business.

Made an appointment at this place no one was there waited 20 mins Called 3 times and still nothing very disappointing to make an appointment with a customer and not show up to you’re own buissness I don’t recommend this place unless you wanna be stood up.

I’ve now brought two of my vehicles there and have been very pleased both times! The first time I had all three of my kids with me and they accommodated that for me by putting movies on and making it a very relaxing experience while waiting for my car to be done. After it was done it looked amazing! There was no mess left in the car and the staff was very professional! The second time I went in was also very relaxing and again the staff was very professional! They answered all my questions and did a wonderful job on my new car! I will always go back to them! I highly recommend this company!

I called to inquiry about an estimate, and the person who answered the phone was rude, and almost seem annoyed. I didnt even have many questions, it was a simple do you carry X film, and what would does it run. I couldnt hear him clearly, as there was a lot of background noise, when I asked him to repeat himself, he said, when.... Would.... You.... Like..... To..... Bring..... It.... For.... An.... Estimate ..... Can..... You..... Hear.... Me... Yeah, I heard you, and wont be doing business with you.

Quality of work his satisfactory to Great. The shop owner Anthony has got a serious anger issue and I believe is dealing with some underlying behavioral issues. This most recent occurrence with him was tainted with a very awkward accusatory situation concerning two lighters that he found on the floorboard of my car accompanied with the can of air freshener in my gas saver car that I hardly Drive. Im a heavy cigarette smoker (life choice) Im a city servant, a sworn peace officer and I dedicate my life to the service and care of Albuquerque and its surrounding areas citizens. He was adamantly assured that I was involved in mysterious unlawful things and his paranoia was absolutely palpable. His detailed investigation as to who actually owned the car was extremely uncomfortable to me. Once Id had enough of his Pious attitude and unprofessional recklessness I took a minute to explain to him that he really needs to work on his people skills and once I had said that its like I had lit a fire. He went into a foul-mouthed tirade that would pale in comparison to that of a true psychotic episode. I wish the public could see the video footage of this interaction. I say this because I saw multiple cameras in the store and I would love for that to get out. Long story short be extremely careful around this hothead named Anthony. Go anywhere else in town and pay a little more, trust me itll be worth it for your nerves in the end.This was the second car Ive taken to him, the first car was when I was very young he was extremely unpersonable then, some of the station mates that I work with also stated that hes extremely hard to communicate with due to his hard Unapologetic attitude.

Really nice job done on my car. Also, the price couldnt be beat, literally. I called a few places around town for the identical service The Tint Company was offering me, and The Tint Factory was over $100.00 LESS than their competitors. In addition, some of their competitors didnt even offer ceramic tint as an option, which is what I wanted and what The Tint Company provided at an incredibly reasonable cost.

This was the 5th vehicle we had tinted by Anthony. Always fast, great work. Not sure why Light Connections was upset about not being able to use the back door like before.... The sign is right next to the back door in very large 6 inch letters stating entrance is now in the front. Cant read I guess. Regardless, I would highly recommend The Tint Company to anyone!!!!
