I wish I could give a better rating but they left my house a mess. Nails sticking out of the walls everywhere from the workers not properly removing the drywall. They left chunks of drywall still in corners, they didnt do proper cuts, they left piles of dust everywhere. They did not take proper inventory of our stuff before packing, and when asked if I could get into the storage pod I was made to wait before getting unwanted help from an employee who would not stop cursing. I said repeatedly I was capable of reading the inventory sheet myself and finding my things but he insisted on helping me find my way around the storage pod. I gave up when he had pulled a fourth of the boxes out and asked me for every one, is this is, again, they didnt properly inventory anything. Most of the workers were nice, very nice infact, but unfortunately I dont think they worked very hard or well on my house. I think they saw a house full of woman and decided we were too dumb to know if the job was being done right.It wasnt and now I get to spend a day removing and cleaning up jagged nails and other debris left by this team.

Ruben, Jesse, and Tony were awesome. Ruben came out the first day with a crew got all the water cleaned up and started the drying process. Words cant express my gratitude for everything. I really appreciate everything Stop has done for my home thank you, thank you, thank you!! We recently experienced a pipe leak which damaged our kitchen ceiling, flooring, and cabinets. The STOP team came the same day we called, assessed the damage, and began drying things out over the course of several days. They monitored the humidity in our walls, flooring, cabinets, and ceiling closely and were very responsive to our questions, concerns, or requests. We are now finished with the water mitigation process and are sad to see this amazing team go. If only we could talk them into doing the rebuild process too….We received the best care from each team member who came to our home or talked with us via phone. We got daily emails reporting the actions taken that day, just to keep us fully informed. The team at Stop Restoration is really great. I had a water heater leak and they were able to come out the same day to get the water cleaned up and flooring dried out. They were very thorough and really easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend them!

I don’t even have to hire this company to know they are no where near professional. I witnessed one of their drivers cut multiple people off and his act of road rage coupled with the poor response from the supervisor was off putting. This is not a company I would chose to do business with.

The team at Stop Restoration did a great job on water extraction and water restoration on my apartment complex. I called two other companies who didn’t even return my calls. Kegan answered the phone immediately and got his crews out immediately. His technician Tony called me 1 hour before arriving and stayed till 11pm in the night to extract water and explained every step throughly on how they were going to get me taken care of. They used a great systematic approach with how they start and finish the project. They performed excellent service, I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of great restoration services!!!

This company from the moment they stepped foot into my home seemed very pushy. This should’ve been a big red flag. They were telling me that this restoration could cost up to 70 ,00 or more. We were also told our wood floors would need to be pulled up we actually got a second opinion and this was not true It seriously ended up only costing 12,500 of which they tried to bill my insurance 14,000 . The insurance company disputed that. I was privy to the invoice sent to me from my insurance company and they charged my insurance company almost $800 for the cleanup. They never did any cleanups they just brought in fans. I called the company and voiced my concerns and fraudulent charges and they said they would take care of this. I asked them to follow up with me. They never have. Beware !

My pellet stove malfunctioned while I was at work and left my home full of smoke. Stop restoration turned this very negative situation into a very smooth and easy clean up. They were very punctual and very communicative. Everybody from the company is so nice and very professional.

Had two different appointments scheduled to get an estimate. Thats it. I was stood up not once, but twice. I took time off work to be at home for the appointments and no one even showed up. No one even had the courtesy to pick up the phone and let me know they werent going to make it. I saw the great reviews on Google and thats why I picked STOP, but now I will be calling Servpro.

Our Pellet stove had a malfunction and smoke went everywhere. STOP Restoration came in and did an amazing job cleaning our home, furnishings, and helping us with the exhausting task of dealing with our insurance company. You could not ask for better customer service or communication. We spoke to someone daily through the process and the end of the day emails really let us know that they cared for our situation. We have recommended them to friends and family and the results are always the same. I hope no one is ever in the same situation. However, if you are, this is the company to use.

We just moved into our home and had a mishap with our washing machine. Flooded the carpeting in our hall and two bedrooms. These guys came out quickly an got er cleaned up saving our walls and carpet. The thing that impressed me most was that STOP was able to be at my flooded house within one hour of me calling them. After that, it took about 8 days to dry everything out to their satisfaction, and they did a very thorough job. They even cut the drywall in a such a way that it was easier to patch. I recently had a brick thrown through my window, and couldnt get a window repair company out for 6 days at the soonest. I found STOP and they showed up to my house in 40 minutes and had it temporarily boarded up until I could get it fixed. The guys were EXTREMELY professional and made it so quick and easy. They did a great job remediating water damage in our crawlspace from a leaking kitchen sink pipe. They worked quickly to get me an estimate and get the job done on time and within budget.

2 days in to a freak flood from a swamp cooler, and the group at this company have done a great job so far. Same day inspection and started drying, next day looks like all the wet stuff was either removed or exposed to the blowers (hoping that the one area that was not exposed will be adequately treated with air movers), and great customer service. Lets hope this bodes well for the next few weeks, so that mold doesnt set in!

In an emergency situation anyone would be grateful for a timely response and someone else to handle the emergency. My situation was very different. Being a general contractor myself and a landlord with several properties I have higher expectations and know when I’m dealing with dishonesty about the situation at hand. I initially met with someone named Paul. Paul immediately showed me a lack of professionalism when he pulled out a 3 ring binder with crumpled looking pages to sign as well as they were not filled out. After I signed them I had no copy to take with me. I would expect a copy of everything I signed or initialed. The following day Paul called me as they needed approval from my insurance to continue the clean up. Even though I explained I would not be meeting with the adjuster for a week Paul was clearly agitated with my answer. Paul continued to harass me from that point on. My assumption was they were wanting to create more billing for the insurance company. I finally told Paul they could stop where they were in the process however his response was again he was clearly frustrated. After that they pestered my insurance company without my knowledge and unilaterally decided to take fixtures out of the bathroom without my permission. This was all done even after I told him I wanted their equipment out of my property. They created a new leak which saturated the bathroom after taking out the vanity and toilet and they had a fan blowing across the open sewer line which pulled fumes into the house. When I complained to the company kegan was trying to do damage control but they still would not leave me alone about the job. Apparently they are right and the customer is wrong in their mission statement. To put the icing on the cake my further dealings with Paul were like dealing with s frustrated toddler. He actually had a temper tantrum on the phone with me regarding getting their equipment. My insurance adjuster made some other recommendations and next time I’ll use ServiceMaster.
