Arrived on time, very respectful and courteous. Did the job they said they were going to do for the price they quoted me. They are very affordable and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for tree removal/pruning.

I cant say enough good things about my experience with this company. After arriving on time and working 10 hours on topping three trees and complete cleanup of yard they were still kind, respectful, and pleasant. All my concerns were taken serious and were dealt with immediately. I highly recommend Victor and his crew. Very professional father “V” and son “J” Team. Had four very old and in varying condition, three and four story tall trees that had to come down because might damage our business property and/or hurt someone. There is an adjacent two story apartment complex and most of the trees hung (sagged) above their basketball court, across a tall cinder block wall and one was above the roof line of the complex. I called numerous tree businesses to get estimates and all provided free estimates. I even received two phone estimates without them seeing anything. Never knew prices could very so much. Two companies never showed up and one rescheduled two times and never showed up. V and J set an appointment date and time and showed as scheduled and provided an on site estimate as to the cost with and without stump removal and listened to my concerns with the tree removals. Of the numerous, bids VJ was the best priced. Price included: multi-tree removals, equipment use, hauling and dumping ,stump grinding, clean up and they are licensed and bonded. I was worried about property damage to adjacent complex and waste removal because a large amount of tree waste would fell into the complex property but was reassured that it would not be a problem. We scheduled a date and time and they should up on time and as scheduled. It took three days of full time work, as they said. There was no damage to either property and they left the grounds of both properties clean. VJ and their crew are very hardworking and cleaned up after themselves. I only wish I would have remembered to check on one tree root that was growing a bit away from the roof hanging tree but I forgot. We do miss the trees greatly because provided lots of shade but now our property Is much safer and my liability just went down tremendously. We’re very pleased with the end results! I’ve removed trees 25 ft to 30 ft tall but this job was way to dangerous and would have taken me maybe two weeks to complete with equipment rental and hiring laborers to help. I’m very pleased we selected VJ Star Tree Service!

Professional hardworking got the job done at a reasonable price.

I saw their post on my Nextdoor site and saved the number because they seemed to be from my area. Sooo glad I did. They showed up promptly to give me an estimate. Very polite, knowledgeable, and mannerly. The price was very reasonable and included my senior discount so we set up the job for a few days later. I was pleasantly surprised when they showed up with all sorts of equipment: a huge truck with a lift to reach the highest branches, stump grinder, branch mulcher and all sorts of power tools and safety equipment. They did such a wonderful job on the trees we had agreed upon that I asked them to also remove four good sized nuisance trees that had grown between my shop and fence. They were hard to get to and hard to work on due to their size and location, but they got the job done including grinding up the stumps on the 2 largest and most accessible trees. Victor, the very experienced owner, also treated the trees in my front yard with insect protection and a slow-release feed as they were a bit sickly. Will be contacting them for work on my daughters place soon and definitely recommend them to anyone. Oh, and they cleaned my yard nicely afterwards!
