He never showed up...lot of plans messed up because of it!

These guys are the BEST in town!! They quickly completed a tough job turned down by one company and way overpriced by another. Fast forward a few months and Marcus graciously answered my call and showed up very quickly to help save my mom’s cat who was stuck in a tree for 2 days. Thank you again Albuquerque Tree Guy, you are very appreciated! Highly recommend.

Professional and kind service!We have the idea to cut our back yard tree which takes up a lot of space in our backyard Fernando is bringing this great idea to cut the big tree and put two small ones so we can have more space but at the same time it looks great 🙂

Just a word of warning - do NOT use Albuquerque Tree Guy. Marcus quoted me $100 to remove/grind a 6 round stump that was just above the surface. All the workers did was chip away at it leaving the stump and roots just under the surface of the soil. I called to give Marcus a chance to make good on it, but he kept talking over me and accused me of not being clear about what I wanted. When you ask for STUMP REMOVAL not sure how much clearer one can be! He promised to refund me the $100 - in the mail, no less - which was a clue that he was not planning do so because who sends cash in the mail unless theyre hoping it never arrives!

I woke up at 6 in the morning and started calling all over the city trying to find out what officials were going to assist me in helping me get my cat down from a tree. Not even animal welfare could help me. Marcus was compassionate, experienced, and professional and stayed until the job was done. I don’t know what we would have done without them!

Marcus and his crew were Outstanding! I was very apprehensive about the expense and mess of having a dead pine removed. Surprisingly even getting someone to come give a quote proved to be difficult. I called Albuquerque Tree Guy and was able to meet with him that day. I had great feeling about him as soon as we met and knew immediately that I would like to hire him. When he gave me the quote I was happily surprised that he had given by far the best price from the few quotes I was able to get. They were able to start within a couple of days and the work was quickly done. Clean up was amazing considering the size of the tree. All around it was quality work. I cant say enough about how much I recommend the Albuquerque Tree Guy for anyones tree needs.

I just had three trees removed and some trimming done on another. Marcus and his crew did an excellent job. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and professionally, were very careful to ensure that nothing harmed the fence or my house and they did a great clean-up afterwards. I will be using them again next year and highly recommend them!

Great Experience. We had some complications with getting out tree removed. Marcus was great and easy to work with. The tree removal went smoothly and the pruning of our other trees made them look great. Will use them again for any tree work.

Thats a job well done. Albuquerque Tree Guys are very professional expert at what they do. They cut down a 30 ft tree hedge down to about 14 ft. The job went smooth they kept things neat and clean. I have a pool close and was really worried about stuff going in the pool but they made sure not one leaf went in there. Excellent job highly recommended.

Albuquerque Tree Guy provided prompt, fairly priced and professional service. When a planter on the property was broken during tree removal, the workers replaced it. They were responsive to telephone calls and punctual in completing the work. I would hire them again.

Unfortunately I cannot rate their work because they didnt keep their appointment. Marcus called me at 4:12pm regarding a 4:30 appointment. I couldnt take the call. He left a vm, if he didnt hear from me, hed go on to his next call. I tried to call back w/in minutes but was sent to a full mailbox. Finally, got ahold of him only to be told I missed my appointment (4:30) and I could reschedule. This all before 4:15!!!!! Make an appointment and keep it. Unless a customer calls to cancel, an appt. is an appt.

Ive used Albuquerque Tree Guy several times from tree trimming to removal of a large maple tree. Theyre prompt, on time, and clean up their mess. Ill continue to use them whenever the need arises!! And Id recommend them to anyone else needing tree trimming or removal.

Very easy to work with. They trimmed a large tree for us and mulched two old stumps. They arrived on time and got the job done.

I called for a quote and Marcus came that evening. We then scheduled the removal of a 25ft fruit bearing mulberry tree. They cleared the tree all the way to the stump and ground the stump down below ground level. They cleaned the area thoroughly of all cuttiings and branches.You can not tell that a tree 25ft tree was even there. Im grateful for the removal! My quality of life will improve knowing that my allergies will not be triggered. Marcus was very professional and curtious. Amazing work!
