We had them come on and remove a tree and grid down the stump. They were professional, on time, and cleaned up the mess. They did such a great job, we had them come back and landscape the backyard. We had a great experience with Tree Pros! We got a few quotes and they had the best mix of price and professionalism. They removed 2 trees, one that was grown into the power line and one that was threatening our septic, in addition to 2 other stumps. You cant even tell that there used to be anything there. They actually came early and got right to work. It made a huge mess but when they left it was completely clean. They also cut up the trunks for us for firewood. Would highly recommend Tree Pros!

We had a very large Cottonwood tree in our backyard that was no longer healthy and needed to be removed. We called several companies and only heard back from Treepros. We were very happy with them. We went here because of the good reviews on google. They were on time and did a wonderful job. We had one large fruitless mulberry tree and the other was a medium size. Blocked in an entire cul-de-sac with equipment that was not being utilized and the trucks towing the equipment, including the crane. Was rude to all of the residents when they were confronted about being blocked in and the ability to store all of the unused vehicles and equipment. One resident pointed out that the chipper should have a cover to prevent all the dust and particle to blow and this elderly gentleman was verbally accosted and flipped off by the workers. Upon speaking to the owner after my driveway was completely blocked and when i asked the workers to move this truck, which was only used to tow the chipper, could have been put into the church parking lot, but instead it was easier to inconvenience the home owner, was met with attitude as if I was inconveniencing them!!! When speaking to the owner, Robert, was met with the same dismissive attitude and can see why the workers lacked any sense of professionalism. I had a major overhaul of my back yard several months ago and the company did not inconvenience any of the residents nor treat ANY of them with disrespect. They utilized a dump truck with dirt. Unloaded the dirt into my driveway and took the dump truck to the church parking lot. This company used a truck similar in size that hauled the crane. Left it parked in the center of the cul-de-sac, this blocked in four houses. It never occurred to them. The church parking lot is huge and open and approximately the length away as three homes....the same distance where they parked the truck in the center of the cul-de-sac.In the photos below you can see the distance of the church, that photos also shows all the employees available to move unused vehicles and equipment. It also shows the driveway they are using of the neighbor that expressed concern over being blocked in that they verbally accosted. The other photo shows what happens when you dont have a cover over the chipper, a neighbor pointed this out and he told me this morning they were rude and flipped him off. Please consider the lack of professionalism when looking for a reputable company. Your neighbors will greatly appreciate it.

These guys did a phenomenal job! Very quick to respond; took down a 40 year-old, precariously-situated elm tree in just a few hours and cleaned up nicely afterward —even took the time at my request to cut and stack some of the wood for firewood and for seating around my fire pit. I unreservedly recommend them.

The guys, a crew of 3 plus the TreePro owner, showed up on time. Started right away. Were here about 3 hours. They removed 2 evergreen trees that were at least 10 feet taller than the house. That opened up the whole front of the house. So we lost some shade but the trees were way overgrown and not kept trimmed back. They proved their own insurance coverage. Then cleaned up 98% of the debris. Even swept the street clean. And made the stumps as close to the ground as possible without damaging their chain saw. I elected to not have the stumps ground below the surface. I’m on a corner lot and the wife wants a better “curb appeal”.So..... Overall I’m satisfied with their service and would recommend them to you. I could have gotten the work done for about half price but I wanted the service done by self insured contractors. That protected my home owners insurance coverage. I also had the boss sign a contract I wrote up that made sure that any damage done to incoming and outgoing services like cable, water line, sewage, etc were going to be covered by them. Not me. And if the tree climber fell out of the tree, his hospitalization was covered by TreePros, not me.Good job guys. Thanks

We first hired Tree Pros when a storm we had on July 31, 2020, Partially tore off a huge branch from our huge ash tree and toppled onto our cinder block wall, with the full top end in our neighbor’s yard. Robert was prompt in responding to our need for a quote to give to our insurance adjuster and once again prompt with getting the job scheduled and completed. The crewmen were very courteous and friendly and did the job efficiently and quickly! We were so amazed with how quick they were in and out and they made sure that they left both ours and the neighbor’s yard free of debris. We were so impressed that we hired them to get rid of all the branches from that same tree because we felt that it might be a danger if we have another bad storm. Again we were satisfied with the end result. They are also very reasonable in price!

We had a large almond tree in the back corner of our yard. A winter wind and snow storm broke it lose from its roots and knocked it over. Treepros did a fine job of cleaning up my trees. Robert and his team spent an entire day at my home trimming, shaping and beautifying many trees, large and small, on my 1-acre property. They were friendly, punctual and professional. A couple of my yards are not accessible by bucket truck. Roberts team was able to climb very large trees and remove dead branches, using only a safety lanyard, a chain saw and lots of skill. I will also add that they were willing and able to produce proof of insurance. They cleaned up my yards comprehensively afterwards. Their price was very competitive. I highly recommend these guys.

Searched online for tree trimming services in alb. Called Treepros from that search. response was professional and friendly. Agreement was made to visit my home for a free written estimate. all went very smoothly. with estimate in hand i then, over the course of the next few days contacted other tree trimming services. Then the difficult part: researching the BBB and other outlets for other folks like myself for positive or negative experiences. Decided to go with Treepros for a number of reasons. 1) competitive price 2) Positive and constructive interaction with Treepros personnel who effected my written estimate 3) Positive gut feeling (very important) Do not discard your gut feeling on stuff like this :). Anyway, the crew arrived within 15 minutes of the agreed upon time and date. I had a short consultation about the agreed upon work to be accomplished and i gave the crew a short but comprehensive old school military safety briefing. Hey, old school core values are good values: dont want anyone to get injured, especially on my property. I monitored the work progression and made small modifications to the work all with the agreement of the crew. Cleanup was good because we discussed how and what the expectations were so no surprises there. I frequently interacted with the crew mindful not to directly interfere with what they were doing.
