These people are thieves when they tell your vehicle they will steal whatever is inside and they are working hand in hand with a local security company to provide over reach. Even amongst bottom feeders tow truck companies are considered lowlifes and these people take the cake.

Terrible customer service. Terra believe she knows it all. I had to get involved after my customer called me crying. These people prey on those with no means to pay there fees. This business treats lower income people like they are lower class. There is a difference between being ethical and its all business. Do not do business with AK 24hrs Towing or Percistion Security. AND if you dont have a choice, Im sorry you do.

This is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. They know nothing about customer service and won’t hesitate to try to charge you for their faults at the expense of your personal vehicle. They are a rude, unintelligent, crooked business that anybody who values their vehicle and money should stay away from. They refuse to apologize when they make mistakes that cost you tour time and your money, AK towing sucks.

Do not use this business. They will damage your vehicle.

Front Office Tara is the rudest person. Would not give me a breakdown until I handed over the cash, (wouldnt take CC or check). The receipt has services that they did not perform. They refused to discuss it. Yes its all on video! Biggest scammers!
