Helpful and courteous after someome smashed into my Xterra

Price gauging at the criminal level. If you are walking up to their door 30 minutes before the posted closing time on Friday they lock the door right in front of you to charge more fees on Saturday. They are the rudest and will victimize you.

Gilbert was an exellent guy for the job. Came all the way to the east mountains to help my family out in time of need.

The fat lady at the front is the rudest most miserable human thieve ive ever met she got off on the power she got for hustling the hardworking people in the community someone needs to put a stop to this highway robbery!!!!

If you get someone on the line they will just put you on hold and then hang up on you.

Worst customer service, rude, and behave like criminals

This company has been amazing! My husband was in an accident in which his car was totaled and these guys were SO quick to get to us before the city company did, which would’ve charged us both towing and storage fees...Town and Country has a flat towing rate and said we didn’t have to pay a storage fee at this time because we have insurance and our insurance company was already investigating. The company driver (I didn’t catch his name) Informed us of this when the city company showed up and our car was already on his truck. We could’ve been facing 2 towing fees and a city storage fee if we would’ve went with the cities towing but this WONDERFUL company stepped in was informative and compassionate to our situation and is taking care of us! I will be recommending every one of my friends and family to them! #savedinmycontactsalready

Crappiest customer service!!!!! The tow company wouldnt spend 5 mins to help me figure out a solution to getting a car I have that does not have keys into neutral, when I called their boss he had no customer service skills either. I had spoke with them previous and explained my cars situation before a appointment was set a d was told they should be able to work with it. Not even 10 minutes after they left I had my car in neutral by popping the shifting console open. Better Business Bureau will be reported to as well.HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE LAZY AND LACK THE INITIATIVE TO PUT THEIR CUSTOMERS FIRST.

Excellent customer service. Far exceeded my expectations from this industry. Very sympathetic to my situation and needs. Rates were very fairly priced. Definitely worth it to have new equipment and professional drivers assist me. Hopefully I dont have to use them again, but if I do, I know Ill have a positive experience.

Worst tow company I’ve used, I sold 2 cars to upull and pay, the first car they came to pick up their tow truck diver stole 30$ of the money they payed me and then the second car they picked up they are about 2 hours late. Never use this company

Had my car towed by this company and the driver was very sweet and courteous.

As awful as it was to get into a car accident and deal with insurance and the police and towing, etc, the folks at TNC were courteous, patient, and kind. I know they dont encounter people who are having their best day, but Jason and Steph really took their time to make sure we got everything we needed. TNC was on rotation with the police this week, so we didnt have a choice in our towing company (which we are completely unfamiliar with, being from out of town), and it turned out that out of everyone we encountered today, on the phone, and in person, we felt that the folks at TNC we really looking out for our best interest.

I totally agree with Jennifer. My contact person was Stephanie and I must say..I appreciate you little lady. It was Stephanie that with the way she handled things calmly positively and courteously that helped me through my accident ordeal. You rock Stephanie!
