Couldnt find a driver for aHalf hour gave up started walking. Walked home in the rain. Driver called a hour later to check if i still needed a cab. Was almost home by then. Before covid it was great now nobody wants to work.

Thank heavens for zTrip of Albuquerque at ABQ Sunport Arrivals. After a two day trip back to the US exhausted and I had not called a cab. I called a couple no response. I called zTrip took a chance on a new name. Ill be darned who was right there just yards from my tired curb side mess? ZTrip pulled up in 1 min. Best relief best driver best value! Bless you for a great end and getting me home!

Love this company. They never disappoint me. Always reasonable with drivers that represent the company beautifully.They have been gentlemen, who keep up on current affairs and are diplomatic enough to get their opinions across without shoving them at you. Yes, they drive beautifully.

We have used this company for rides many times and they where late most of the time and or didnt show up. They left my friend in the rain and told him that they dont pick up after dark. This business is worthless dont use it. Other people should start complaining as well

The service is Good. They take your info and will call you back to make sure you get pick up an taken where you need to go. I have them on my speed dial . 💪💙

We ordered a taxi to the airport. Driver did not show up on time. We called: it took 5 minutes to get to an operator who told us that the driver decided not to take the ride, and that she will find another driver. This did not happen despite repeated calls. We were about to miss our flight - and fortunately found a ride with someone who happened to be driving to the airport. This is the first case in my life that a taxi service failed to show, and did not get things fixed within minutes. I think one star is too much for Z trip.Also, to order a taxi by phone they run you through a complicated voice-menu, and they do not send any confirmation.

Hopped in at the airport and got home in no time. I didn’t use their scheduling so I can’t speak for that but my driver was great. I think they prefer cash payments so maybe have that on hand instead of card!

I tried this service once and there have been a few times where they did come through but then a lot of the time, I would call or book a ride to be picked up from work and it took them hours to send a driver my way. And the services would call and say were sorry. Our drivers are busy. We are searching for another. And it would take them 2-3 hours to find someone. I called their customer service and they would say that they are still searching for a driver. And all I needed is to get to work on time or to just go home. They couldnt even come through for me on Christmas Eve when my work closed early! Metro Taxi is apparently better if sun van, Uber or Lyft cant provide. So please, do not use this Taxi service.

Left us stranded at 4:00 am with no ride to the airport. We were leaving Albuquerque on a 6 am flight on July 4 so we called the day before to make sure we had a car reserved.4:05 no car. Called and they said “we are finding a driver” and never heard back from them. We couldn’t find a Lyft, Uber or hotel shuttle so we walked to the airport.Worthless

I called and booked a cab for an immediate pickup with an automated voice. It said you are booked, cab will show up. half hour later I called because no cab, the automated voice said we are still trying to book a driver, call us back in 10 minutes if you havent heard anything. This left my 96 year old grandfather stranded, late and very upset, which of course makes me upset. Dismal service.

DO NOT use this company. Especially dont let elderly loved ones use this company ever. A driver has been working in connection with a phone scammer to take money from an elderly relative. Nothing has been done when complaint was made to local or national business. So shady.

The place is infested with homeless people who for the most part unfriendly, the motel I stayed at didnt give me clean towels for two days , I only was able to pick up one channel on the TV , and I had no lights in the bathroom, the maintance man couldnt fix anything , because two of the maids didnt show up for work , so the mantence man was cleaning rooms. SMFH.

Way more expensive than an Uber. He started the meter running before I got in the car then fiddled around finding the right address which I told him 3 times.

Called to schedule cab for a flight out in the morning. Driver never showed up. I called 15 later and they said they were sending a driver. Driver called and tried to pick me up at the airport instead of my house. Customer service was awful and they could communicate effectively. I cancelled my ride. Never will use this company again.

They allow you to schedule a ride in advance, but we’re still searching for drivers when no one showed up. I came close to missing my flight due to waiting 30 mins for them to tell me no drivers available. We ended up talking to the actual driver when I contacted Albuquerque taxi and highly recommend you take that route if you need an early taxi in ABQ.

In this day and age I, as I assume most anyone else my age, are accustom to using apps like Uber and Lyft to get around. However due to covid and most drivers being letgo as a result of the pandemic and then majority deciding to stay on Unemployment now that the service is trying to ramp back up. It is very difficult at times as only 1% of the drivers have returned so you can have wait times upward of 30 min or more thats if u can. Even find a driver. Thats where z trip came t ok the rescue on several occasions. The service is less expensive than an average cab but alil more expensive than ur basic Uber and Lyft and they seemed to have many more drivers as they arrived promptly every time we called for a ride.

Really bad. Requested a ride from ABQ airport and waiting for an hour with still no driver assigned to me. Decided to cancel and do a Lyft instead.

This so called cab company has no since of people need rides when they call and ask for one. I called this place on a Thursday afternoon and my ztrip driver didnt call me till Friday morning. Yeah if you are in a emergency dont call this company will never get a ride

I called them they said they are on there way and waited 25 minutes. called them back they said sorry they went to pick someone else up. they said they would be sending someone else waited 15 minutes never picked me up or called to give me any kind of information had to take the bus with all my groceries very disappointed.

Saw a z trip car going down I-40 this morning and they were all over the road. Scary!!

Called them from 4pm the previous day for pick up at 5am to the airport 547 came still no rode not even a call apologizing and they was so non chalant bout me missing my flight

They legitimately just do not arrive. Called them multiple times when I needed them and they just did not come at all.

I have called for a ride twice now. And BOTH TIMES the driver didnt show up, or call/ answer so I could make other arrangements. DO NOT USE.

On 3/11/2021 my son and I were left at a local laundermat for 2+ hours and was refused a taxi bc the trip was not big enough, I am disabled and cant walk and my son has special needs, please do not use this service if you can. between drug addicts and unreliable service and drivers who will fraudulently charge you cc 2 days later, you would be better off taking Uber or Lyft..... NEVER AGAIN.....

I called other cabs before I called z trip. And z trip came before the others and was professional and got me where I needed to go and quick. I will for sure use this service again.

Driver cut is off on the freeway then brake checked us almost causing an accident with our one year old baby in the car. Driver then proceeded to follow us to Whole Foods, got out of his vehicle and approached us for a fight in front of a police officer! To top that off he looked homeless and thought he was a cool guy calling me a punk. Ok calm down tough guy! Let’s add insult to injury when we called to file a claim, the “supervisor” has zero concern and after reading the reviews this is clearly a company with zero ethics!!

AWFULLL! Almost missed my flight because of this service🚕😡.

Me and a coworker of mine had called for a wheelchair accessible vehicle for a disabled veteran at the VA hospital and we were continuously told that a cab was on their way and would be at the hospital within 15-20 minutes and we’ve waited for over two hours. We were then told that the driver came by and nobody was there so we’d have to wait for another one. Yet the first cab never came by.

Had a reservation for a pickup to go to the airport, and car never showed.

Not trust worthy. Poor customer service. They left us hanging without the promised ride, not recommend.

Have used Z-trip before with no problems. Tonight I was at Walmart onCarlisle and Menaul and asked for a ride/taxi. Automated service confirmed it two times but after waiting for 30 minutes I walked home at 10pm. It was not going to be a long trip but was prepared to tip the driver. It seems Z-trip like other cab companies only wants long fairs to the airport and such. Like many of the companies in Albuquerque they are second-class and do not realize you have to take the small fairs with the large. Totally unprofessional to leave a customer, literally, out in the cold, without even an update or the honest to tell you a driver is not coming. Will never use again.

Two hour wait every time absolutely horrible

We waited for over an hour , so I canceled. It was freezing and my 74 year old mother couldnt wait in the cold any longer. They still didnt have a driver available when I canceled. The lady wasnt very nice on the phone either. Wont use this service ever

Terrible service. Disabled parents stuck at Albuquerque Airport for an hour. I was trying to arrange a wheelchair van. Every time you call, they keep saying give us 15 or 20 minutes. And then no one comes. They don’t track the driver and the customer service can’t help in any way other than to say that she’ll call “dispatch” and to give them 15 or 20 minutes. Stay away!

Called the company and asked where is the taxi I reserved yesterday and learned that they were trying to find a driver for me. I hung up, got an Uber that got me to my appointment. Cancelled my reservation. Bye.

I was driving to a medical appointment and a Z-trip driver was speeding, and ran a 3 way stop sign in my residential neighborhood. The vehicle number was NMPRC 010091 #393. I understand that every company has a few “bad apples” but if your job is to drive maybe you should learn to follow the street laws.

I took Car#385 from the airport to my hotel. He was helpful, polite, and respectful. Good conversation on the ride. Gave me some advice for the area on which I was going to stay which proved true and was well appreciated.

I needed a ride home from work. The driver that picked me up didnt tell me that he added an additional $20 to my charge. I am disappointed and will not use this service again. I asked for a refund for the additional $20 that was charged and the company has refused to respond. Even paid a $20 tip.

This cab company is probably the worst I have ever experienced. I tried them 3 times and all 3 times they were extremely late. The cabs itself was dirty inside and outside. Very expensive also. Im not a promoter but I am so much happier with Uber. They are always on time, very clean vehicles, and a hell of a lot cheaper. Thanks!

Great experience with zTrip of Albuquerque. Flew in from out of town. Used their service a couple times. The driver (Chris) was very polite, customer focused and drove safely. The car was clean and well maintained. My return trip to the airport went well. I had a very early morning flight out. Chris was there on time at the hotel to get me to the airport. Thanks!

First of all the customer service are rude and they are not helpful, and they also lie about how that the drivers are so-called busy but when you finally get the cab and you ask the driver are you busy today and majority of the time they say no.Second of all you have to wait anywhere from an hour and a half to two hours until the driver gets to your destination of pick up. The drivers are also picky about who and where to pick up the person for a lift home or to work. and I know this to be true because there have been a couple drivers they tell me the truth about how this company works.So I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone!!!If there was such a rating I would rate it a -1 *

Was just cut off by one of these drivers!!!! He was speeding, no turn signal. Car number 405!!! I would never use this service just by what I have just witnessed. You should probably monitor your drivers speed if you are going to trust them to transport people.

One of their drivers in a big van was aggressive with me on the road and smirked as I had to squeeze my tiny car past him. I know that people in Albuquerque are aggressive and don’t know how to drive and all, but if you’re working in a work vehicle? Be freaking professional and safe, at least.

If I could give them zero stars I would. They are the worst cab service I’ve ever used or tried to use because they don’t show up and claim you didn’t order things you clearly ordered. They left my family member out in the cold and never showed up the two times I called them. If you ask for a wheelchair accessible van they’ll send a car and keep giving you the run around saying they didn’t know you have one. They are terrible I’ll never use them again. Actually calling the business bureau because they clearly shouldn’t be in business

I reserved a taxi the evening before I needed it. The driver arrived pretty much on time (maybe a couple minutes late). He called me to ask for specific directions for my location. Once I was picked up, he drove quickly to get me to my destination in a timely manner. He was quiet which I appreciated. It was early and I was not in the mood for small talk.

Just got cut off bye one these cars #360 at UNM campus where there is a speed limit but this driver didn’t care

They were late picking me up, then the guy asks for a 40 deposit which has never happened and completely insulted me because it was obvious he was profiling me , so I ask the driver if its standard policy to ask for a deposit (Which from experience and taking a cab with Ztrip w/ my mother I know its not), and they guy starts throw a fit and literally seams on the brakes and yells at me to get out after he THREW my money back at me. Dont travel alone or if you do protect yourself and keep your camera or your mic on your phone ready to go in case something like this ever happens again.

I DO NOT recommend ztrip at all!! On several occasions Ive had to wait an hour or longer just to get picked up from my job when it was close to closing time. Theres also been a time where I waited 2 hours just for a stupid cab to come & get me; uncalled for!! The drivers do get picky on who they want to pick up. I CANT STAND Ztrip!!

On 11/11/2018 around 10:02pm my sister called the company for a ride home for my brother. When my sister made the call to your dispatcher, the impudent man on the other end was very rude towards her and didnt really let her give out as much needed information as when we usually call in. Before my sister can finish her wording he hung up. A few moments later he called back to gather the missing information that should have been gathered professionally in the first place. The cab arrived around 10:51pm, which we were thankful for because we have no other transportation then the bus but they stop running early on Sundays. My brother got in, everything was fine, he was almost home, then my brother asked a question to find out weather if my sister paid or I am. If the impudent man would have let my sister finish her wording he would have caught that I was going to pay cash for the ride. At that moment the cab driver went into a mad rage starting to scream at my 14 year old brother for asking a question that he wasnt sure about, putting him into a panic and stressful state. He then called me crying hysterically not knowing whats going on, telling me that he was home but she was turning around and taking him back to my sisters place. I told him to let me talk to her so I can explain what was going on and that I was the one paying. But she refused and continued to screaming nonsense towards him. He did made some inappropriate comments towards her back because she was not listening and screaming at him. I told him to let her take him back and to catch the bus back home in the morning. So he landed up late for school disrupting his learning routine and scared from last night mishap. Very disappointed on what this company is turning into, been a long time customer, my mother use to be an employer, we also always recommend you to friends and family as a safe way ride home. Sadden that the feeling of that is dying off. Hope you guys can change for the good because this isnt the first time.

I had to choose one star to be able to write a review. They deserve -3 stars. They never showed. The driver said he couldn’t find me. Complete lie. I was looking out the window and they never even drove by. I had to be driven for a surgery. I ended up having to drive myself. So now my car will be stuck at the hospital for at least a couple of days. DO NOT call ztrip if you need to depend on your ride showing up. Terrible !!!!!!!!!
