What taxi, good luck getting a ride to the airport for Rio Rancho. Better to have a family or friend drop you off

This guy is great!! A real swell. He and his wife(?) picked me up at 2 a.m. at the airport. I still owe him part of the fare. Im trying to find him. If you know him, have him call me.

Wanted to pick us up at another location. Asked for phone number never called. When we called back they said we needed to set up pick up 24 hours in advance

Driver was on the phone with me after I was waiting for him asking where I was as I was on the phone telling him we were at the previously discussed pickup spot, he picked up another fare and me and my sister had to wait another 2 hours for another taxi because he left us abandoned .

We called for a cab to the airport and was told it would be a 40 minute wait. We confirmed the taxi and gave the a-ok for the transaction to move forward. We called 10 minutes after ordering the cab to ask if they took cash or credit card. The taxi service took that as canceling, even though they said they preferred cash, without verifying any cancellation with us. The way we found out it was canceled was when we called to get an ETA because it was past the 40 min estimated time of arrival. Very unprofessional and extremely disappointed.. We’re from out of town and had a death in the family three days into our trip and had to head home early. They were our ride to the airport. Their unethical way of doing business made an already stressful situation so much worse. Don’t rely on them!

Victor to the rescue! After our pre-reserved 5am taxi never showed, a desperation Google search & call to ABQ Taxi Service gave me Victor...who arrived in 15 mins. Otherwise we would’ve missed our flight (no Uber & no Lyft around at Sun 5am).

On short notice got me a cab. The ride was on time. The driver was courteous & a good driver. The rate was reasonable.

If I could give this guy 0 stars I would. I called three days in advance to schedule an appointment at 6am at a hotel. No show, then when I called I was actually forwarded to another taxi service. This individual is a scam and would not use home ever again.

They will hang up on you. Zero star for this company.

For not use if you have an early morning flights at the Albuquerqueairport. They wont pick you up. Early being a 6:30 am flight. If they you dont speak with a person, find an alternative method to the airport. If they dont call you back to confirm then find an alternative method to the airport.

Told me 10 to 15 minutes. I called back after 35 minutes and was told that if I was going to have an attitude to call another company. I have or had a dental appointment.

I had a great experience. I called and the driver answered immediately. Estimated he was 20 minutes away and arrived in only 10. Fair rates. I would recommend this taxi service

Its nice to talk to the driver directly. Dont have to worry about operators who have no idea on ETAS. Mark has years of experience in the cab business, and is VERY dependable. No waiting around wondering if someones gonna show up. Would highly recommend if looking for 5 star service.

I ordered a cab for a specific time in order to get to a medical apt that was scheduled last minute. I explained this to ensure the cabbie knew that I needed to be there in an hour. No problem, no sweat. Well, no dice... He never showed up, I missed my doctors appointment, when I called him he said Well, I got busy. So there you go.

I called Albuquerque taxi at 12:30 to request pick up at 2:05. I was told that would work. At 2:15 I called because they hadn’t come and was told there were still 12 pick ups ahead of me and that it would be 20-30 minutes. The car arrived more than 30 minutes late. Never again.

Called and waited for an hour for a response. Called back and asked for an ETA. He said let me get back to you, nothing. Decided to too try someone else. I suggest going with a lower starred company as they are not as busy. And will work harder for your business.

The taxi meter was an app on the drivers smartphone. The vehicle wasnt even marked as a cab. Is this a real cab company?

5 star, dependable, great communication through the entire process. They were there 5-7 minutes early for a pre-scheduled pickup. Highly recommend.

Its a fantastic concept! My call was answered on the second ring by the driver himself, not a dispatch or computer service. He said he would pick me up in 10 minutes and literally 8 minutes later i was on my way to the bar. I dont go out drinking often, but when i do Ill be calling this number!

Imagine trying to get a cab scheduled to pick up an elderly gentleman and this company hanging up on me repeatedly.

I couldnt have had a better experience than I did with Jake of Albuquerque Taxi Service, LLC. He waited for my plane, which was later than Id said it would be, waited while I registered my lost bag, and drove me to Santa Fe from the Sunport past midnight. While on the way to the airport in Knoxville, TN that day I learned that taxi drivers should have had background checks. I asked Jake if hed had his, and he politely assured me hed been completely cleared by the DOJ. He then chatted with me all the way to Santa Fe and waited again while I dug a key out of the snow. I highly recommend this taxi service!

Laid back and very funny guy. Gives discounts for lap dances.

Never showed up, didnt call, and when I called them I went right to a cell phone voicemail. Made me late to surgery. Dont use them.
