From start to finish -- and in every single interaction we had with them during the construction of our new pool -- we were blown away by their customer service, commitment to quality, and ability to get the job done on time and within budget. If we could give them more than five stars, we definitely would. Put us at the top of the list of satisfied customers!

Lee-Sure Pools was AWESOME! They basically rebuilt our 35+ year old pool with multiple leaks throughout the system. New wall plaster, new tile, new skimmers, new pool light, and new pool deck. Replaced ALL pool lines underground to the equipment. Rebuilt entire valve system, changed out filter sand, and replaced main pump. Added new electrical lines. Multiple different crews were in our yard on different days. Each was professional and courteous. Questions answered quickly and accurately. Scheduling was excellent and called us each week to tell us what was going to happen. Couldn’t have asked for more. And most importantly, our pool looks great (and no longer is leaking water!). We highly recommend them.

Lee-sure Pools did a fantastic job installing out pool & hot tub. We also have had the pleasure of working with several of their pool equipment technicians to help with winterizing and opening the pool each year. They are always prompt, professional & do good work. For this review, I would like to call out Anthony. From the moment we met him during “pool school” he had been helpful & kind. If we forget how to do something, he is always there to lend a hand or offer advice. He really understands the value of good customer service and is a great asset to this business! Thanks Lee-sure!! Choosing Lee-Sure Pools to build our new pool for our new house was the best decision we made in the whole construction process. Every person that helped us was great! From the get go, with Jacob helping us with the choice and design and Jared on the construction side, they were very helpful and professional. They communicated every step of the way and completed everything on schedule. We had their concrete division design and pore our patio and the area around the pool and Mark was just as professional and timely. The quality of all the work was exceptional. We did our research prior to choosing Lee-Sure and we are definitely happy with our choice. Even if you have to pay a little more, Lee-Sure should be your choice also. I know this sounds kind of like a commercial for them but, me and my wife, spoke about the whole process and as our experience was so great, we decided that we were going to make it a point to leave them a raving revue!!

We just had our concrete overlay done in flagstone on our front yard and back yard decks were done with model look which looks awesome. Tom & Ryan were professional and worked hard as they completed our installation in a timely manner with attention to detail. Chris would stop by often to make sure the job was progressing well. We could not be happier

The entire team at LeeSure Pools has always been the best! Being a first time pool owner, they have been patient with me and have went over and beyond in helping us get our pool running efficiently. They replaced our patio. They completely removed the former patio and put in a new one. It is lovely and well-done in all respects. We found Lee Sure Pools to be highly responsive, most professional and quite reasonable with their pricing and time frames.

Be careful with these guys, they recommended nearly $2k of work that 3 other pool companies said was unnecessary. Went with another company and my pool is perfect for $200 start up from the winter.

Lee-Sure did a great job renovating our pool. They were prompt with scheduling dates and performed the designated task by the date provided. Much better experience than our previous pool install.

They laid a cement walkway and textured and painted it. Quality of work was outstanding. Very easy to communicate with. Project management was well done

Expert workmanship. On time; on schedule; neat; organized; professional (for example workers appeared and left like clockwork). Got three different quotes from pool builders and even though Lee-sure was not the cheapest, we chose them because of their honesty and ability to explain why. The build was stress free for us, and pool is perfect for us.

They do superb work and I would highly recommend them ...they go out of their way to help the customer.will definitely call them for any pool needs

Saw one of the drivers for their business not only driving RECKLESSLY on the 528, but also when at a red light he was throwing out trash and other things from his window. Sad to see a local business trashing not only their city, but ours. 👎

Great experience again with Lee-Sure. They came out quickly to give an estimate and started quickly. The crew was on time each day they worked. Leo called everyday to let me know what was up with the weather and keep me in the loop about what was going on. The job turned out beautiful and I highly recommend them. Everyone was wonderful to work with.

Installed a check valve. The PVC atop the valve leaks. Repaired the leak.

Our pool is gorgeous and working well for the first time in years! We had our pool completely replumbed, new skimmer, decking replaced, new light, and replastered. We couldn’t be more pleased! Everyone we met from Lee-Sure was pleasant and competent. I’m sorry I can’t give Lee-Sure a six star rating!!

Leisure did a fantastic job on our pool install! They were easy to work with and really understood what we wanted in a pool and deck. Per Lees recommendation we went with a fiberglass pool and we couldnt be happier! It has been so easy to take care of and maintain.

Turns out that LeeSure was a wise choice as my pool builder. They met build schedule, gave excellent consultation on pool design, and maintained quality workmanship. Service after project completion is excellent, they are always available and willing to address issues. When my pool cover had issues only 6 months in, LeeSure went to bat for me with the cover company which resulted in a complete cover replacement free of charge. We love our pool/spa and so do our dogs!

We recently engaged Leesure Pools to acid wash our pool and make some tilework repairs. Because this work was unanticipated, we required expedited scheduling. Jeremy and his staff accommodated our schedule needs and his crews performed professionally in every respect. The pool is now refilled and looks brand new.
