Had them come twice and the job was done but they were late by 30 minutes the second time. We did schedule for the 3 rd time but when they didn’t show or call after 30 minutes I called and left a message . I did get a call back stating that I was not on their schedule but had been on the schedule for 6/15 which of course has already passed. I wish they had been honest enough to tell me they didn’t want to come out to my area since it is in the east mountains. Unfortunately they did not offer to reschedule so I will no longer use their services nor will I recommend them.

Tim was prompt, extremely friendly and professional. He was more than happy to share preventative information and I look forward to having them back.

I had the company spray two properties (both were vacant). One house was in the process of being remodeled. The other was being sprayed prior to having new tenants move in.I asked the company to call prior to spraying so I could open the houses and allow the technician to spray the garage/interior. I never received notice, and I did not know that house had been sprayed until a week later when Rebecca contacted me to collect payment.When I brought up my concern with Rebecca, she told me that the technicians tried to reach me; however, I had no missed messages or calls. I asked Rebecca if she could show me evidence, and she said she would see if the technicians still had my number in their call logs. I have used eagle eye in the past, but this will be the last time. Im very disappointed that the company did not offer to fix the situation by going back to spray the interior/garages.

Eagle eye has performed my pest control spray for two years now. They provide excellent and friendly customer service when scheduling. I was able to make an appointment within the same week! The appointment begin promptly when it was scheduled to, and ants have not been a issue after hiring Eagle eye pest control! I recommend eagle eye!

Outstanding service

I waited for the inspector for an hour. Called in 20 minutes after the scheduled time (scheduled for 4:00 pm) to see where my inspector was at and was told that the inspection was scheduled for 4:30 pm. Fine with me, so I waited a little longer. During the wait I confirmed with my realtor who forwarded me the email from Eagle Eye confirming that the inspection was to take place at 4:00 pm. Called back at 4:48 because the inspector hadnt showed up still and informed them that I had a confirmation from the realtor that stated that the inspection would take place at 4:00 pm, all I was told was that they would have the inspector call me. Now its 4:57 (they close at 5) and I finally get a call from the inspector that the inspection had been done at 2:00 pm that day. I was more upset about the fact that I had to wait an hour before anyone could give me any information about when the inspection had/was taking place. I asked for the owner to call me about the issue and I got a text stating that Gen would call in the morning. This was Feb 6th. It is now Feb. 13th and I have not heard from anyone. I got a second invoice to pay for the inspection when I had already paid for it before. Called again asking about the second invoice (two different invoice numbers) and they told me to disregard. When I asked for an email confirmation to not pay the invoice they said sure and I never received anything. I finally had to email them myself to get a response that stated that I was to disregard the invoice. To top it all off, the inspector claimed that there were no signs of termites when he checked the house which included the garage. Today after a full home inspection, the inspector pointed out that I should get a termite inspection due to signs of termites in the garage between the garage doors which was never reported on the inspection report but apparently had been looked at. Bottom line: if you are looking for a company that is nice to you, use these guys. But make sure you specify that you are going to the inspection and that you really make sure they inspect the whole house (garage included) or youll just have to take their word for it and Im not sure their word means much.

They did such a horrible job on the inspection of the house we bought! I want to attach the pictures that everyone can see them! They did terrible job and they missed ants and termites infestation

I had a termite inspection on a property I was buying. I showed up at the scheduled time and no one was there. Turns out the inspection was done earlier in the day but Eagle Eye did not contact my realtor or myself. I left work early to attend the inspection so I was pretty upset by the lack of communication.
