I had my office here or two years. My space was comfortable and quiet. Management is very accommodating. Plenty of parking, great conference room, had I not retired, I would still be there. No complaints.

A great office complex with updated and newly renovated offices and suites. So modern and inviting. Great location centrally located in Albuquerque. Pricing is very affordable and management is very professional and courteous. I definitely recommend checking them out for your business location or expansion.

I have had offices in this building for over a year and it is very conveniently located. Maintenance issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.

Professional clean atmosphere and a kind property manager is my summary after a year of sharing an office here.I like that the property is close to both 25 and 40, has been very helpful.I appreciate Monica the property manager who has been attentive any time Ive contacted her, easy to reach by text, professional and pleasant as a person. She seems to keeps up on things. For example, fresh paint happened around me while I stayed focused on my business.The conference room in the south building has been helpful for me many times during the year for client meetings, and it has become especially nice since being renovated a few months ago.

This office complex is wonderful! We are really our own community. The other tenants are friendly and courteous. The building is always clean and its decorated nicely. Its centrally located and all parts of the city and rio Rancho are easily accessible from either I25 or I40, which are both located nearby. Management and maintenance are both great communicators. I highly recommend leasing here.

Application process was easy and Monica is great to work with. Offices and common areas are sleek. Centrally located. Exactly what I was looking for!

Best place ever to rent office...

Carlisle office suites are in a nice location, with plenty of parking, and nicely maintained. The best part, though, is the management and tenant businesses - there is a friendly, cooperative vibe there that is very attractive. Highly recommend.

The new management has made great changes over the past couple of years. Anytime I have an issue Monica is always available to address it and do what she can to fix it.

The office building is in a great location and is very functional. I enjoy coming to work since the new management took over. The new remodels ate really making a difference for bussiness. Definitely would recomend.

Internet access was USELESS to the point our office was unusable for our business. Connection was dropped numerous times per hour 24/7 for 15 months. The issue was never remedied, yet we were required to pay $3000 in rent to fulfill our contract. This is WRONG given that they didn’t fulfill their contract with us by providing dependable internet access. We tried to get them to fix the problem numerous times and finally had to set up a home office while still paying rent for a useless office at Carlisle Office Center. UNETHICAL AND IRRESPONSIBLE.
